No complaints. I would like more categories at top navigation level. The listing facets are fine but cumbersome. For example, if I think there should be a category for your premiere product, Genesis 8.
Daz3d is a $#*!ty program that freezes up my computer. Avoid it. There are better programs out there.
It works but some of the content has not been maintained or moved with the technology. I understand that the price is reasonable but the technology is still not a whole workflow
The old version is unreliable now, so I need to purchase it again.
Just wish most if the Gen 1 and 2 with anatomical features was on the free giveaway, since most content is just for Gen 8 now. Love the render engine and features, really love the store.
Because of the free offers.
They were completely free.
A few terrific vendors. A few who are not terrific. It would be nice to be able to see some uncovered (nude) models, but we can't have kids seeing the stuff.
Sale price and a terrific vendor.
Pro Character Bundles, in general, contain the Starter Character Bundle of the same name. It would be very helpful to my shopping experience if those Starter Bundles were marked as purchased as part of the Pro Bundle purchase.
The same would hold true if I own all of the products in a Staff Pick Bundle, if I already own all of the contents of that bundle, it would be nice if it was treated as purchased when I am shopping.
Today's Store wide sale.
I had to use the debugger in Chrome to find the option I needed to place this order. The option to purchase Daz+ kept being overwritten by other page content, making it very hard to re-subscribe!
I was going to cancel my Daz+ but was offered a 30% off coupon for the annual subscription.
I've been a long time customer. I've always been impressed by the product selection, professional layout of the site, the sales, and the general shopping experience.
Couldn't pass up the sale. There were some really good deals today.
Your storefront advertises the DAZ Bridges as the way to use your content in other programs. THEY DO NOT WORK. Morphs don't export, joints aren't oriented, weighting is messy, they do NOT work as you advertise them and the teams working on them have disappeared again!
"We don't support the Bridges" in Support's own words.
Cinema 4D Bridge abandoned again, starting to smell of False Advertising. Store claims they work, but they don't.
Cinema 4D Bridge abandoned again, starting to smell of False Advertising on your part. Store claims they work, but they don't like the store page claims they do.
Fix your Bridge apps, they don't work at all and that's False Advertising.
Content on sale
Clearance models.
Your Bridges don't function properly so character importing is very hit-and-miss with emphasis on the 'miss'. Props and Environments work fine though, barring material export not being reliable.
Props/environment figures.
Needed some medieval buildings
Props/Environments: Very useful.
Characters: Your Bridges don't function and you still advertise them? Mostly unusable, have to re-weight and fix a lot of issues by hand because the Bridges are broken.
Quality props/environments
Bridges don't work, and yet you still advertise them on your site?
Props/environment figures.
Needed some medieval buildings
DAZ to Cinema 4D Bridge abandoned again, makes buying and using D|S products difficult as a result. Still better than needing to create content entirely from scratch however.
Selection of content
On sale and long on wishlist.
I live in Japan and create models of Japanese anime characters, and Daz's models are high performance and very easy to use. I will continue to make use of them.
I had received information about a sale in my e-mail and wanted to check out a significant sale and make a variety of test purchases.
I appreciate the fact that, when buying a figure at the same time as renewing my annual membership, I already got the membership discount on the figure I was buying simultaneously. Well-done!
Using this figure for a character in an RPG, and I appreciate the discounts available with the membership.
Can't download products; can't use DAZ+ coupons on Landscape sale items. I paid for that coupon and none of the items are excluded in the terms of the coupon.
They were on sale for $10 and hardly ever go on sale for that price.
You have an option to UN-select all purchased items. I think it would be most useful to add an option which selects only all purchased items.
Thank you.
Very easy to search for the content I'm looking for, very easy to purchase and download, very easy to install and use. Don't change anything -- seriously, it's working fine, so don't mess with it.
You already offer the best content on the market (at least for what I want), and the quality just continues to improve. And the prices are more than competitive, once you factor in all the sales and discounts.
I have plans for them.
After years of collecting well over 10,000 DAZ models I have yet to have an issue that wasn't promptly and satisfactorily handled by your people!
A blessed and Merry Christmas to you all.
Ummm... see above?
Needed a specific prop, (Widdershins Old Books), and of course, I'd love to turn myself into a hero! (Face Transfer)!
(Hope it doesn't explode my machine!)
Unfortunately, still no reliable way to hide products that I have already purchased, especially if they are / were part of a bundle. >8(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((
As a customer who has been buying from DAZ for a very long time, I very often feel not really appreciated.
