I ordered a merchandise to test the site, but never received the merchandise. They sent a tracking number and indicated the item was in my mailbox, but the item was not there. Then I checked the reviews, it seems my case was not alone, a few reviews indicates the same situation. A big mistake of not checking the reviews before ordering on Daily Steals.

Bought Nexus 5X as part of the dailysteals for 269.99.

When I received it, it was obviously refurbished. The screen protector was haphazardly stuck on with bubbles on it. The screen had a small scratch. The charger was a EU charger and not a north american charger. I bought the black version, but the charger and USB C cable was white.

Never going to buy from this scam site again.

I am so disappointed and mad with Daily Steals. I placed an order on 7/19/2017 (Wed) with 3-7 business-day shipping, and got a FedEx tracking number on 7/24/2017 (the following Monday) with the FedEx estimated delivery on 7/28/2017 (Fri). When I checked the shipping status on Friday 28th, it said (and it still says) "Label Created". So on the same day, I sent out an email asking if the items had been never picked up by the courier. The return email I got on the same day reads "We have just talked to our supplier There was an error with the carrier which caused a delay. The items are being picked up and tracking will update in 24 - 48 business hours". I waited until the following Tuesday 8/1/2017 with no update on FedEx. So I sent three emails since Tuesday asking for a full refund, but no one ever replied.
I am very sure Daily Steals do not have them in stock. If no stock, all I wanted was Daily Steals becoming honest about it, instead of pretending it had them.

I wish I read previous reviews & experiences. I placed an order & PAID 10 days ago for GS8+ and phone has still not shipped and I get no response from Customer Service. When I track the package I get the dreaded "The USPS has received the electronic shipment information and is awaiting the item." from courier and the status has not changed in 10 days. Many customers are experiencing same issue. Very concerning. Also I reached out to there support team a few days ago and I still have not received a response.
UPDATE: I finally received the device 2 days after writing this review. I never got a reply from customer support directly but did get a reply from a representative on this thread. To be fair and honest I must say the price was great and the device was in exceptional condition. I respect that they had a religious holiday but I just wish there would have communicated that better. With that said, I would purchase from them in the future and I raise my rating from 1 star to 2 1/2.

Damaged goods

I was blown away when I received my copper pan that came in just a flimsy envelope. Of course it was damaged! I emailed the company. They asked for pictures and I sent them right away. I have now received 2 responses to wait 2-3 more days because they have to wait for their supplier to get back to them? Shouldn't they be more concerned with customer service and taking care of the situation? Horrible customer service!

Almost 4 weeks ago I ordered a Hoover Steam Mop. My packaged arrived 2 weeks later and it wasn't what I ordered. What I received was an indoor/outdoor TV antenna. Close right, NOT. There is no phone number you can call and after more than a week someone finally acknowledged me. Told me to send the item back, they provided a Fedex mail label but now I have to find a Fedex store and drop it off. Not happy that customer service would not place a call pick up for their mistake. In addition, they won't mail me my product until they see movement on the return. Their mistake has become my problem. It has taken two week to come to this and I only have 7 days to mail it.

I'm so irritated I told them I would mail it back but to cancel my original order and refund my money.

Seriously the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. DO NOT BUT FORM DAILY STEALS.

Please, DO NOT buy products from this company.
I purchased an ipad that was so slow and out of date.
When I attempted to return it they said that I would have to pay return postage, which I did. After a couple of months with no response from the company I sent tracking # and info from Post Office and still no response.
After informing PayPal of this dispute the request for refund still remains unanswered.
This company does not deserve a one star rating, but I couldn't write a review with less than one star.
So, DO NOT purchase from daily steals

Ordered an unlocked "new" cell phone and it never showed. USPS has it "in transit" - almost a week later. I paid for one business day shipping. Have sent DailySteals five emails and have not received a response. Called USPS and they said it was never shipped one day. Apparently, USPS has a lot of issues with DailySteals according to their representative. Have also filed a BBB complaint.

