I went in parma csl today at 422 pm they only had one vitals checker and I waited a hour in line to get checked I left at 540 and still wasn't in the chair to donate they only had two people on the floor no reception it was awful I cancelled my visit and walked out not to ment the line was too the door
Went to the Northland Columbus, Ohio office. It was easy to set the appointment online. Arrived on time and was greeted with a very polite representative. The entire check-in process was lengthy and had repetitive questions/ information but I didn't care. The promise of funds at the end was enticing. There is a screening with a nurse to make sure you are physically able to donate. Then, she walked me back and the technician hooked me up. Normally, you wait in line but your first visit, you get to skip. The initial stick didn't hurt at all, my guy was amazing!
About half way though, I got very hot and they stopped my donation. A technician and nurse came rushing over. The reversed the blood and stopped the collection. They provided me with ice packs and a fan. They stayed by my side the entire time until I was feeling better. I don't think I drank enough water the day before. They asked lots of questions and made sure I was a-okay. I felt very well attended to. The nurse said I donated enough to help others so that made me feel good!
Afterwards, my technician unhooked me and loaded my cash onto my prepaid debit card. On the way out, I picked up my debit card and checked the balance. Omg- I got paid to sit on my duff and give plasma. Going back as soon as I can because this is a great side hustle.
I have donated at CSL in Hillsboro, OR numerous times. CSL sent me a bonus to return when I had taken 3 months off. I went in and donated and never got the bonus. Called the center and customer service and all I got was snark or "we will start a ticket". Then told I need to go back to the center and tell them. After 2 people couldn't figure it out, I thought I finally got assistance. Got part of the bonus but not the whole bonus I was entitled too. I have sent 3 on line requests for help, no answer. Now being told I have to donate again to get it. That won't happen as I will not return to CSL again. Don't donate unless you are guaranteed you will get your money.
Worse Plasma spot ever... Always have monthly give aways that they never give away... If I donate 8 month times this month next month can't enter contests... Lowest paying center in Da City... And administration is The Weakest Sorriest especially that White Guy With pony tail He literally refused to take Me off machine but stuck sum old white guy like $#*! The Dc I believe they call it But He's the worse laziest White Guy Ever
You have to wait outside for 1-3 hours daily as workers chat indoors, if you question the managements local or cooperate you will be deferred, kicked out. The Olney location is called the Black CSL, because the black leadership there mistreats it mostly black population the worst, so I suggest B positive in Cheltenham mall
It opens 1-2 hours late always, donors are forced to wait outside rain, snow or heat as you view the workers laughing, eating, talking. The Non English speaking guards act like cops hands on their guns and quick to violence. Biometrics takes 45-1hr in line. Then you wait in another line for another hour or two and if you complain you will be permanently deferred.,there are no bonuses, the staff is very rude if you stop them from socializing, which is often and you will be deferred. The corporate office supports this behavior if you report the site for non problems the cooperate office reports you to there local office and again you get deferred, which means kicked out and unable to donate.its called the Black CSL because most of the staff, donors are black and at the Franklin Mills location it basically mixed, but mostly white, opens on time daily, process donors completely within 2 hours. Do not donate your plasma and,or time with C.D.L it's horrible, there are other plasma companies in Philadelphia that treat you with respect and pay the same if not more than CSL
CSL uses Paysign debit card to pay for donations. I had a small issue with Paysign but it was my money so I complained to CSL when Paysign refused to resolve the issue. Rather than respond to my complaint it seems they just disabled my account.
I enjoy the atmosphere, and the shivelry.no problems always brighten up my day every time I grace my presence with this emaculet and joyous business, not to mention it actually helps my community, not the community but my community, and that's what's up!
I was attrached to CSL by an online ad that stated '$500 for first donation and a $100 bonus for new donors.' Egregious I got to the Manchester, CT location the tech at the front desk explained that all the center pay different fees, and the fees were cumlitive payouts over 5-8 donations. Manchester's feee were $425 after 5-donationd: $100+$100+$75+$75+75. I was in advertising for 33 years and this story is going to the Attorney General's office.
Until we meet again my brother!
Sadly going to be missed... But your kindness and awareness helped significantly to know there are good people in the world. Thank you!

Great place to donate plasma. Staff is super nice and walk you through every step of the way i have been donating for at least 2 years they are always good to there consumers
Answer: Difficult because they are under staffed and are more worried about getting a lunch break or complaining about the job on the flour.
Answer: Octapharma doesn't pay good the first time. To me anyway. I like grifols out South Nashville.
Answer: Because of the new donor fee. You'll get $100 to $150 on the first day. Then like 100 on your second donation. Did like 60 or 80 on the 3rd donation. It depends on your weight as to how much you are able to give and get paid for
Answer: The first second and third donation after that your money goes down significantly
Answer: It's very legit it's real. You just have to deal with millennials and people who don't have respect for others their time is more precious than the consumer or customer. A girl has left me hooked up after a donation so she can go on break
Answer: Yes. Unless they have changed. You can go two days out the week. If you miss a day your pay goes down well mine did anyway.
