I've been playing this since 2012 and have won many items. It's a great way to purchase items at a low cost.

I don't know what specific experience I experienced on 12/7, however, I have, over the years filled most of my gifting needs through my Deal Dash wins. The quality of the products have always been very good and there is something here for everyone. I have only had 1 or 2 hiccups over the years.but the staff is always very simpathetic and quick to make the situation right. I will continue to be one of Deal Dash's biggest fans!
The same people win all the time! They appear to have unlimited bids, and enter multiple auctions at once. Do not like the new format and doubt I will continue playing once my bids are gone. It's just too hard to win these days!
Won many great items. I keep a tally of price to determine qhen to use buy it now

Dealdash has complaints filed against them with the FTC, and the Attorney Generals in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and several other states. There was also a class action lawsuit filed against them in Minnesota. Consumers have lost thousands of dollars due to Dealdash fraudulent activities and unfair business practices. Don't be another one of their victims. Just go to TINA's website and search for Dealdash. You can see for yourself that Dealdash is BAD BAD NEWS. Also do a search for Class Action Lawsuits against Dealdash. One last thing, if you still decide to try Dealdash out, fyi: For new users, they let you win with ease soon after you purchase your first bid pack. (YOU WILL WIN AN AUCTION, something not worth much at all, for ONE or TWO CENTS. They let you win so easily that you think, Wow that was easy, I can win more! Well that first auction you win is a set-up to lure you in. After you win that first auction, you purchase more bids, and most likely won't win a thing. I won two $10 gift cards for. 01 cent with my first bid pack. I thought that it was so easy and I could win my investment back when I purchased my second bid pack for $60 so easily by winning more gift cards. I didn't see any $10 gift card being auctioned then, and when I asked why, I was told that those $10 gift cards were for first time users only. So you see, they let you win by placing you in an auction with maybe 1 other person, if that, then you are deceived into believing it is easy to win. My husband also won his first auction for. 01 cent. He won a 80 BID PACK which I have never seen auctioned before in the past 10 months. Dealdash fradulently put up this bid pack up for auction where only he was bidding (or maybe there was other first time users, but I doubt it.) I ask all current Dealdash users, did you win your first auction for 1 or 2 cents? I am sure that they will answer Yes. In summary, DO NOT BECOME ANOTHER VICTIM OF DEALDASH, STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!

Hi James,
Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review!
As long as a bidder has joined the auction before the No New Bidder limit is reached, bidding does allow you to bid as frequently or as infrequently as you like.
We'd love to turn your three stars into a 5-star experience, and have reached out via email—we'd love to get additional feedback, and any suggestions you may have.

TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.
I've since looked around at reviews. What I noticed is that for the most part the negative reviews give a specific example or specific experience for the negative review. The negative reviews are real, everyday people's experience with Deal Dash. On the other hand, the positive reviews are not specific experiences, but general statements. When you hear others accuse positive reviewers of being paid reps for Deal Dash, I think that's why. I don't know whether or not that is true, but I can tell you that my experience is real and has been echoed by others.
Trust the negative reviews. Trust me.
I purchased coffee, but the coffee I received was 6 months past the "best by" date - customer service never responded to my 2 inquiries. I purchased a BK gift card but it never arrived - customer service never responded to my inquiries. I purchased name-brand batteries. They did not arrive in a retail package but instead arrived loose in a box. I suspected they were used, recharged or recycled. Customer service never responded to my inquiries. One afternoon, the site blew up, & I was one of countless people inquiring on FB. Yet bidding went on, deals were sealed, and I lost countless bids. Customer service never made this right and complaints & questions on FB were deleted.
So, to summarize: The products are poor/bad, if they even arrive. Customer service is nonexistent. The website crashes & your bids disappear. Their FB page is edited/moderated so that only positive experiences are reported.
My experiences are consistently negative and these experiences are reported by others as well. I am certain there are deals to be had here, but unfortunately their products, customer service, website, & shipping leave a lot to be desired. I can't recommend this site, and I never intend to use it - ever, never, again.
They say that there's one born every minute - and I was one for a minute, lured in by reports of deals too good to be true. Those deals may be true but they are the exception, not the rule.
So, don't let the next one be you. Save your money, save your time, and search out the deals you really want from reputable sellers. You'll save yourself tons of trouble.
Deal Dash?
Not. Worth. Your. Time. Or Money.

