I purchased an Amazon gift card from my local CVS in Nesconset, NY. Upon trying to redeem the gift card, we discovered it was fraudulent and the claim code was removed so I could not redeem it for its $50 value. I returned to the store but they said that they could not help me and I would need to contact CVS's Customer Service group. I opened an investigation and after ~3 weeks, they responded to me taking no responsibility even though the gift card was purchased in their store. They basically told me it was my problem and that I should try contacting Amazon to see if they will credit it me. The Custome Service representative was smug and totally not helpful. I strongly recommend NOT shopping at CVS because they do not stand by their sales.
CVS HEALTH. OTC Benefits through catalogue. Cx's should not receive any gummie vitamin or meds. Through the shipping or mail unless your packaging is to keep such like items safe from the heat. This common sense. You sent items you know will melt if not package correctly. Seniors have placed hope this benefit and to have your mind set on an item only to receive is not good. If it was an oversight ok but still the feedback from your customers should be taken seriously.
After making my first online purchases from CVS, the product I bought kept popping up on Yahoo and Fox and other websites. It is called targeted ads.
I sent CVS an email and told them I do not want my personal sales shared and that this is a deal buster. One has to be able to opt out. Some of this is PRIVATE.
No answer. Been a week. No more purchases will be made from cvs.com
Trying to get my diabetic meds has never been harder. You are not the priority. I've never been on hold with the pharmacy for less than 30 fricking minutes. God forbid people need urgent medications. Fill time is always at least 45 min. Rude and disrespectful when I tell them what I need. In a rush to get u off the phone when you have already been on hold for 30-45 minutes. Unbelievable
CVS will never have all of your prescriptions at the same time. They will either tell you their machine is down or I have all but or our shipment didn't even come today Etc lies! I am now again without a prescription I must take every day. CVS does not care instead of just telling you you need to go to another location or another Drug Company all together they just let you suffer they we'll just get your money from the next person. So go ahead and die they don't care!
Awful business. Wrong meds, refused refills on automatic refills not called in on time. Refilling a script I should have had 3 months ago from a doctor I'm no longer seeing. No wonder people have overdoses and getting the wrong meds. Moved from out of state transfered scripts. Wrong or unfilled on almost every script in the last 2 yrs. I spent more time on the phone to the doc trying to get refills they couldn't call about. I suspect it won't be here much longer. Wrong about of meds less pills than prescribed consistently.
I order online due to declining health.
I went to pick up my 4 items that I ordered the day before. I didn't realize they don't offer curbside pickup. I grab my cane and proceed to go into store. I see, what I assumed was my order, on shelf, behind cashier. She tells me I need to get in line. The line had 6-7 people in it. 32 minutes later, I finally got my order. I thought shopping online was to make shopping easier, especially for the handicapped. I definitely won't shop online there, unless I am able to have it mailed.
I ordered cosmetics at CVS.com because the stores have low stock on cosmetic items. I never received my order, but received a delivered notice from CVS.com. The notice said it was delivered on 4-21-20. UPS says it was delivered on 4-20-20. I called and emailed customer service and never could get a response. There were 2 vehicles in my driveway at the time the UPS person shows the product delivered, but they left it at the door? Why would they do that? They did not deliver it to the correct address as I was home and so were two other people, and now I am out $40 and no way to be compensated for the loss since CVS.com refuses to respond to my inquiries.
CVS used to make me crazy with their extra bucks, weekly specials, etc... they just made it confusing and it seemed that what was being promoted was never anything I wanted. I am very faithful to another store that starts with a "T", but one day they didn't have what I needed so I went into a CVS. The girl helping me was so nice, I agreed to sign up for Extra Bucks... great decision! They've streamlined it. You get emails often with their weekly deals, and you just click a button and it's transferred automatically to your card. I can't fit one more card in my wallet, so all you have to do is give them your phone # if you go into a store. You can also choose what categories you're most interested in to personalize what emails they send you, so it's not overwhelming. They have great deals on some of my favorite items often. Also, if you love high end beauty products, they have a very good selection online only. I saved 30% on a very expensive serum.
I went to pick up (2) medicines after receiving a text that said they were ready. Only (1) was ready so they told me to come back in an hour. But ok-. I came back 2 hours later- still not ready. They told me it would be 20
Minutes or I could get it the next day. I said I need it for an early morning appointment. Honestly, I just don't have 3 hours to
Waste today awaiting a single pill. To
Top it off the people had an attitude
I am African American and have been treated terribly by CVS Pharmacy. I have a chronic health condition and CVS has deliberately tried to prevent me from obtaining my medication. Staff has yelled at me in front of other customers. I believe that CVS has an issue with me because of my ethnicity. Staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They would rather have me get sick instead of assisting with my healthcare. They want me to get sick. That is why I have been having problems getting the medications I need. They want my health to fail because of my ethnicity. I have experienced the same problems with two pharmacies. This must stop immediately before someone gets sick and dies.
