Please believe me when I say do not order from Cupshe! With so many other retailers to choose from, don't succumb to this one - it is tempting because you see the cute swimwear on Pintrest and it is reasonable priced. I ordered 5 suits, paid express shipping and when received late, the inner bags had Chinese stamps - the items come from china and there is a middle-man distributor. I had to return 3 suits because they were not as pictured. Well, many emails exchanged, offers for 140% store credit, etc. it took an arm and a leg to get my money refunded. The customer service is terrible - they don't even make sense in emails and I repeatedly asked for a supervisor and never got one. I actually had to file a dispute with PayPal to resolve. I finally received my refund. Trust me, do your research before you buy!
Besides having low prices for beautiful swimsuits, Cupshe also has amazing customer service. I had to return s swimsuit because I accidentally ordered a size up, and they responded fast and replied to my needs. Never have communicated with a customer service that is better than Cupshe's

I ordered 6 bathing suits from this website. As soon as I placed the order, without even receiving a confirmation e-mail the company charged my credit card. Okay, fine. A day later I received a confirmation e-mail claiming in incomplete sentences and broken English that it would take longer than usual to process and ship my items due to high volume. I immediately e-mailed the company customer service asking to cancel my order, as I was leaving for a trip in a couple of weeks and really needed the suits before that time and if that wasn't feasible I would like to just be refunded and not shipped the items. I waited a couple of days, still no response from customer service. I followed up yet again asking to cancel, still nothing. Finally, after about a week of "processing" and me trying to get in touch with the company over Facebook Messenger and e-mail (if you try calling the phone number it just keeps ringing and then eventually cuts off the line), someone responded back to me saying that unfortunately my order has been shipped and they were unable to initiate the refund. So I say, okay fine I will just return the items whenever it is I finally receive them. To make a very long, frustrating story short, they ended up only shipping 2 of the 6 items I ordered and gave me a fraudulent tracking number for the remaining 4. Told me that they would not allow a refund for the 2 that I actually did receive, I was only allowed store credit even though their website claims all unopened unused merchandise can be returned for a full refund. I ended up having to go back and forth with my credit card company to get the charges reversed. When my credit company called Cupshe to dispute the claim, Cupshe kept providing the tracking number for the 2 items that I did receive claiming that they had sent all 6 in that order. I was finally able to provide my credit card company with a copy of the electronic invoice that showed only 2 of the actual bathing suits of the 6 had I had purchased were actually shipped and delivered and they were able to refund me for the 4 that I never received. As for the 2 that arrived I ended up stuck with them. They are of extremely poor quality and material and the sizing is far from what you would consider normal. Please do not waste your time or money here, I wish I would have read reviews on a third party site prior to purchasing. I only read reviews on their Facebook page, which news flash, is run by them, and they only allow 5 star and raving reviews on their page. I myself attempted to post a bad review of their services and it was promptly deleted. This company is a complete scam and should be sued and shut down.

I have bought 2 swimsuits from this company and unfortunately they do not fit. I emailed customer service the day I received them. One is too big, the other is too small. I have been back and forth with emails trying to return the items for a full refund as any normal company would allow you to do. I have been given the option of a 50% refund and return the items or an 80% store credit refund (that means I can't return or exchange them). Total scam. Nowhere on their website does it say any of this. I would not have ordered from them if those were my only options and I know I will not order from them again. What a joke.

Rating zero isn't an option so I had to go with a 1. As many others have written we ordered two suits and neither fit (even tho we went exactly by their sizing chart). We have tried contacting CupShe with zero response, there is no phone # to get to a himan being. We are stuck with 2 suits that don't fit and can't get our money back. Poorest customer service I've ever experienced. Zappos is so easy to deal with... will go back to them!