"Weekly Freebies" are rarely of interest to me, as I already own these products, or they are from categories that do not interest me.
>8(((((((((
Discounts / Coupons I cannot use because I already own these products or other conditions prevent it. >8(((((((
The "Platinum Club" - or meanwhile "DAZ+" - is also becoming less and less interesting.
All too often the Monthly Coupon and even more rarely the Monthly PA Coupon are of use to me. >8(((((((((((((((
Bundles are, from my perspective, often put together senselessly.
Coupons and discounts rarely are clearly described / explained.
Say: Too often I do not understand with which deductions I can really count.
Some actions (Flash Sales) run at times that obviously do not consider that the DAZ Shop is available worldwide and that there are highly different TIME ZONES. >8(((((
Because there are not too many alternatives.
They fit a few ideas I have in mind.
And / or because they are now available at a price acceptable to me.
The general experience is good and the site/marketplace is easy enough to navigate and more and the assets and selection available are unmatched out there and the pricing is decent.
What influenced me was a coupon code sent to me in email that when I went to purchase the item the code was for stated that was invalid which is unfortunate.
Near perfect. I hope in the future i can search products with interactive licenses. Then i can find all the products with the search words and interactive licenses.
I search interactive licenses of products i own and other new products. I wait a long time until i found this.
So far my experience with DAZ 3D has been awesome. I am able to search for what I need quickly, and I love that there is always a sale going on so I can buy items at a discount.
Honestly I was just browsing but after finding several items on sale, I decided to go ahead and add them to my collection for later.
Store is often slow to load, and I have fast internet speed and computer. Dislike the yellow heart icons to indicate items in Wishlist because they're often missed. Otherwise, store is okay.
It's rare to get sets now, so when sets, especially fantasy or historical sets are offered at discount, I try to buy. However, I only buy sets that are not complete preloads. I prefer sets that can be kitbashed.
Ease of use is okay but percentages off remains confusing and convoluted.
Have been a member since 2013
Lately, quality of products has diminished. I chose this product because the author is experienced using DAZ to produce comic book stories.
Implement the features from the Daz Deals plugin, specifically the "only show wishlist" filter feature. On deal pages, I want to be able to choose to only see the items that are on my wishlist.
Have been using Daz Studio for years and it is really the best, and it is free to download, with store addon purchases to customize your works of art, no problems with it ever.
It is still hard to create a real looking human while the unreal engine produce it with no problems. You can make the human in the webbrowser and then export it
I am using it for many years to create art pieces
Watching a tutorial on realistic human where they use this model and now it is on discount
The INCREDIBLE12 offer was a chance to get several items I have been waiting for but had a hard time justifying the full price. Between these offers and FASTGRAB I have been having to visit the website at least once every day.
The massive discount sent me over the edge.
I had two items in my cart. One was in a sale that said it went to 23:59 MST.
I am in NJ. It is now 23:08 local. In the midst of checking out, I get a notice of a change in my cart. YOUR SALE ENDED TWO HOURS EARLY!
4 stars Refining searches for products could be improved, eg, you can filter to software but not for a prop or Character type EG Hair, buildings etc..
Well partly the sale (thankyou) but I do look once or twice a week.
Gradually purchasing the remaining Poser items that are in my wishlist. Sad to say that the day is coming when a Daz Prime membership won't be worth keeping going as with the constant upgrades to Genesis I've decided that this isn't a path worth following. Yes they are good - but you aren't giving content creators (me in a small way) and content users (me in a big way) time to fully invest in a character. I invested in Genesis, Genesis 2 and started down the Genesis 3 line spending a lot of time converting over to Daz Studio (from Poser and Carrara) but after all that investment, time and money, those products were dropped and I daren't follow with your latest options, My Genesis, Gen 2 and the few Gen 3 items I purchased have no new items being created for them so really, they were a waste of money time and effort. I've made a few things myself for these characters but it isn't worth trying to sell them. I'd hoped Genesis, then G2, then G3 would have had the longevity of V4 - They didn't so I daren't now trust that any new Genesis release will be around long enough to be worth investing in, it's too risky for me in costs and time. But I'm thankful that I''ve not cancelled my Prime mebership yet! The Sale encouraged me to add in a few other Poser items that I'd originally discarded as poor value. The sale changed these to bargains, so again, thank you.
I would be happy if there would be more explanations in German language. I can just about manage with a lot of effort, but would like to learn a lot more about DAZ, dforce, lighting and rendering.
Because I think it's good.
I wanted to add some things
