I've ordered from this company before. The service was great! They even called me with a few questions to be sure they were making my pizza oven cover correctly.
They reached out to me twice to discuss dimensions and made sure we were on the same page before proceeding to make my cover. They even added extras like handle flaps with velcro closures at no extra charge. Great company, great job!

My porch cushions (which I never liked) now look fabulous! A couple of pillows supply the finishing touch. These cushion covers fit perfectly. Service was prompt. I can tell these covers are durable. Good strong zippers too. Thank you Covers and All!

Our customer cover was complicated due to multiple grills, sink, et al. They took a great deal of care and patience to assure all dimensions were correct, we received it fit perfectly and price was reasonable!

I recently purchased outdoor furniture covers from Covers & All. While the delivery was relatively quick, I had some issues. First, despite carefully measuring according to the instructions, one of the covers was too small for my furniture. Additionally, they didn't send me the full order initially, which was frustrating.
I did reorder the missing items, but unfortunately, I had to pay full price for them again, which felt unfair given the initial mistake. The covers themselves seem good quality, but the hassle with the order and extra costs left me a little disappointed. I hope they can improve their order fulfillment and customer service moving forward.

The designers were very responsive, I just wish the website asked for more exact measurements so we didn't have to deal with all the back & forth.

Purchased a cover for an old wicker rectangular patio table where the wicker had become dilapidated. Needed something with an Umbrella hole as the table certainly useable. What Covers & All provided worked perfectly and at a great price point. Plus they communicated with me multiple times to ensure the right measurements and fit. The directions they give for taking measurements makes everything easy. Their customer service is also top rate.