I received a swimsuit in the mail that I had ordered online. The top did not fit me - I followed the instructions online for how to submit a return. They started emailing me saying that I could either A. Not return the item and receive 50% refund back, or B. Not return the item and receive 80% online credit. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The tags are on the swimsuit still, I will gladly send it back and receive a 100% refund, just like how it should be. I've ordered 4 items from here, 3 swimsuits and a body suit. Ordering anything online there's a chance it won't fit but I have had no luck with sizing here at all despite ordering my normal size and following sizing charts. I always get my product in about 2 weeks which is fine but overall I'm super disappointed with the products. Maybe their stuff looks really cute on super skinny model body types but they definitely don't work for a 5'8, size large.

I was planning on giving Cupshe a 5 star but I am very upset by the poor customer service. I bought a swim suit from there, ordered on June 9 2017, and received on June 16 2017. According to Cupshe's website, under Return & Exchange conditions, it should be "easy to initiate a refund or exchange in 30 days after delivery" and that "items can be returned or exchanged generally for any reason, quality, or size problems or other reasons accepted by our customer service".
I assumed "30 days after delivery" meant the 30 days after I received my item (which was on June 16 2017) rather than the day I ordered, meaning I would have until July 16 2017 to return. I emailed Cupshe and instead of getting a real person emailing me back, it was an automated chain of messages saying 1) We can offer 50% partial refund of your return items value with no need of returning the items 2) We can also offer you a 80% store credit of your return items value to make another purchase with no need to return items.
First off, I am trying to RETURN my UNWORNED UNWASHED swimsuit and NOT EXCHANGE for store credit. I would like a FULL REFUND and your service is making it very hard to get my money back. Either fix your website and tell people the truth that they won't get a full refund back or have your employees get back to me regarding the steps on how I can return the swimsuit and get a full refund before 30 days. I really want to give you guys a good review but if I don't hear back, I will not plan on updating my review and let other possible Cupshe buyers see this review.
I bought 4 suits in the proper size according to what they had posted. None fit well enough to actually wear in water and seem to be made of cheply. I reached out the same day i recieved them saying i would like to return them and i met there return guidline policy. They then replied with a 50% refund without sending them back or an 80% credit (none of which i will except being that none of the suit are wearable to me). This is complete crap that the product can not be returned and you recieve your money back, had they been truthfull on the website about the return policy i would never have purchased from them. STAY AWAY

First of all this is a Chinese company, which is not apparent on the website. I ordered 2 swim suits from them, while they did arrive in a timely manner, one was missing the strap to hold the top up and the other did not fit as pictured. I contacted them and they did respond quickly, and offered to that me keep the items and get a store credit for the amount I paid (shipping is free). Sounds great right? I thought so too. So I order some clothing, a sweater and a dress. The dress has yet to arrive, but the sweater I have receive is very poor quality, thin, scratchy material, I would discribe it as burlap and one sleeve is smaller than the other! It is unwearable. I again contacted them and their response was they do not except returns or exchanges for things bought with store credit! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

I was skeptical ordering bathing suits off of Cupshe at first, only because their prices seem too good to be true! One day I decided to go for it, and I am so happy I did. The three suits I received were high quality, adorable, and looked just as pictured on their site. Even when I ended up having an issue with one of the suits, I was treated like gold by their customer service department, and my issue was taken care of in a very timely manner! I would recommend Cupshe to anyone and everyone for these reasons.
They waste no time taking your money, send you the wrong clothes and wrong sizes. Customer service is a joke and you wait months to get your clothes. The customer service is of zero help whatsoever, they say it's a "US based company" but the customer service people don't even speak English and you either get a disconnected phone line or sit on hold forever. It's another BIG SCAM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE YOU WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

I purchased an adorable swimsuit from cupshe and love, love it! I was very surprised by the quality when it arrived. I assumed it would be thin and somewhat cheaply made because of the price, about $25. It was not cheap at all. The fabric was thicker than expected with nice lining, stitching was all tight and straight. The color was as expected based on the photo. Overall a great purchase! I followed the size chart and bought a size S. The item was true to size but I will exchange for another style. Based on my measurements I need a S top and XS bottom. My bust and hips are almost the same measurements. The high wasted retro cut bottom was just too much fabric. I will go for a smaller air style next. Customer service was great when I explained my sizing issue. Issued and exchange code right away. I will definitely purchase Cupshe again!
