You can be rewarded if you pay attention and stay up on you opponents bidding. I enjoy the competitive factor, however it can get expensive. I have some very good items and my wife and myself are enjoying them on a daily basis. Shipping is improving, as it has been a bit slow in the past. But like I said it is better and keep up the good work. Thanks to James, as he keeps me positive with your company.

At first I could not stop winning with first bid pack... Than spent over a 100 dollars and won nothing... Bid during last 2 seconds and it would not accept it. Stay far from this site. There must be people being paid for there reviews here.

Dealdash is excellent. I've bid on and won several items, almost all for under $1.00. It's a great site to get awesome items at a fraction of the retail price, and shipped to your home for free! I would certainly try it!

Deal dash is a great company who are fair and honest and have a good turn around time on addressing people's concerns. I highly recommend them as an institution that has policies that are smart and progressive, who's aims are complete customer satisfaction!

All auctions I got involved in seemed to go higher than any other auction for that particular item. I ended up spending $1,950.00 in about one month and had nothing to show for it. I won a few auctions but overall, I lost my shirt on this site. I may try it again but only if there is more chance to win.

I have gotten a few really good deals on smaller items but I've gotten ripped off as well. Bidding on bigger items takes a lot of bidding and in my case, I ended up losing over 600 bids and not getting the item because my bid buddy ran out of bids before I could buy more and the auction ended. I just can't afford to throw away $75 dollars and get nothing. I get the whole point of dealdash and a lot of good deals are to be had, but it doesn't work out that way for everyone.

I went online to check it out and I thought I just signed up and gave my debit numbers so in case I wanted to bid I would be ready not realizing I bought $75.00 worth of bids.
I panicked as my money was already accounted for and this would throw me into overdrafts at the bank and created major problems at home.
DealDash worked on my request almost immediately and are refunding my money.
A site to be trusted thats for sure and I hope to be bidding soon.

I have nothing negative to say about DealDash. My experience, so far, has been great fun and I have won so much more than I ever expected! I have not won every auction that I bid in, and I don't expect to. I read everything on their site before I started bidding. Any question I had was answered either by the site or a Customer Service Rep. They replied in an unbelievably quick timeframe and were happy to help. If you bid on only items you would buy anyway then you cannot be harmed. All your bids are returned to you if you lose the auction and then use the BIN feature. I, too, have compared the prices they list with store prices and have not found any discrepancies so far. Studying the site first is key. Read the tips! Spend only what you can afford! Do not expect to win every auction! I am completely satisfied with DealDash and having a great time!

I've had a great experience with DealDash as a new bidder. The site is so easy to navigate. The explanation on how to place bids in the tactics and tips section was so helpful in getting me started. The Bid Buddy is an excellent bidding tool. I have won multiple deals and each and every time is thrilling! The merchandise is very high quality and I am impressed. Overall, I enjoy Dealdash and have won some cool stuff. However, I am disappointed with the inconsistent inability to add bids when using bed buddy that cost me the auctions and lots more trying to win items for my nautical themed guest bedroom. I hope that the support staff can work with me on a resolution.

I have been on DealDash since 2012, I have won many auctions from $500.00 Walmart gift cards for $13.00. You cant win every auction but if you use bid buddy and watch the bidders on the auction you can win guaranteed. And remember there will always been that same auction coming up again soon.

It's an ingenious business model. I joined on July 5,23 and I have won 33 auctions including a couple of big ticket items. One of those bit items for dirt cheap (just dumb luck) I don't have unlimited funds and I don't have unlimited time but I learned quickly 1) only bid on items that I want; 2) who the heavy bidders are (and stay away from them); 3) understand how much I'm willing to lose. For me, it's no different than buying lottery tickets and never winning (kiss that money goodbye) or going to a casino. At a casino, I know I am not going to win but I want to have fun playing so I know how much I am willing to pay for that fun. I love playing DD using strategy. There's lots of info available on the bid page that can help you make a decision to stay or quit. And patience. Lots of patience. It's not a scam... you pay and play. Do your research and understand how it works before you jump in and have unrealistic expectations. It's gambling for sure, but I would rather spend my money and receive products than buy lottery tickets. I will probably take a break for a bit from this spending spree. And then I will look to going back.

I've been auctioning on DealDash four years now and I love it. The items offered cover every price range and of exceptional quality. DealDash constantly adds new items and auction themes to keep things fresh and exciting. Customer service is friendly and knows; A+. Regardless of the time of day, you are guaranteed an enjoyable experience.

I like DealDash partially because it is challenging. I would warn everyone to be cautious of their bids, and consider whether they are truly receiving a deal. There are professional users who know how to play the game, and will outbid you until the cows come home (and then some). Add the cost of bids and consider auctions lost- is it really less than shopping around and being patient for a deal somewhere else? Remember when you lose auctions, your bids pay for the winner's item (which is how the "deal" is possible)..

I find penny auctions fun and winning is the best. Deal Dash is NOT like other penny auctions. Beware-there are some scams out there. In this case, it is always a win-win because if you do not win the item, you can buy it and get ALL your bids back. No other site is like that.
The most important advice is learn to play BEFORE you bid.
The customer service is great and I have won lots of items for less than retail; some even for a penny.

The only people who can win on dealdash are rich people! If you are rich then by all means, but if your low on money and trying to get things for less then this isn't the place for you! You will lose hundreds of dollars just to gain nothing and not get it back! Your just better off paying full price for it at a retail store! You have to pay to buy stuff and that's only if your that lucky! You'll have better luck playing the lottery or scratch offs and spend less money doing so!

I was frustrated after spending over 6 hours bidding on an item and when I went to purchase additional bids they were extremely costly and no longer offered at a sale price. I lost the auction due to this situation that I have never ever seen before. DealDash listened to my complaint and were willing to work with me to improve the situation. You can win items that are good deals BUT chances are you will lose just as much as you win if not more. I'm a smart bidder, I watch bids, don't put bid buddies on unless it's down to a few but this site has issues. Basically to win anything you will have to watch the item for hours on end. If you book a bid buddy, chances are someone will spam you until it runs out. I've found it extremely curious that as soon as I take a bid buddy off (say because four more people placed bid buddies or the people I'm bidding against have had bid buddies going for the past five dollars) the next person after me wins it. That's happened at least five times. I honestly think that some people (whether it be DealDash team members or ordinary users) work in teams to drive bids up and bid aggressively on people to deter them.
I say, buy the stuff on amazon and save yourself the frustration.

Had an issue with a bid pack being purchased unauthorized. Contacted th support team and received a response 24 hours later. The next day the refund was returned to my account and I was gifted 500 free bids just to keep my business. All in all, good customer service.

Today I used Deal Dash for the first time as I was craving Cheesecake Factory cheesecake while at work. The whole process was extremely easy. I was kept informed on the delivery status and it arrived shortly before expected. Would definitely recommend. Don't understand why so many poor reviews.

DealDash is a great app that has good quality products for fractions of the retail prices! I love it! Helped me get expensive gifts for all the family for Christmas and hardly paid anything! Totally recommend it!
