I HAVE BEEN WAITING 29 DAYS FOR A PRINT I ORDERED.
I have contacted the, want to be customer service, to only get a form letter. Saying to give two more days for the product to be shipped.
They do not publish a customer service number because they have no customer service or they are scared to handle a problem.
Out of the numbers I found on the internet two had the same man in all the mail boxes sounding stoned and the last one put you into a loop.
If you see something on they site, google it. You will find it on another site with better customer service, like o.co or ebay.com
Honestly I like buying from them but I had never had a problem before and 29 day is way to long for anything in the United States.
The quality is exceptionally low. I cant charge my iPhone X alone or simultaneously with Apple Watch. Also, Apple Watch charges extremely slow. Not happy!
I have been trying now for over 7 days to get someone to respond to my emails about a refund with NO success. They dailysteal from you and then leave you high and dry.
Horrible company, horrible support system, horrible way to run a business. They have no phone support because they KNOW they will get tons of calls for their terrible products
They sent a set of BLACKOUT curtains with HOLES in them. How is that suppose to work?

I have purchased three (3) items from this site - and they all had issues.
1) The sunglasses I got were a diff color frame than advertised on site - plus I think they are knockoffs.
2) The headphones I got were in open packaging, not retail (the site said new)
3) The phone I got was buggy, overheated, restarted itself multiple occasions, froze, etc.
All 3 had terrible garbage customer service were I had to use my credit card company to get my money back. They sell junk and don't back up their purchases. DO NOT BUY FROM DAILY STEALS!
I saw that customer service reps are responding to people's reviews but I want to emphasize that they are not actually following up with customers--I think they're just writing responses to make it LOOK like they're being responsive. I still have no information about my package and it never arrived to me.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. AND DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. Their business model is clearly betting on people not following up so that they can keep their money.

I ordered 2 items recently and the item never showed up. I contacted their customer support email and Brandon just pastes generic language to me about how I need to contact the shipping company to follow up. The problem is that their email receipt says its shipping UPS but the tracker link redirects to USPS... and when Brandon told me to follow up, he sent me a FedEx link. Somethings not right here. I cant seem to get any substantive information about my purchase or anyone to help me get my item. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
Between wrong items, or having refunds after orders were supposedly delivered (One was delivered but literally ended up being AN EMPTY ENVELOPE that was delivered, not my items,) and being assured twice (Two totally different orders months apart) that my order was being re-sent and 12 hours later getting an email THREE TIMES that I was getting a refund. I've washed my hands of this nonsense. May as well save my time and not bother ordering at all. My money stays in my account and I don't have to get my hopes up that I'll Get what I ordered only to be let down again and again.

Bought their Kalorik hand held vacuum. What a piece of junk. It has no power and barely picks up a thing. The old stand -by Dustbuster works like a jet compared to this. Stay far away.

After making a purchase of what I thought was a Lenovo Chromebook, I finally received the package after more than a week of hounding about shipping. When I say this laptop was 15 years old I mean it! They had to nerve to sell it as if it was a newer model. Customer service, if you can even call it that, is almost nonexistent! If you search the website or anywhere on the Internet for their number you will most likely find two. One with a 718 area code, and the other with a 305 area code. Both numbers seem to be not working at all. So you tell me right now, who in their right mind would order from the site where there is no back up or support? I filed a claim with my credit card company to reverse the charge since I returned the piece of crap item. This laptop There's nothing more than electronica paperweight.
Don't order anything from this company! There's a reason why the company name is Dele steals! Buyer beware! I repeat, buyer beware!
Just so you can see what I personally went through, look for a Lenovo chrome book on their website and see what you get in the mail instead. I was in the army in 2008 using the same laptops. Even back then, they were old as hell. This company isn't even accredited by the Better Business Bureau! Does anybody realize why yet? You will have your own awakening if you order something and get a different item altogether. Consider yourselves warned. I personally will not let this crap go until I get my refund. If I don't see it within a week, I have no problem traveling to Brooklyn to get my refund.
Daily steals describes what they do to you. The company won't pay for return shipping even if the product they sold you does not work as advertised and is useless to you.
I recently purchased two google pixel phones. Nice looking phone takes great pictures that you cant use, cant send or receive pics, could be the cricket service that I signed up for. Just sick of getting ripped off by verizen after using the service since it was alltell. I have been trying every thing so for now. DONT BUY A GOOGLE PHONE "JUNK".
I purchased 2 hand sanitizers, and they provided false tracking number. I had to ask my credit card company to help me.

Well, They always say 'you get what you pay for'. I ordered a 'freebie', and all I got was an empty envelope. Good thing I didn't pay any shipping or anything. So much for their site..
I have ordered from this site twice now and won't ever order from it again. The first thing I bought was a San Disk card and I was sent a knockoff that didn't work with the product I ordered it for. The second item was 10 headphones. It took awhile for them to come and after opening the "new" product I realized they didn't fit into the average sized ear. Some of the headphones were even missing a part of them. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
I purchased a "new" iPad from Daily Steals only to be delivered a used model with a third-party charger that was broken (couldn't insert the USB cable). I complained to the BBB of New York and got Daily Steals to agree to a return and full refund. I returned the iPad, have a UPS tracking information that it arrived and was signed for, an email from Daily Steals saying my refund would be processed within 3-5 business days of the iPad being returned, and no refund a month later. Now they do not respond to emails regarding the refund and haven't responded to the BBB complaint. The only steal in Daily Steals is theirs and you are the victim. I'd give them 0 stars, but that's not an option.
If you notice how the reviews are running: 1 satisfied for every 10 NOT satisfied. You can now add me to the NOT satisfied. I ordered 3 items from them about 30 days ago. A macbook, a dell desktop computer and a android tablet. I received a recorded message to call them concerning the macbook and dell orders. I attempted to call them for 7 days straight with no luck. Every time I pressed an extension to be connected I was DISCONNECTED! I then sent 2 emails that went unanswered. I received the android tablet approximately 2 weeks after it was ordered. Within 10 minutes if opening the box I quickly realized that it was very poor quality. The touch screen appears to be defective as the commands were slow to respond or not all. I went to their website and selected the return option for this item. I filled out the information and reason for return. It has been almost 2 1/2 weeks and I have not heard back from them. Today, I checked the status of my other 2 orders and it shows CANCELLED. I checked my bank account and they did credit my $545.00 back so I'm lucky there! Still waiting on return authorization for the defective tablet. Bottom line: this company is too hit and miss test your luck for me.

After I purchased iphone 6, touch screen didn't work, wrote them 7 mails no reply. They don't accept returns.
I am writing this after I felt cheated.
Bought a charging case for iphone and item would not charge the iphone. I contacted them requesting to return it and got no response for day so I started sending request on a weekly bases and they finally sent a response saying that they sent an email with the RMA number which I could not find but I was able to find their email stating that they sent it (I do not believe they ever sent it). After that response from them I tried many time to request that they resend it but never get any response.
This site is the worse that I have ever dealt with for customer service. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. If you do you may loose on the item that you are trying to find. The items that they have can be found on other sites that have better customer service.
Complete thief's! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They steal your money and do not deliver the goods. I had to call my local police department to file a report. They'll have to deal with the police now!
