I have been using Cuballama for a little over a month now and I've had a few occasions where I needed to contact customer service. My personal experience has been that they have been unbelievably helpful and resolved my issues immediately. I can't say enough. Great experience all the way around!

I have bought a few times with Cuballama for my family but unfortunately it is the last time where I would buy for my family again. I had the bad experience of buying cake and ice cream for a birthday and it really was a scam. I would recommend that you do not spend your money on this application. It is not worth it.and is very expensive

I have bought a few times with Cuballama for my family but unfortunately it is the last time where I would buy for my family again. I had the bad experience of buying cake and ice cream for a birthday and it really was a scam. I would recommend that you do not spend your money on this application. Do not use this company for shipments to Cuba, they charge you the money and never deliver, do not be fooled by the lies of "extra $30 for shipping between 5-10 days", or "a specialist will contact you", The website is never updated, and the customer service always contradicts itself and never has an accepted answer. I know it is frustrating to have families in Cuba who need help, but I assure you Cuballama is NOT the solution to your shipments.
No utilices esta empresa para envíos a Cuba, te cobran el dinero y nunca entregan, no te dejes engañar con las mentiras de "30$ extra por envío entre 5-10 días", "un especialista te contactará", la página web de ellos nunca está actualizada, y el servicio de atención al cliente siempre se contradice y nunca tiene una respuesta aceptada. Sé que es frustrante tener familias en Cuba que necesitan ayuda, pero les aseguro Cuballama NO es la solución a sus envíos.

Compré una TV hace cinco meses y llegó rota a mi casa y el supuesto proveedor ni ha llevado otra ni han recogido la TV dañada pero tampoco hay hecho la devolución de mi dinero…un servicio pesimo!

I sent a package with them to my family back in March, ever since then they have been giving me excuses as to why the package hasn't arrived. They said it arrived already which it didn't. Then they tell me the items aren't in the warehouse yet. Then they told me they items finally arrived to the warehouse. Now they are saying that the items haven't arrived yet again. Nobody knows what is going on, nobody can give me an answer. Every time I call them customer services says the same thing, "a specialist will contact you." But they never contact me. Last week I asked them that I just wanted the money back now and cancel the order since it's been about two months and they don't know what is going on. Once again customer service says they will contact me. It's been a whole week and nobody has contacted. I will never order anything from this company again and I recommend that no one orders from them either. They will take your money and at the end pretty much feels like they stole from me because no package and no refund. Worst company ever!

No se ni por donde empezar. Las mentiras que uno escucha de los representantes empiezan desde la primera interacción y nunca terminan. Los 7-15 días primero te dicen que son de la fecha que reciben las cajas en el almacen en Miami. Luego, te dicen que son desde el día de pago. Como el almacen demoró casi un mes para procesar las cajas, ya puedes ver el problema. Luego, te dicen que es del día del despacho para Cuba, lo que ocurrio más que 15 días despues del pago. Si te aventuras a llamar el servicio al cliente, puedes apostar que cada persona con quien hables te va a dar una informacion diferente. Yo he escuchado que sería entregado HOY unas 5 veces en diferentes días. Despues de eso, recibo email diciendo que esta en la aduana y luego otro que me dice que las cajas estan con el provedor en Cuba pero que no se le puede mandar mensaje. UN REGUERO es lo que es. Mientras tanto... las cajas con medicina para mi madre y ropas para mi hija se demoran más de 40 días hasta ahora y no tengo la más mínima idea de cuando Y SI llegará. No recomiendo este servicio a nadie!

They asked me to send my credit card information in am email. Amazon, ebay, my bank, pretty much everyone says never do that. Every one knows this. Their response was, yes we know but your information is safe with us. Isn't that exactly what a credit card scammer would say?

It's the second time I use this company in a period of two years. The credit I bought should last for 360 days if not used. But the 2,500 CUP evaporated after a week, from Nov 9 '23 to Nov 17 '23. I contacted them and they sent me to Etecsa, a Cuban company that gave me the round around as well.

Please, do not waste your money or time with CubaLLama. Their service and price are OK, but the product is below average, and chances are you will be shredding your money, and ending with nothing but a bad experience.

Check the reviews and the ratings. It's a very untrustworthy company.

Envíos with Cuballama is chaotic! Customer service seems to have a recorded message. Always the same. "we are validating your information blah blah." the reality is they don't know if your product will arrive or distributed for certain. I sent a bike to Cuba since June 2022, It's Nov 14 and hasn't been delivered yet. I called several times and always same response. They asked to wait the estimated time for delivery 10 weeks. I did it…These people don't have a clue of how to track the goods there. The worst is that they don't make themselves responsible. They never put me with a manager when asked for. Your money with this people is at risk. I was a good customer since I trusted this company until this happened to me. I asked them to send another bike or return the money paid for it. They are avoiding this.I used to be a customer of Cuballama …NOT anymore!

