Ordered a $10 item from DailySteals. Asked 3 times for return instructions and though they responded to my emails, they only indicated only that they charge 15% restocking fee and you pay shipping.
Costs to return the product would be almost as much as the purchase, but to make a point wanted to return anyway. They would not provide a return authorization number which is required for you to receive any credit.
DailySteals would prefer to keep the $10 rather than have a satisfied customer. So glad I did not purchase an expensive item. DailySteals is what they do to their customers, not a reference to their prices. Buyers beware.
I have been ordering from DS for a couple of years and had no problems. DS does take a long time to receive the orders and I understand that. I ordered 3 Victory E-Cig starter kits for $20.00 each on 6/10/13. On My orders page, it is showing delivered on 6/22, but have not received any thing. I have been e-mailing ever since and still have not received the promised order. I am done. I will not be ordering from this site again and will not recommend DS to friends and family as I had in the past.
On 6/10/13 I ordered an e-cigarette kit from this company for $20. It is now 10/2/13 and I have still not received it. I have emailed them at least 8 times now and always get the same answer, that they are working on it and to give them 5-7 days to resolve it. I never hear anything more from them after that and they refuse to offer me a refund.
Ordered item for $125 and after being charged, I received an email from its fulfilment service that the order was canceled by the carrier, and that I had to contact FedEx to determine what happened. They have no telephone numbers to call and have not responded to emails left on their customer service site.
If you value value your money, stay away from this service.
Items in the picture are nothing like when you receive in person, in the picture they make it look like quality items they are not. Don't be fooled prices are cheap cause the items are cheaply made. I received earrings that looked nothing like the picture and they tried to charge me $99 for earrings that looked like they cost $5-$10 at most.
Ordered this chrome book for our 14yo as a Principals Honor Roll gift and it's perfect. Small but powerful enough for her to use for all her social needs and possibly some school work. :). Arrived super fast and extra securely.
I have purchased several items from this website, worth couple hundred dollars. Sometimes they are very quick, sometimes it takes a couple weeks for the items to arrive. Once sent a wrong product, when I notified them, they told me to keep the item and send the correct one without any extra charge.
So, don't buy if you are in a hurry, but other than that, I think their prices are really good. AND - first read the reviews of the products on other websites like Amazon; sometimes there are $#*!tyy products, but sometimes really good deals.
Edit: Recently purchased the "Almond Blossom" of Van Gogh printed on a canvas. For 55 dollars, it was a very good deal and the quality really made me happy. Yes, it arrived in a month. But for this price, waiting was no problem for me.
This is an older IPAD which cannot be upgraded to IOS 10+. Its max version is 9. 3. 5. Most of the Apps I selected for download cannot be used on this older version. We ordered this specifically for using Facetime to video chat with our grandsons, who have IPOD Touch(es). This feature works as advertised.
Same with me. Bought a phone from them but it wasn't working and I had to pay for return shipping and they also took restocking fee even though it wasn't my fault. Stay away from daily steals and you will be tired with them trying to get your money back
Hope your product works when you order it b/c if it doesn't getting a refund is the biggest nightmare imaginable. Customer service won't be bothered to respond to your inquiries unless you dog them repeatedly, and even then it doesn't look like I'll be able to get a simple return and refund.
