I have been giving plasma for about three months now, at another facility twice a week. The place I go to is usually booked and I couldn't get in any sooner so I found CSLR 1960. Are used to live around that area and believe me it's gotten so ghetto. I went in and they first refuse me because I had a bruise on my arm I waited till the breeze cleared and went back the lady just hit my arm and said no you can't give plasma you don't have good veins, I thought I give plasma to the other places all the time and now your saying I can't. I think they discriminate you one I was the only white person that came in there and two she didn't know what she was talking about. It's really disorganized Overthere as well. That's fine I will keep going to my other place and they will take my plasma to help people
Angela Wood at CSL is so nice and does a great job. She knows what she's doing. She's always smiling. I enjoy going to see her she's so pleasant. Others also like mo, massiel, jill, kofi are so nice and professional. I really enjoy going there. And the place is always clean including the bathrooms.
I am a Platinum Donor for more than 2 years, and I have been getting $60 a Donation before receiving a $40 monthly bonus. Now CSL has reduced my 1st weekly donation to $55, and the 2nd weekly donation $60 along with a $10 bonus. So that at the end of the month They can say that They gave me a $40 bonus for the month, but in actuality CSL reduced my base payment by $20 a month. This is scandalous and poor marketing tactics. I think I should take my donations to another Company, who would appreciate my loyalty and commitment, and be more honest.
The building is just about falling apart. You only have 24 beds and 50 people in line. You gotta worry about the machines at our working are gonna take care of you. I go to the Gastonia location. And there is a woman who has a bad limp and black hair. And she has the smartest most condescending mouth of anyone. I've ever seen working in customer service. A young man was the Is manager on dudy the day I was there. He would rather talk than actually draw people to the beds. I got call to a bed for my blood draw three other people got called after me which means they got done before I did. Then they slowed down my machine because they were having too many people in the saline process that they would actually have to work harder to get all out of there. Absolutely should be reviewed and shut down and everyone in the building should be fired,Except for lexi and Nate should be fired.
You guys were excellent and I will definitely come back to help save lives. Spread is impeccable, customers service is spectacular. Keep up the great work!... Mr Green here
Well it is the worse wait time in and out is just through the roof. Ive never had to wait so long to get money for plasma that they are making a fortune off of. I would suggest going elsewhere or not doing it at all because you can expect to wait atleast 2hrs and as much as 4hrs in the center on Riverside drive Chattanooga. Take you 34 minutes to actually donate rest of the tome you stand in lines with drug addicts and smelling of pot with about everyone who walks thru the door. Its just not worth sitting and waiting for hours RUN
I went to the Lawrenceville ga. Site and thy were knowledgeable and professional. More importantly they were friendly. Teetee, one of the managers is absolutely awesome. She goes the extra step to help. I appreciate her as well as the other staff.
I was at the CSL plasma center on August 10th. I had accidentally parked. In a handicap space, which everyone does when there's no other parking space is open. And on this day, this worker screener named miss Nancy decided to do the securities job and I felt singled out. She knows so much about the rules but didn't tell me. All I had to do was walk out with a security guard. And what I got my place back in line. She purposely canceled out my visit. And I had to do the whole process over again. Which took me longer to donate through the whole process. Now mind you, she has been working there for years. She has nothing to do with security but acts like she's doing their job. I didn't know they gave her 2 jobshe's very nosy and loose talking with people of color because of her. Some people might not want to donate there.
Been donating for over a year. Last couple months they have taken in so many new donors & cannot handle the volume they already have!
Last visit, waited 30 mins in the Vitals Line. Finally got to booth #1. Then she enters my BP into the wrong "FIELD" on PC. She corrects it then says i have to see "Medical" even though NOTHING is WRONG! Says you will be NEXT UP, just take a minute or two.Go around to Medical, stand there 6-7 mins, they say TAKE A SEAT! Wait another 20 mins or so... Finally i just walked out!
The VITALS line was wrapped around past the ENTER DOOR when i left... Really despise going there now.
CSL plasma is super clean. Staff is very professional and polite. Always greeted with a smile. The phlebotomists are very caring and always on top of things. Today my phlebotomist was Joe. He is very professional, with a good bed side manner. Usually I expect a pinch when the gaug needle is stuck in my arm, but not with Joe! Every time he sticks me I don't feel a thing! Joe is aces!
Answer: Difficult because they are under staffed and are more worried about getting a lunch break or complaining about the job on the flour.
Answer: Octapharma doesn't pay good the first time. To me anyway. I like grifols out South Nashville.
Answer: Because of the new donor fee. You'll get $100 to $150 on the first day. Then like 100 on your second donation. Did like 60 or 80 on the 3rd donation. It depends on your weight as to how much you are able to give and get paid for
Answer: The first second and third donation after that your money goes down significantly
Answer: It's very legit it's real. You just have to deal with millennials and people who don't have respect for others their time is more precious than the consumer or customer. A girl has left me hooked up after a donation so she can go on break
Answer: Yes. Unless they have changed. You can go two days out the week. If you miss a day your pay goes down well mine did anyway.
