I have been ordering from DS for years now. I have become adapted to their fast money taking and slow shipping speeds, since the majority of the items have been low priced and non-necessities. On August 25, I purchased 2 of the victory e-cigarette kits as gifts to my father and grandfather looking for a healthier alternative to the habit they have had for years. On September 16, I sent an email asking about the status of this order and received an email back saying they are closed for a religious holiday and i need to give them a few days to update my order. As of September 25 (ONE MONTH AFTER I ORDERED AND PAID), I sent another email asking for an update. They responded saying they were working on getting these orders to us and/or refunded. On September 29, I received my daily email from DS and see they are offering the product AGAIN! I sent an email asking how they can still offer this product to customers if they cannot guarantee the product to someone who paid for it months ago. They sent me an email saying they are working very diligently to fulfill this order and if there are any issues I will be the first to know. Doubtful. I am done with this website. Any site that doesn't have a customer service number should be strike one! DO NOT ORDER FROM DAILY STEALS!

Iphone 5s

ORDERED A PRODUCT ON THE 3RD OF DECEMBER... INFO SAYS SHIPPING WITHING 2-7DAYS... HERE IT IS NEARLY 3 WEEKS LATER AND ALL I HAVE IS A 'LABEL CREATED' WHICH MEANS NOTHING... NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM OR USE THE 'CHAT' FUNCTION ON THEIR WEBPAGE... ANOTHER RIPOFF. SHOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING OFF OF FACEBOOK AGAIN... LAST TIME I WILL BE A FOOL... NO PHONE NUMBER FOR THEM. Should've read these reviews before dealing with these con artists. Here's my experience:

Dailysteals... the key part of their name is 'steals'. Stay away AT ALL COSTS. The products they sell ARE NOT in inventory. Their business plan is based on fraud: they are selling you something they don't have. The instant you 'buy' from them, they charge your credit card to get the money so that they can go to their suppliers and only then do they buy'the very product that they already 'sold' (and charged) to you. They confirmed this shady practice multiple times to me by email... reputable companies have inventory and sell you what they have or, at the least, do not charge your credit card until they have something to ship to you. Of course, Dailysteals shady business model means you wait "up to six business days" before they even have your merchandise to ship. Of course, none of this is disclosed to customer prior to buying... it's only in their order confirmation email do they disclose the six business day wait. Even worse, you are paying $5 shipping for each and every item you buy. I ordered three very small items for a total of $33 and the shipping ran another $15... I was charged for the FULL amount and here we are a week later and part of my order has been 'cancelled' (no refund posted to my credit card yet) and the other part still hasn't arrived. Other similar online daily deal websites charge much less in shipping, or charge you a flat shipping rate for your entire order. My personal experience involved incorrect shipping information, part of my order being cancelled (after waiting nearly a week), and stubborn and incompetent dealings with their customer service.

Basically, shop somewhere else, anywhere else, unless you like being stringed along and/or you like dealing over and over again with utterly incompetent customer service

I ordered a pixel 3a phone. They charged me 3x, held my money for a few days then cancelled order
They said i canceled it and then when i called they hung up on me and said theyw ere out of stock

I ordered from DailySteals.com because they had a great deal on Beats Studio Heaphones. I was very excited about my purchase until I opened the package. Inside, there was no packing material, no packing slip, and no instructions. The headphones were merely thrown into a box, taped shut, and dropped on my doorstep. I though I could look passed the lack of care the company took in shipping the product because the headphones were listed to have great sound quality and noise-cancelling features. However, I was wrong. After searching the internet for the product instructions, the "noise cancellation" was a serious disappointment. I promptly wrote to DailySteals.com in hopes that I would be able to speak to a customer service agent and review my options for returning the headphones (I would have been happy with a credit). But, after two attempts to contact customer service describing my disappointment, I had not received an email or a phone call. Finally, I wrote a third email which was much more emotion laden that described my frustration with their lack of professionalism and my plan to contact the Better Business Bureau and to cancel my customer account as soon as this issue was resolve; as I am confident the Better Business Bureau will resolve the issue.

The bottom line, this website may have some seemingly great deal but you can not expect quality products, safe and secure packaging, or a response from customer service in the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase. I was shocked by the inattention Daily Steals paid to my repeated and patient attempts to contact them and it would be a shame to see other paying customers experience the same unfair treatment.

I ordered 2 unlocked GSM note 5's from daily steals, phone recieved and works well had for about 2 months were i lived in a busy city and always had full bars and lte, when i moved to the county my data dropped to 3g which whouldnt be a problem except i found out the phones they sent me were not gsm phones they were unlocked sprint phone which worked fine it the lte city as cdma also uses lte but now when i try to access and data appliaction iit wont work cause this phone wont support 3g, or egde technologys and sence its been 3 months the rep i contacted basiclly said so sad so bad and denied my replacement request, be cause ful when buying from them

Their Customer Service rep "Brandon" needs education as to dealing with customers without being rude. I explained the product failure and indicated Dailysteal's website 1 year warranty statement. He replied their warranty was only 60 days and "you may want to take your device to a local service repair company". I replied with a screen shot showing Dailysteals 1 year warranty. He replied: "contact the manufacture about this warranty". He offered no information or help on how to contact the manufacturer. He offered no explaination why Dailysteal would not honor the 1 year warranty shown on the DailySteal product description page. I will not be dealing with this company in the future.