Fraud and excuses
September 19, 2019

Stated Logitech G933 as 'New' but sent either refurbed or used products. You can see many other victims on slickdeals commments and the account called itself 'dailysteals official' wrote to PM it to resolve the problem. However, even if you request them refund by stating it is a fraud, they just repeat it's new and I have to provide the proof that it was not new.

Complete waste of time

Complete waste of time.

I made a purchase through this website via paypal.

Didn't hear from them for 2 weeks.

Finally contacted them and the claimed that I according to there fraud alert algorithm transaction was fraudulent.

However they took my money.

They claimed to have called me once on my cellphone and after I didnt answer they cancelled the transaction.

Although they never contacted me in any form other then that one phone call.

After a poor conversation with their customer service rep they finally reversed the charges.

Guess thats what happens when you rely too much on technology.

However, after reading the BBB website I shouldnt be surprised.

I live in South Carolina I ordered it end of Augustsomehow it got sent to Oregon!? And now I'm told I'm out that $$ as it wasn't their fault? Hmmmm sounds like it to me? Won't be buying from here again! I called post office there they said it's gone! No one lives at that address! Emailed daily deals they don't reply! Great! Don't waste your time and money

FRAUD!

I ordered $150 of SIMPLE sim cards that were prepaid. When I went to get them activated the vendor told me they were no good. Countless emails to DailySteals went unanswered. Karma: "What goes around comes around" and I pray it's big time.
FOLLOWUP: After coming under new ownership the company credited my account. I have since purchased items from them but you must still be VERY careful about what you are buying.

I have been pleased with daily steals in the past, but recently ordered 2 of the Roku XS's on Nov 7. I was informed on Nov 23 that the XD' s were sent out by mistake, and I was given 3 options, I chose option 3, to return the products(shipping costs covered), and get a full refund. I received an email today(Nov 29) with my return shipping label, so I can ship my roku's back and finish the order. I am sure that Daily Steals was swamped by the error that appeared to have been Roku's in origin, and has been trying to catch up with the mass of annoyed customers.

I ordered the wrong item. Within the hour i emailed them to cancel the order. Their website does not have any option to cancel orders, you have to email support.

The next day i get an email stating that the order cannot be canceled.

This is a really bad company to deal with. Please avoid.

If I could give them a -10 rating that would be too good, I order the Wii outdoor adventure game with the controller pad for my grandson, recd it without the game inside told them about i, no one responded. I wrote several complaints, finally someone asked me to take a picture of my order and email it to them, so I emailed the empty slot where the game should have been, on response, complained again, they asked me to send it back to them with an authorization no. I have never recd another response from them, I have complained, no answer, this company is a ripe off!

Checking my credit card statement I found a purchase that I would never have made. It was a purchase from Facebook Daily Steals for an amount and no description of what was purchased. Since I NEVER buy online from Facebook the bank did a reversal, closed my credit card and issued me another and started their investigation of the charge. I guess you have to watch your statements and keep receipts to check off what you purchase versus what is on the statement.

LIARS, STEALERS, SCAMMERS

I ordered a umbrella backyard chair set for my backyard feb 26th 7 days go by and i start getting curious i start trying to track my package and i go on my account and it said refunded which i never received so i email them and try to see what's going on and they repeatedly say that they will get a assistant to talk to my within a two day span then i see all the bad reviews and realized i got scammed i spent almost 200$ for my backyard chair set and knowing that i can't get it mad makes me LIVID

Purchased a bracelet that they didn't send then only gave me a partial refund to my Paypal accout. I notified the company via email with copies of the Paypal info as to the incorrect refund, after several attempts to get my money with a David F. They refused to refund me the correct amount.

If I could give zero stars I would. I first tried to cancel and order with them and of course by the time they responded the item had shipped, but according to them I could refuse or return the item. I did get it but it was 'certified pre-owned' and this was not indicated on the site. Also, it was a Nook Color that was listed at 16GB, which it isn't, and there never been a 16GB model of the Nook Color. On top of that the item is defective. I have been trying to reach their 'customer service' to initiate a return, but as of now no response, and if I look at my account it says return rejected. STAY AWAY, and I will never again order from this site. The only steals going on here is the money out of your wallet. If they actually do contact me and let me return the item I will change score.