TOTAL RIP OFF! So wish I had taken advice of the honest reviews on here!
DO NOT GET INVOLVED IF YOU DON'T HAVE A LOT OF MONEY TO SPEND AND A LOT OF TIME TO ANALYZE THE OTHER BIDDERS AND THEIR TRENDS. I PURCHASED BIDS BECAUSE THEY GUARANTEE YOU WILL GET MONEY BACK OR WIN SOMETHING OR REPLACE YOUR BIDS - AND AFTER TRYING WITH THE FIRST BATCH AND FAILING, THEY REPLACED MY 221 BIDS. ON THE 2nd TRY I APPLIED ALL BIDS AT ONCE USING THEIR RECOMMENDED AUTO-BIDDER - GAVE THEM 221 BIDS TO USE ON A $17 ITEM AND STILL DIDN'T WIN?
The 221 bids cost me $30 to buy, so I spent $30 to buy an item at $17 which at $17 is a discount, but by the time you add the bids to the item cost, you spend $47 for something I could have purchased on Amazon for $34 and it would have taken up 10 minutes of my time. Free shipping in 2 days, (Vs the several days or weeks in some cases on DEALDASH reported)
I don't know about your time? But my time is valuable, I want to spend my time with family and friends when I am not working, not having to analyze the bidding system, and jump on and off checking to see how many people are going to be bidding on an item at a certain time.
They brag about the auto-bidder being the way to go, but I used it on 11 different auctions and got no where.
NOW THEY REFUSE TO RETURN MY MONEY USING THE 90 day LOOP HOLE, WHICH IF YOU ARE NEW AND LEARNING THE SYSTEM AND WANT TO BUY SOMETHING YOU LIKE ( All items are not always available, very few items to bid at at one time, and some take weeks to return) AND THEN THEY ASK YOU TO TRY AGAIN BY GIVING YOU THE BIDS BACK AGAIN, AND NOW I MAY HAVE OPENED UP THE GARBAGE< TAKEN $30 OUT OF MY WALLET - WHICH IS 2 HOURS OF WORK FOR ME, AND JUST THROWN THE MONEY IN THE GARBAGE.
I AM OUT OF MONEY AND LOTS OF TIME. DON'T WASTE EITHER!
By the way, I only write reviews when I am really happy with something, or have experienced something so awful that I try to prevent another from going through the same. I have no dog in this race, except to try to save another like myself to fall for this. I am sure some people have been successful in buying items at discount prices, but I know first hand how many bids it takes to "win" that item, and THAT is where the cost comes in. MOVE ON!

They will throw you off the site and take what bids you have left if you violate the rules and RESELL the items YOU WIN! Stupid rule
Tip for consumers:
Patience. Watch out for the "Old Timers" who have thousands of bids accumulated.

Bid on auctions and save. All auctions start at $0 with no minimum price reserve. Everything must go! DealDash is the fair and honest bidding site. Founded in 2009, millions of bidders have enjoyed Deal Dash auctions since.
Established in 2009, DealDash is the longest operating site of its kind in the United States. Before DealDash was founded, millions of Americans tried out 1st generation bidding fee auctions. These first generation auctions left many people with a poor experience.
After one such letdown experience, spending $50 on a pay-to-participate auction site with nothing to show for it, our founder decided to create a fair and honest alternative to bidding fee auctions, where losing bidders don’t have to lose the money they spent bidding. That is how Deal Dash was born in 2009. Today, over 1,000 brand named products are discovered and won by customers every day!
Bid in our online auctions to catch a deal and if you don't win the auction, you can buy it now and keep on bidding!
Hi Michelle
James here from Customer Happiness!
We appreciate your honest and candid feedback about DealDash.
I can assure you that DealDash does not engage in any fraudulent activities and our number one priority is our customers, for whom we aim to maintain nothing short of fairness and honesty in all our business practices.
We do have auctions for new users only so they can learn how bidding on DealDash works. Every user has an equal opportunity to participate in these auctions when they first join. While these auctions are reserved for new bidders to help them get a sense of the auctions before jumping into more competitive auctions, that beginner group of users may consist of hundreds of bidders on any given day, so it is not freed of competition completely.
With that said, we take feedback from our customers very seriously - I am passing yours on to the management team for their consideration. For now, let us know if you have any other questions or comments for us. Our Customer Support Team is available 24/7 to help out via phone, chat or email.