Bad customer service. If I could give it zero stars i would. I have had 3 bad out of 4. Long waits. When I bring up and issue with the phone # they tell me I need to fix it by calling corporate. Maybe I am old fashioned, but what happened to customer service. I waited over 30 minutes with only one car in front of me.
Cvs in n. Ft. Myers FL smells so strong it causes me to have an asthma attack every time I go in. They spray some kind of air freshener so strong it stinks. Of course they say they don't but something is going on. I can see the machines on the walls that spray at regular intervals. They need to turn it down a little. It's the uncaring attitude and lies that cause me to write the review.
The pharmacists need to get their $#*! together! One month an rx goes through ins. No issues and then the very next month they state ins. Wont cover the rx! Never answer the phone! I stayed on hold for an hour! And not just once! They are awful go elsewhere! Had to call Insurance company myself to correct the CVS
I paid for my wife prescription online thru CVS.Com January 14,2020. When she went to pick up our medications she told the clerk to put one of her medication back that cost $137.50 because she had a coupon for it. They put the medication back on the shelf. So, I have been trying to get a refund for this transaction since January 16,2020. I have yet to get a confirmation saying my $137.50 is being returned. This is not the way you treat customers that are loyal and use their services. Me and my wife are very disappointing right now. CVS is taking money from my account that I can use to pay other bills with.
I visited the CVS in Uxbridge Mass. The tech (Brad) was very rude, unacceptable how he spoke to me. The prescription had an incorrect date so I was informed I needed a replacement which I understood. His tone and presentation was unacceptable. I had to ask why the prescription could not be filled. He did not offer a reason why until I asked. All he had to say was, I'm sorry but the prescription had an incorrect date. Employees such as Brad need some polish when servicing customers especially those that have health issues. Show a little empathy when working with any customers in retail.
CVS Marconi could not get assistance with the photo machine, drove to the CVS on Dewey. No place to sit at the photo machine chair broken who in the hell is the manager of these places I need to be fired.
Today I spent well over an hour trying to place an online order and the app and online kept asking me to verify my address. The issue is that once I hit save it clears out my name, address, email and phone number over and over again. So basically I am unable to submit an order. So called CVS customer service line and the guy wanted me to provide the item #s for each item in my cart. Sure...where do I get that from. So then he goes on this impossibly long speech about all the information provided on line, you know item description, blah, blah. Like I have zero brain cells. I finally hung up if I wanted to listen to a speech I would choose a more entertaining subject. Well, CVS, today you lost me sell thank you very much!
Always long lines. Takes days to get prescriptions filled. Drive thru usually closed. Usually can't get thru on the phone no matter how long you wait. There is nothing positive that I can say about my local CVS pharmacy. I don't blame the employees. There is just never, ever enough help there.
When you are picking up medication it is generally because something is wrong or you don't feel well. The last thing you need is someone behind the counter with a crappy attitude being as rude as they possible can. There is no place for it... Especially in customer service!
Answer: I have tried to speak to someone in their corporate office because I wasn't getting anywhere trying to reach a district manager or someone who was outside of the actual store since the manager was the problem and I was ignored just the same. I think they are so recognized and dominate so much of that market that they can afford to just let people complain and not do anything. I use Walgreen's even though they are a little more expensive I like that they treat their cus6with respect and they also respect their customer's privacy. The manager at the CVS near me called to verify my prescription on speakerphone up front so everyone could hear. I honestly believe they do not care if customers complain.
Answer: NOPE! CVS PRODUCTS ARE MARKED UP 3 TIMES HIGHER, THAN FOOD LION, BJs, WALMART, AMAZON. BED BATH BEYOND, WALGREENS, YOU CAN BUY THE SAME PRODUCTS AT THESES PLACES WITHOUT A COUPON AND GET IT CHEAPER!
Answer: Yes will never order online again very disappointed with the horrible cust svc
Answer: Can't wait for Amazon to get into pharmacy goods. CVS customers will flock to their service!
Answer: 10-20 minutes if you are picking up a prescription that's already filled (wasting in line). 30-45 if you drop it off + your normal 10-20 minutes in line.
Answer: Yes, you should do such!
