No problem in delivery on two separate orders. Both was received as scheduled and so met my standard of service.

I ordered a Google Max Speaker on a Wednesday and realized on Thursday their website had filled in an old address for the delivery address. They have no way to contact them except through an@ e-mail address. I contacted them on Thursday and heard back they would contact the warehouse to change the address or cancel the order, but couldn't guarantee this. I reached out on Friday and they said they had contacted the warehouse, but again they couldn't guarantee that the address would be changed or the order cancelled. I found out on Sunday they had indeed shipped it via Fedex to the wrong address. I tried to contact Fedex to have the shipping address changed to a friend's address as I don't live in Chicago anymore. Fedex stated only the shipper can change this. I contacted Daily Steals to change the shipping address and they stated they couldn't, but would request Fedex cancel the delivery of this package. I found out on Mon. The package was delivered by Fedex to a building I haven't lived in in since 2013 even though I made them aware of this the day after I ordered this product. I contacted the building and they have no record of the package being delivered to the building. Thank you Daily Steals for such wonderful Customer Service and attention to detail. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM YOUR WEBSITE AGAIN!
Ordered a rose gold iphone 6s, got a broken iphone 6 in gray. Now they are unresponsive to my emails, initiated a charge back through my bank.
They shipped me a sterling silver necklace where the clasp was broken and the necklace was *tucked up. Tried to email a few times to return... NO RESPOSE BACK! NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!
They were official Apple brand earbuds and we're already using them. Ordering was easy and they arrived on schedule. No complaints.
BUYER BEWARE – We ordered ten printers from Daily Steals for $499 and they failed to include the ink cartridges, as their site clearly showed (http://screencast.com/t/r8jKktLT2vW2) as well as the retail price they quoted (http://screencast.com/t/48D8evg9rfT) reflected was the price for a HP printer with ink included. When I contacted them, they agreed it was an error and mailed me 10 ink cartridges for a HP photo printer, which was the wrong printer. I returned the incorrect cartridges at my cost and told them that they sent the wrong cartridges. They said they would order and ship the correct cartridges right away, but an hour later they decided that they did not want to ship the cartridges (the correct cartridges cost about $30 more than each photo cartridge they sent) and they CHANGED their now sold-out website product pages to say that ink was not included and removed the retail pricing information so that they could get out of fulfilling the order as promised. The entire offer was a complete SCAM! After buying ink, I would end up paying MORE for these printers than I would if I purchased the same printer NEW from HP. This "Daily Steal" was a "steal" by them as they had no problem taking my money and not fulfilling the order...

I purchased a sweatshirt for a great price, 17 days ago. Tracking gives me two options. 1. Order is at the warehouse, and now after 8 days, no order exists. Contacted them by email, and not one response. Now I am going to have to file a grievance with paypal and try to recover my money. Stay away!
Well, I sure wish I would have done some searching prior to my order from DS. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Nexus on 5/31/12. I saw EBAY put them front and center as a daily deal and figured they were good enough for Ebay. They did have quite a few negative reviews, but it seemed to be on the lower priced Items. Anyway, drank the Kool-Aid. As of this review 6/8/2012 they have given me a tracking number for UPS. Basically a label was printed on the 6th, but UPS has not actually received the package yet. Apparently, DS and the Galaxy Nexus deal have quite the sorted past. After going through reviews and talking with other buyers it seems that this is a common tactic to buy more time for them to either source product or have their skeleton crew fulfill the orders. Well enough of this game for me. I am filing complaints here, the BBB, the FTC, and anyone who will listen. I am going to call AMEX in the morning and speak with them as well. There is a bunch of chatter about this deal on several boards that I visit and not good chatter at that. I guess I will make it my mission to educate others about DS and these tactics. I must have become complacent in my online purchasing, maybe because I have never had an experience quite like this one. I pride myself on being careful and have never been screwed. I do hold both PayPal and Ebay equally responsible.
Maybe you shouldn't have sold 583 if you didn't have the stock or the resources to give people what they paid for!