I'm very disappointed cause cuballama is stilling my money! Every time I buy credits like 5 dollars never shows 5, it shows 4 and a few cents! That's ridiculous cause you are paying 5 bucks to get the whole amount and it's not like that cause your never get extra minutes back! So I definitely would not recommend this app and I'm starting to look for another one to make my calls!

Horrible company, customer service and with hidden fees. They do not solve any of their mistakes mostly after you pay already. Do not use Cubaviaja, it will be more expensive than buying your tickets in the airline website because of the hidden fees.

If you are looking up info on this company, it is probably because you found charges on your credit card that you did not authorize. Do not bother contacting them to resolve - call your credit card company to report. Hopefully, law enforcement in Toronto will shut them down soon.

I had never heard of this company until several fraudulent transactions were charged to my bank account. I had to cancel my card and have a new one issued. I hope the bank flags this company so I don't have to go through this process again.

Be aware, ones you dial a number, you will wait at least more than a minute to connect and, the will charge you the first minute even if you are waiting to be connected. Always they going to give you less than a minutes that you have.

We were just scammed out of over $3,000 from two cards. And they closed our account. Do not do business with them. Fraud. This company needs to be investigated and closed. Someone needs to go to jail.

Rente un auto en cuba mediante Cuballama. Mi vuelo estuvo atrasado por mal tiempo y llego 2.30 horas tardes. Toque suelo en la habana a las 4.30. Cuando fui a chequear mi renta de auto no encontraban y me indican que llame al número de Cuballama, por suerte active servicio roaming. Cuando llamo me intentan echar la culpa que había llegado 2 horas y media tarde ( todo por razones ajenas a mi voluntad) al final me dicen que tengo que esperar que están contactando un supervisor. Cabe destacar que era domingo 12, día de las madres. Llame varias veces y me dijeron claramente que tenía que quedarme allí hasta que ellos me llamaran y si me iba perdía derecho a reclamar mis más de 700 dólares que pague por una renta de 6 días de un auto. A las 8:20pm llame y la oficina estaba cerrada, es decir que ellos pretendían dejarme allí bajo chantaje y poniendo en peligro mi integridad en un lugar que no conozco. Logré tomar un taxi y llegar a mi airbnb y por supuesto los planes que tenía por el día de las madres se fueron por un tubo por que ya eran las 9:30 cuando llegué al alquiler. Cerca de la media noche me contacta alguien por WhatsApp dándome la dirección donde tenía que en ese momento recoger mi auto de renta, con urgencia o podía perder el derecho. A esa hora tuve que embarcarme a ese lugar y allí recogí mi carro exactamente a las 12 am. JAMÁS! Ni recargo, ni llamo, ni rento ni mucho menos recomiendo a nadie a CUBALLAMA. Tuve que caerle atrás al que me dijo que me iba a reponer el dinero de los taxis tomados y hoy día 20 finalmente me devolvió 65 dólares. Donde vea reviews de Cuballama voy a meter este y donde lo bajen lo vuelvo a subir y tengo capturas de pantalla y mensajes de voz de esta persona y la hora exacta que finalmente recogí el carro. 2.30 horas tarde por retraso y ya no había carro, ustedes no garantizan el confort del cliente ni la seguridad ni respetan. NO SIRVEN!

I been waiting ac machine I send to Cuba on sept I been waiting for eight month from now for my family to received the ac they never communicate to my family and take long I have too wait I believe they are playing we my money. Don't buy again in this company they very unresponsive.

Company never gave or refunded me the airline ticket/money, they work with the Cuban government and keep stealing money from customer by reselling tickets!

If you want to send medicines to your family in Cuba. Don't use this company. We sent the medicines on April 1st Today August 2nd my family hasn't received anything. It's all a big rip off.

Un sitio en la web que ha crecido rapidamente por su buena calidad y comunicacion. La pagina es facil de usar, tiene beneficios por cada recarga que haga a su celular o al de los familiares en otros paises ej: Cuba. Cada vez que recargas te regalan sms y mensajeria de voz. Ademas de incluir buenisimas promosiones como rcargar $25 y que te recargue $40, y estas promociones son bien amenudo y sobretodo siempre estan seguras para las fechas festivas. El servicio al cliente es expectacular ya q puedes chatear con un agente instantaneamente. Mi review es 5 Stars... Se lo merecen, Me gustaria Anadir que no tengo nada que ver con el site, soy solo un cliente como cualquier otro, solo que un cliente feliz :)
