I don't have it yet, but wow. With so many options out there you'd think they'd be on the ball and get your stuff to you in a timely fashion. NINE DAYS before it was even shipped. Nothing was personalized, what the heck is the delay in getting it shipped!? MAX shipping should be 2 days after order is placed.
I've been ordering checks from Current for years. This time I ordered 4 boxes expecting the usual 6 packs of checks in each box. Instead there were TWO in each box and a note that the number of check pads had changed and they hoped I would find " this new format more convenient"! What? I'm so done with this company. Oh. And the price remained the same.
Consumers, steer clear! I will NEVER order from this place again! I ordered return address labels over a week ago and the shipping cost me over $8! For what?!?! Pony express would have been faster! If they were delivered on a pony I would have gotten them sooner. You people are horrible! I wish I would have had the option to give you a half star because you don't even deserve a full star! Close up shop!
I have purchased many many items from Current Catalog over the years. I agree with the person who said they're great until you have a problem. Then they are not helpful! Someone in Customer Service got angry with me because I told them to just cancel my check order since I am tired of dealing with it. So the remainder of my order arrived in a LARGE box with just one item out of three! Oh yes, and a note typed on kindergarten drawing paper saying that two of the three items I ordered were now out of stock. Nine days later my Visa was charged for the complete order! I am contacting Visa to let them know of this fraudulent transaction and I will never deal with Current Catalog again.
After dealing with them for 20+ years, I am done. They consistently screw up every order. Shipping is painfully slow (3 weeks) then the wrong order requires a call to customer (un) service. They promise to reship and never do. 3 emails and 2 calls and still no satisfaction. The quality over the years is far inferior to the dollar store cards. JUNK! They need to get it together or say bye bye - which I hope they do.
I used to order from Current years ago when they were the only game in town. I was always happy with my purchases. I wanted Christmas cards with our name printed so I figured I would use Current again. So sorry I did. I ordered end of November & tracking says it won't arrive until 12/23/17. Unbelievable! I have friends that ordered from Shutterfly & Vistaprint & had their cards in a week. So disappointed & angry. DO NOT purchase from Current!
I haven't ordered from Current in quite awhile but I need address labels so did a Google search and Current came up. I found some I really liked and also some for Christmas. Personalized both styles and put them in my cart to find they want $8.95 for shipping? Are they nuts? Even with a small handling charge included that is outrageous! Needless to say I abandoned my cart and will be getting my labels elsewhere!
Save yourself a headache and do not order from Current. Not the same form years ago. You place an order and it doesn't ship for weeks up to months. When you call or email they give you the run around. Read all the negative reviews on Facebook.
On 12/13/19, Ordered a personalized item - rec'd a confirm - delivery 5-9 biz days. Called customer "service" on 12/28 asking where my item was. Was told it was scheduled to be shipped 12/30 latest. When I called today 1/6, was told the item was out of stock. NEVER have rec'd any status email updates. Asked today for one confirming I have not been charged and that the item is cancelled. Still waiting.
I have used Current checks and have ordered from their catalog numerous times over the past 15 years. I reordered the same checks I had been using for 5 years. This time when they printed the checks they left out the last two numbers of my account number. When I called their customer service the guy I spoke to was rude and condescending. After speaking with three of their representatives, including a supervisor, they would not fix their mistake.
Answer: The service is bad. Really bad. I couldn't. Then they couldn't find me as a customer, then they said they were shipping today, then they said next week.
Answer: Wanted multi-packs of birthday cards for my mom's stash, and were much cheaper than UNICEF I normally order. Never again will I use them. Extraordinarily poor service getting missing item from shipment sent. Back to UNICEF!
