I have been trying to place an order for two days, but the webiste keeps telling my credit cards have been refused. It is not a problem with thte cards; something is wrong with the website.

Omg they totally suck. In no way do they inform you that it will be at least a month, maybe two before you get your checks. Do not buy from them!

What is wrong with their website? The "add to cart" will NOT allow me to order Christmas cards. Only other type of cards.

Just don't bother...

So I didn't read the reviews because my order was actually something my mother-in-law requested as a Christmas present. I placed my order on November 27th. On December 10th, I still hadn't received it despite it saying it was in transit. So I called and someone apologized and said they would make sure I received it the next business day. Well, it's now December 13th and still no order. I used the live chat feature and Sheenel was a joke. She quite literally took 11 minutes to respond to one of my questions and the whole live chat took over 45 minutes. She said she couldn't tell me when my order would get there but it would possibly be two weeks. I asked her to refund my shipping and she refused, saying they were shipping it to me. I asked if she can understand by frustration for paying $9 to ship something that I still haven't received, let alone in the time promised, and she just kept reiterating herself that they wouldn't refund it. I'm off to find a new Christmas present because I have the feeling this order is never coming.

I placed my order on July 7,2016, when my order arrived so it was missing an item, I figured it would come shortly due to the fact I had it personalized, well I waited and waited but nothing, so I called customer service was told sorry I see it wasn't sent will go out tomorrow which would have been Aug 23rd was told would receive it in 5 days okay, and I waited so on Aug 31st still no delivery, called customer service again the 31st was told now oh were sorry it's being personalized today will ship tomorrow you will receive it in 5 days, again i wait nothing! Today I call Sept 10,2016 now I'm told sorry but the day we received your order which was back on July7th the mat was out of stock and not getting anymore in, so now I've paid for this back in July and now they tell me I have to wait two weeks for a refund, well now I will contact the better business bureau because they took my money before i received my product, and never notified me that the item was discontinued, and that is fraud! The End!
