As many people mention, shipping was odd. My tracking number was for fed ex. I got little nervous around day 10 that the tracking number was still showing as non existent on fed ex's site. Contacted Cupshe, unlike other reviews, they responded within an hour with a polite but non helpful e-mail. My package was then delivered on day 11 by UPS. So, not sure where the mix up was but they came.
Now for the suits. They were all what I expected. Cheap. Do you really think you are going to get good quality for this price. Come on. They look like they are supposed to, I didnt find any sewing flaws or anything like that. The material is not good quality and some fit ok, some didn't. I knew this coming into my purchase so I'm not complaining. I also wont be bothering to send anything back. Shoot sell it on facebook or let go and save yourself the hassle.
Most of all, you've read this and all the other reviews. You should not be surprised or have any true complaints on something so cheap to start with. In this life YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR... Have a great day!
My bathing suite didn't fit correctly. I emailed customer service and was sent a coupon code to replace it, no questions asked! Excellent customer service and great quality suites!
I have been trying to return three swimsuits that I bought for two weeks now. I emailed them shortly after receiving the package and said the swimsuits did not fit and that I would like to return them. No response. I waited six days as the auto-email response said that it could take several days for my request to reach a representative. Finally, I emailed again asking for a refund. They offered me store credit and said I did not need to return the suits. I told them that I didn't want anything in-store and that I knew the "new" suits would not fit anyways. I asked for a shipping address so I could send them back for a refund. They then replied again saying they would give me 120% in store credit for my purchase "no need to return!". At this point, there were several emails exchanged for no reason, other than me wanting to return three dumb swimsuits! They have refused to send me an address for the return (Which they told me I would have to pay for myself!). Why not save some money on your customer service staff that are just giving the people the runaround and offer hassle free returns instead?!
Needless to say, I have been very disappointed in the customer service and quality of the suits.

So I've had to place orders two different times, 5 swim suits in each order and have wanted to exchange them because of sizing. I did receive an initial response, but NO follow up with them. They say just keep them and we will exchange for the size you want. HOWEVER, you will not be able to exchange the second set as it was exchanged with a no credit return policy.
Just please credit me my money on my 1st (#******* and exchange the suits I've requested on my 2nd order (#*******). I'm now out a total $190.00 and still do not have the suits I want in the correct size, nor do I have the issue resolved. I'M OVER IT. I love the suits, don't get me wrong... but their customer service is SO POOR, IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE! For that reason alone they will only get 1 star from me and I will urge others not to purchase from them. So I'll be contacting my credit card company with the details of this HORRIBLE transaction with CUPSHE to get my money back. They are a MAJOR SCAM COMPANY!

I KEPT 3 OUT OF THE 8 SUITS I ORIGINALLY ORDERED. THE PRICE WAS GREAT AND THE QUALITY WAS GREAT TOO! I WILL DEFINITELY ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM!
ONE MORE THING... SOME CUSTOMERS WERE ANGRY BECAUSE THEY HAD TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. CUPSHE NEVER STATED FREE RETURNS. OF COURSE YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR RETURN SHIPPING! NOTHING IS FREE! THE $12.00 I PAID FOR SHIPPING WAS WELL WORTH IT!

Do not believe all of the fake reviews on here from OP's with 0 reviews that recently joined. Cupshe refuses to honor their return policy, using aggressive business tactics to intimidate customers into not returning products. They lie and claim you purchased with coupons, offer partial refunds only in the form of store credit, which is a direct contradiction of their explicity stated return policy. They REFUSE TO PROVIDE REFUNDS, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I will be disputing the credit card charges and fighting them to the full extent of the law. SCAM ARTISTS!

I bought these bathing suits in two sizes to see which ones would fit better and the sizes are completely wrong. I sent an EMAIL why don't they have a customer service number is beyond me. But they sent me some generic message saying I didn't send the right information and that I will not get a full refund. They do not respond promptly at all and doesn't give you an address to return the items. This company looked great online but DO NOT SHOP HERE! WIsh me luck that they will send me an actual return shipping adddss and I get my money back... from what I see here it is highly doubtful. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!

