I have ordered all my checks from them. This last order has been 6 weeks and no checks. I have called twice and they tell me someone will get back with me, they never do. I finally just wanted my money back and they said they would put that thru and someone would get back with me. I have never written a review in my life but now I'm just aggravated!
I placed a order it took a month to get it. Received most of it, but I received some else order also. I emailed finally someone called after 2 calls. Hopefully I will get the rest of my order. Not holding my breath.
I will ordering from another company from now on.

I ordered Santa notepads and Gnoel round return address labels (item G1249). Shipping was prompt. Packing ensure preservation of the contents. And the quality was excellent.
The Santa notepads are very nice (thank you, China). The address labels have vivid colors, clear text, and are properly centered. The address labels are also offered by their sister company, Colorful Images. I had previously ordered from Colorful Images and was quite pleased with their products.

No stars so far. I should have done my research about this company. Haven't gotten my order, it's been 12 days- estimated time was 8, and there is no way to contact them.
I got a flyer stating shipping $1.99 for orders over $40. I placed an order for approximately $160 (FOUR TIMES THAT). I was supposedly a rewards customer. They charged me $40+ for shipping. I have sent emails & pictures. To date not the courtesy of the call they said I'd get nor a credit for that GROSS shipping charge. In the past I used them alot & was happy. This is NOT my first large order recently. And to make matters worse, the box was packed SO TIGHT, 4 pkgs of cards are all rolled & unmailable as they can't go into the envelopes. Buyer Beware.
Never received order. Spoke to someone located in the Phillipines who kept apologizing but could not do anything except file a follow up and place the order again. I told her to cancel the order, I will never again order anything from Current Checks or Current Catalog.
Not having ordered cards from Current Catalog for years, I decided to give them a try. During my online order I had the option of choosing an elegant font for my personalized Christmas cards. I was excited to be extravagant and spend the extra money this year. However, upon receiving the cards, the personalized font was in large plain block font, and the cards are on the thin side, not something your proud to send.
I called customer service. She informed me there is no option online to choose a font on Christmas cards. But it allowed me to choose and I created it how I wanted it to look. One of my packages are packed crooked, I'm hoping that didn't tweak the cards. Also, you fold the cards yourself. (?) So it leaves that undesirable overlap. See photos. Just a heads up so you know what you're ordering. Personally, I won't be buying from them again.
Ordered wrapping paper and paid extra for 2-5 day shipping. It's now been 12 days and my order has not even shipped out yet! Customer service giving me the runaround. Unless you want to waste your money, do not order from this company
This used to be a good company. I don't know what happened! Customer service people are rude. The website doesn't work. They have some nice products, but it's not worth getting all upset trying to buy them!
The greeting cards, wrapping paper and gift bags are great. Many of their other products are cheap and don't even work. The magnets were adorable but useless as they don't stick to anything. The throw was cute online, but when received, it is very cheap looking and ugly and it had a horrible smell to it. The book marks are very thin and not laminated... won't last long. You have to pay your own return postage to return anything and postage is very expensive these days. I had a coupon for free shipping for this order. Otherwise shipping isn't cheap either.
Answer: The service is bad. Really bad. I couldn't. Then they couldn't find me as a customer, then they said they were shipping today, then they said next week.
Answer: Wanted multi-packs of birthday cards for my mom's stash, and were much cheaper than UNICEF I normally order. Never again will I use them. Extraordinarily poor service getting missing item from shipment sent. Back to UNICEF!
