CUSTOMER SERVICE IN FOREIGN COUNTRY. NO ONE UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH. HUNG UP ON ME 4 X. SCREWED UP MY ORDER. GIFT NEVER GOT TO MY NIECE IN TIME FOR HER BIRTHDAY. WAS TOLD THEY NO LONGER TAKE CHECKS / MAIL IN ORDERS. CRAZY CONFUSION! WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM CURRENT AS LONG AS THEY ARE NOT BASED IN USA.
The Christmas cards I ordered in November had an acceptable delivery date (5 - 9 business days)... today is the 14th of December and still no Christmas cards! Current's Customer Service Dept has been no help
My advice is DO NOT THROW GOOD MONEY AWAY BY ORDERING ANYTHING FROM CURRENT!
Had ordered a roll of 250 address labels from Current, clicked ok on the personalization of address/name/font and when I rec'd the roll it was completely blank (no address printed). I emailed customer service twice, then finally called them only to be told there is nothing they can do- no refund, no reprinting, just lose the money because somehow it is my fault. Why isn't there any QA/QM during the printing process- that if a personalized product doesn't print at all, to think call the customer to verify before shipping it out? An ADDRESS LABEL should obviously have an address! Especially after I verified my name spelling, address AND font! It looked fine when I paid. Then the Rep tells me I should have phoned in that order- who phones in orders anymore?!? Online is so much easier. I have been shopping with Current for 25+ years and am very disappointed that they wouldn't even work with me to rectify this problem. The Rep said I could reorder at my expense (again). No thanks. This is/was my last order with Current Catalog, will be shopping elsewhere for my checks and personalized products. I want to give my money to a business that will work to find solutions to customer issues.
Ordered on line was suppose to get 15% discount and free shipping got neither. Called customer service and could not change order. Got screwed once not again never use them again.
PLEASE DON'T ODER FROM THESE PEOPLE! They are not Loyal to their customers and they don't care if you get your items on time! Once you order and pay they don't care about you anymore. Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! They don't try to assist you at all. I will never use them AGAIN!
As a previous reviewer said, Current Catalog has been around for ages. Their cards and gift wrapping products are really wonderful. Until you have a problem. I ordered some cards from them (along with some other items) and when my order was received, the cards were missing. On the order status of the company's website, it showed the cards as "Processing." The other items showed "Shipped." When I had not received them within a week or so, I called and was told that they were backordered and would be shipped when received. I again waited and again was told to--and this is a direct quote--just be patient. Well, as I "patiently" waited, time passed and when next I contacted them, they said they couldn't do anything because too much time had passed and their screen (unlike the one the customer sees!) shows the cards were shipped along with all the other original items ordered which is absolutely not true. Considering the exorbitant amount they charge for shipping coupled with this terrible customer service, I must warn anyone who is thinking of ordering from them to rethink their plans. And while you are at it, you might want to avoid related businesses such as Lillian Vernon. I always figure if one company in a conglomerate has terrible customer service, they all will.
I'd give them a zero if I could. I ordered personal checks from them by mail because I couldn't make it work on their ( very hard to use) website. After 2 weeks I hadn't heard anything and my check had not been cleared at the bank so I contacted them by email ( was supposed to hear back within 48 hours) after 4 days I got an email saying they never received payment with my mail order. The girl said I could cancel my mail order and I could just do it online, which I did. Then I got 2 sets of the same checks in the mail and my check miraculously appeared at the bank and was cashed. I contacted them by phone ( again, they didn't answer the phone at the hours they said they'd be there) and they tried to tell me it was my fault but offered to give me free shipping on my next order! Big deal, they offer that to everyone anyway! I continued to argue and then they offered me a refund. It was their fault that I ordered the second one anyway! Horrible customer service, I probably won't place any more orders with them
Cheap merchandise, non existent customer service (if you can even get connected to a "representative"). Very prompt at taking your money, though.

46 days ago, I placed an order for one box of checks. At about the two week mark I called them to check on the order. According to the assistant they were being processed and would take up to 20 days to deliver.
A week later I tried e-mailing them and a live chat... no response from either.
I called again. I was asked for my confirmation number... but explained I was never sent one.
Then I got a letter from them requesting a bank statement, which I coincidentally received the same day to put it in the mail box and sent it off.
10 days or so went by and I called again. This time I was told that the letter I sent must have gotten lost in the mail.
I told 'Sarah' to cancel my order.
Two days later the charge hit my bank. Instead of blowing up I decided that I would just wait for the checks to show up.
I called again this morning and even though the assistant confirmed the cancellation of the order, she said they were shipped out on the 4th and that it would take 20 days to get here.
Years ago, before the internet came into being, I ordered cards and checks from these folks (via snail mail) and was always happy with the products and they usually arrived within 14 days.
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, and suggest you go ANYWERE BUT THERE!

Custumer service sucks and they and wrong address levels so I called to send me correct address level I ordered but they wouldn't w/o charging me another extra $14! Plus quality of check books photos are barely printed, WTF!
Please go with BRADFORD EXCHANGE Company which is better quality and service.
Answer: The service is bad. Really bad. I couldn't. Then they couldn't find me as a customer, then they said they were shipping today, then they said next week.
Answer: Wanted multi-packs of birthday cards for my mom's stash, and were much cheaper than UNICEF I normally order. Never again will I use them. Extraordinarily poor service getting missing item from shipment sent. Back to UNICEF!
