No way I use this company again

Ordered 2500 in gun eq. It has taken 2 weeks just to get someone to talk to me and now Im told it should ship in 10 days and if it doesn't contact them to see what's going on. UGH!

Horrible customer service!

Here is another website that sells items they don't have in stock. After placing my order I received an email next day stating the item I ordered was not in stock and will take up to 10 days for them to receive, HOPEFULLY. The item was clearly marked as "in stock" and what bothers me is it still says in stock as I type this even though they should be aware that it is not. Why don't they update the status? Doesn't make me feel like I can trust the site... What if I ordered something then after i received it, I send them a message saying the funds i paid with will not be available for up to 10 days, maybe. You think that would be okay?

Placed order 10/25/20, immediately recieved confirmation, after several weeks I attempted to call to no avail as the automated service stated there are no reps available and hangs up, doesn't matter time of day. Sent multiple emails and received auto reply emails saying it's under review by staff but again no further response. At this point I've decided it is a fraudulent company and will contact the bank to dispute charges. Good luck if your willing.

I bought stuff from Davidson Defense and it's not the first time! I'm a customer since 2018!
I always encountered good customer service until recently meaning yesterday and today!
They lost my shipment and stand firm unwilling to make an effort to call USPS check for a possible error in them typing the address wrong on the shipping label or something! Nothing! Nada! The young lady there wouldn't want to lift a finger to try to help! I asked to speak to her manager because she is obviously overloaded with anti-customer service qualities! She thought she was smart with her single digits IQ of hers and put me on a long hold until I gave up and hung up the call! Steer away from Idiots! I found one!

Like everyone says, RUN! Don't even take a chance - good luck getting your money back. I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company and have to wait 60 days for them to do an investigation so my money is tied up now. Ordered back in July. Never received anything or any emails, etc. All my emails and phones ignored. Even their Facebook page has people complaining for their money back.

Ordered over a thousand dollars worth of items they dont answer their phone and they are the no. 1 worst customer service in the USA, they sell things they dont even have, they take their time on everything, worst company in America. They need to be closed down

I bought an upper awhile BCM ms have two notes.
1. Judging from the comments, most of you are spoiled by Amazon and not used to current shipping times. I know thier service sucks; but man y'all are impatient.
2. This company sells made in chYna garbage. Anyone saying their food is either paid or doesn't know $#*! about AR's, or poor.

Need I say more. Absolute garbage upper receivers, bolt carriers, barrels nothing fits at all if I could make them fit scared the crap would blow up in my hands. DO NOT BUY HERE. Wanted to leave a negative 5 star but unable

Ordered 2 parts that were the same but from their listing were from different Mfg. 1 cheap and 1 expensive, this was done in order to make a true comparison between the parts and Mfg. Items came in, both in same bag with no identification, called them just to have them tell me they were exactly the same part from the exact same bin. No different just twice the price. Their explanation, "That happens", end of story. I know assume that all they sell are cheap parts. Not what I want for gun parts, too easy to get hurt. I also had experience in another area of their customer service and they are a bunch of smart-asses.

Have ordered several times and every time prompt service within a few days the item is assembled and shipped. The product has came in every time shipped carefully and not a single scratch for three uppers so far,

I bought a 9mm upper assembly which took several weeks to arrive and when it did show up they sent the wrong muzzle device. I needed a 1/2-36 and they sent a 5/8 24. I sent them numerous emails stating the problem. They don't respond and I tried several phone calls but they don't answer the phone either. It's been several months and have gotten nowhere with them. I'm writing off the loss and will do everything I can to steer people away from them. I even sent an email to Delta trying to get some service. No good with them either. I ordered a upper assembly from Bear Creek since my disaster with Davidson and was very pleased.

They suck they take your money and keep u waiting for months and never answer the phone and the email. Is the same thing everytime. I would never buy anything from them even if I was desperate. Keep your money and find a different place to purchase.

I have ordered from them several times, everything was always as ordered and arrived on time. Called customer service several times got return call within minutes, and they were very helpful. I would order from them again.

I've ordered from them a couple time. First time was fast with no problems. This was in the worst of COVID times so very surprising. It was Fast shipping. 2nd time I ordered. It was missing a part. Called and got it sent to me same day. No big deal. Parts are well made. For the price this company is worth working with. You may have a problem here and there but they will work it out with you. Give them a chance.

I was a little scared at first reading the reviews and thinking that it was going to take a month to get my parts, 5 days got it in the mail, and no, it's all the stuff I ordered, maybe they stepped up there game from before, but had absolutely no problems and fast, I'm gona recomend them to my friends

I made an order comprising of 12 items on 3/23/23. I got the acknowledgment email soon after placing the order, but did not hear until or receive another email until a week later on 3/29/23 when it was shipped. I received the order on 3/31/23 in perfect condition. I was missing a foregrip that was on backorder, but it will be sent separately. For overselling this product, they offered me a discount on my next order.

Overall, I am happy with my experience here at DD. The products were new and tightly wrapped. The box was well protected and didn't go through a beating as others have when I have purchased through other gun/rifle stores.

I felt they went above and beyond with the discount code for having one of their product on back order. I would definitely do business with them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You will likely get the wrong part or nothing at all. And they will charge you immediately. I called and a nice lady answered and said no problem they would replace it and emailed me an RMA. I sent the part back. Weeks later no part, no confirmation.

Shortly after I sent the part back I ordered more parts. I did not receive any confirmation or parts. But they did charge me for the parts. I attempted to contact them via email and left phone messages and I still have not heard anything from them. They no longer answer the phone or emails. The "Chat" option on their website is useless. It seems they have dropped off the face of the Earth.

I'd like to let you folks know that Davidson Defense is not to be trusted, they will take your order and money and you never going to get anyone to speak to you after not receiving your product and if you call the store they will hang up on you... i've tried several times to talk to costumer care but get the pingball game so i this time i don't care about the money i paid i just want to move on and buy from other name companies...

My order was canceled 3 weeks after it was paid for no information on why and multiple emails and phone calls on hold over 30 min each time. Still no response or my money back on card just email stating my order canceled 1600. Dollar canceled no warning!

I actually reported this company to the bbb for their horrible customer service and I still haven't gotten my products... they even lied to the bbb and said they contacted me! They won't respond to me but they will to the bbb... the bcg i ordered was "instock"! They sure had no problem taking my money immediately

This is the 2nd time I order from this store, the first order takes over a month just get shipped this 2nd order is almost 2 months and still is not shipped, the only response I got from them is they have high volume of orders and they are short handed, and only got this response after several attempts to make contact.

I found an item i was looking for, placed it in my cart because they stated it was in stock, i continue to shop in hopes of finding another item i was looking for, i didnt find it so i went to check out and now the first item i had in my cart is now out of stock, i get it if i left it in the cart overnight but for 5 minutes thats crazy. That was the first time and the last time i will ever attempt to purchase from this company. They are one big joke

Placed an order online and paid via credit card. They sent a tracking number but the items never arrived. I emailed Davidson Defense and they responded by saying Not Our Problem, File a Claim with USPS. Luckily the package was brought to me by a neighbor who got the package my mistake. Thank God because Davison Defense would not have made it good. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Got build kit. Took my time assembling it. Got to Lakota oops 17in handguard and it's warped. Can't return because there time limit. Is crap there quality controls is crap too. Not happy. It is my last time dealing with them. And yes my damn gas block is freaking straight.