I ordered a number of swimsuits (Order number *******) having read on the website they offer a Hassle Free returns policy. However, upon trying to return my items, after multiple emails back and forth, I was offered the following:
-Hassle-Free Return: Don't worry about going to the post office and returning it to us. You can keep the items - we'll simply deduct $5 for each item you would like to return to cover our first processing fee. And the refund will be processed in 24hs. If you would like to choose this option, please confirm your payment account is still active.
- If you still prefer to make a full refund, please ensure that the product is unwashed or not damaged and then you can return the product to the us within 3-5 days, and let us know the return shipping carrier and tracking number. So that we can quickly process your refund once we receive the products. Unfortunately, we don't offer shipping label and not responsible for shipping back fee.
I picked the second option and paid the postage at the beginning of July, filling out the relevant forms for customs, however, I have still not received a refund. I have since been contacted by TNT regarding an export fee that I was never made aware of.
I have emailed Cupshe multiple times on this issue requesting a call back and continually receive emails which are generic responses; not responses to my emails.
Having spoken about my experience with friends, it appears the exact same happened to others and I will never use Cupshe again. Shame as I loved the bikinis!

I placed an order on Cupshe on April 12. I checked the shipping updates every couple days, but the package HAS NOT EVEN moved since then! It is said to be located in Jamaica, NY. I have emailed them TWICE and chatted with a representative online TWICE about this issue (I have to say, their customer service is quick and easy, but they don't give you the best answers). I understand the huge COVID-19 issue and how it can affect shipping and handling, but everytime I talk to someone on the online chat or over email, they always give me the same unsure answer: Our packages are shipped from overseas and due to COVID-19, our warehouse shipping is delayed blah blah blah. I researched the USPS updates on COVID-19, but they seem to have no problems with deliveries. So, where TF is my package? I'm starting to get worried that I'll never get it...

I have had an excellent shopping experience in Cupshe, I definitely recommend that online store, since everything I ordered arrived in the established time, they have an excellent presentation because everything arrives very well packaged, it seems to me a very professional page, besides everything I order comes from a very good quality and they are too kind when it comes to solving doubts, they have very original Bikinis styles, I love it very much!
Ordered two suits in September, using the size chart on the site. Suits arrived very quickly, but neither fit. One too small, the other too large. Emailed customer service, but after three days I still hadnt received a reply.
Thats when I went online and read all the poor reviews (my bad for not checking them first) about the hassle returning/exchanging items and not receiving full refunds. I was ready for a fight.
I then contacted them via Facebook messenger. The next day I received a reply, offering me a $38 credit to buy new sizes and I could keep the suits. My order cost $47, so I was not happy. Replied that I was happy to return the wrong sized items in exchange for correct sizes. After another 24 hours they came back, offered me a credit for the full amount and I could keep the unneeded suits. I took it, and immediately ordered the correct sizes.
I would have been satisfied, but my new order took far longer than the 10-13 days I was quoted. It took nearly 3 weeks for the order to arrive, and I had to hassle them for a tracking number when one wasnt provided initially. Now I have to try to sell the suits purchased in the wrong sizes.
Honestly, you can probably find suits just as good or better from more reputable sellers.

So dissapointed! I got influcened to buy at the website by a youtuber because in her video she was sponsering Cupshe.
I never received my bathsuits, i sent 6 emails to customer service and without a respond.
I am going to sued them, because they are not trust-worthy and they pay youtubers so that they can steal money from more people.

I like the bath suits although not all of the sizes are not true to size.
I ordered three bathing suits - all are size small. I am 5"3 and 112 lbs. one of the three bathing suits fit however two of them were too small.
I contacted customer service only to be told by CUPSHE that I cannot return the two bathing suits that DO NOT FIT and reorder the same suits in medium.
My recommendation is NOT to give CUPSHE a chance and DO NOT order from this company based on their no return policy. BTW - beware of fake responses from CUPSHe stating that they have a return policy. It's simply not true.

No probably refunding my money! Great quality swimsuits at a great price. I hate the swimsuits did not work but, bottoms run too small. Not enough coverage for a 40 year old
