Just about all the clothes I have won and received have been too small regardless of their being marked large. I am a large for all the clothes I buy so something is wrong with the sizes you received. Other than that, I love the items I have won on your site.
I hadn't been on in a while so I thought I would try it again. It's still exactly the same. No fair rulings back and forth. The same people win all the time.
GREAT! Just trying to learn more about bidding and buying before I start! I'm excited to try it because of all the commercials i've seen on tv! But I'm still a little lost on how to win, so i want learn first! Customer service is great, I got a quick response about my request and it makes me feel like this is a trustworthy site that I can trust thank you!
Tip for consumers:
100 percent legit! Trustworthy site, and great service and deals! They responded to my request and took care of my problem immediately! They gave their word that they can help me with any questions and did what they said they would do! I trust this site 100 percent! Have fun and enjoy all the great deals! 5
My 10 year old son signed up and used my credit card to make the initial payment for bids and after receiving an email notification of this purchase I replied to the refund department and was refunded my money back with no questions asked. The representative was very professional. Thank you Graham and Deal Dash
Very courteous staff employee. Cooperative in helping me understand about the auctions. I definitely will check out DealDash auctions and bid on the great items they have. I will recommend this site to my family and facebook friends. Thank you again.
Revealed to me... Great Products... Concerns with any problems/concerns solved quickly and professionally... Free meter bids with specials that allow time to accumulate 2 to 4 times faster... Wins at 50 percent off and free wins on some days which is often and a great savings to winner... New items often... Sales on bid packets (especially@. 12 cents some days). Thanks for providing us bidders the opportunity to play on such a great auction site.
I received a gift card that would not work. I have sent them several emails to see if they would correct this problem. NOTHING was ever done. I keep hearing they will forward this information to their suppliers. It's a shame, seems like the invalid card could be exchanged for a valid card.
Since I wrote the review deal dash has sent me a new gift card. It did take awhile, but everything was corrected.
Initially was good. However as time has gone on, I am disgusted with bidders who express their aggression through their bidding by "stomping" on bids and bidding far beyond the BIN value presumably only to get increased highest bidder points. When I use up my current 900 bids, I will leave DealDash forever. DealDash contact support has been very helpful and responds quickly.
My experience has been mixed here, first things were Good... price, shipping, delivery and product. Then it slowed down, meaning I have not received 2 winning items since April and it is July now. Finally, the last item I did receive was a ring, I even gave a great review, now that has changed since it turned my finger brown and green 2 weeks later. So, yes, it has been a mixed experience for me on DealDash.
Caution should be exercised when bidding for more expensive items. DealDash makes their money on these items because multiple bidders pay a considerable premium to post multiple bids at penny increments. If it looks like there are going to be a number of bidders before closed bidding ($5.00 bid), then it is best not to participate because you will lose all the money you paid for each penny bid. Buying on Amazon may be a better choice.
The first day I won 4 auctions with only one bid. I tried to win other items by bidding and using the bid buddy, but no luck. How do some of these people have bids going all day on several auctions? They would have to have thousands of bids hoarded up and spend an ungodly amount of money just buying bids, and it doesn't seem like they even win that much. When I use all my bids I am probably done. Something doesn't seem right.
I joined to see if anything can be useful for myself and grandchildren but there were too many of the same things, so I stopped the membership. No problem in doing so> I will, however, keep looking on the site in case I see something that is needed.
Deal Dash is not what it makes itself out to be. They claim that the option to "Buy Now" makes it so you always get your money back, but it's very misleading because ALL items are priced considerably higher then buying retail. You have to place so maybe bids by the time your auction is done, if you win, you often pay MORE because of the amount of bids you purchased and the bid price.
Like most things, it seemed too good to be true, and it is. Save your money.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use this sote

Nothing because I requested my money back
Hi KS, thanks for the review. The Buy It Now option allows users to pay the retail price of the item to receive all of their bids back, along with the item itself. The Retail Recommended Price from the supplier/brand themselves is the basis for the Buy It Now price. Kindly note, all items on DealDash come with warranty, which external retailers may not offer.
I won an auction for a Craftsman electric pressure washer. Upon receiving the item I realized it was used. I sent my concern about this to Customer service. Within minutes I received a response and are just waiting for the Vendor to respond then hopefully a resolve. Thank you very much for your prompt reply and help with this matter.
Something went awry when signing up with deal dash, so I backed out all of my info only to find out a short time later that they went ahead & processed my information after they said there was an error on account information, that it to closely matched another account #.
I tried deal dash to see what it was all about. I had a good experience at first bidding and winning on some items and being successful. Then I was blocked from winning items under $200, there is apparently a limit of 6 a week, which I was not aware of. So, I started bidding on larger purchase items, using bid buddy and the bid buddy kept refreshing and erasing my bids and bam, then the auctions would end and I lost all the bids I used due to some weird glitch on deal dash. I also had another issue which was when I tried to add more bids to my bid buddy, an error would come up saying "this auction is temporarily paused" and then it would restart and bam, lost again. So, I don't know if other people are having similar problems but after sitting for an entire day bidding on an item for my daughter and for these glitches to happen and I lost over 1200 bids and $200. I have contacted customer service twice with no response. I am extremely frustrated!
Hi Cary, thank you for your review and I'm glad your experience at first was good, however very sorry to see you've recently had a negative experience resulting in a "meh" rating of our business. To help level out the playing field, there are winning limits which allow everyone to win 6 items valued under $200 per week and 3 items valued over $200 per week. This is outlined in the House Rules section of the website along with other important topics so be sure to check that out when you have a chance.
As for the technical issues you encountered, I do apologize for this. Our development team works round the clock to help ensure the best possible bidding experience for our customers, however unfortunately sometimes when releasing new features or fixing bugs, etc. there's a chance of unexpected network issues or errors and unfortunately sometimes may even require them to pause the auctions.
I noticed Stephen from our customer service team was able to answer your support ticket approximately within 24 hours of being received and I'm glad to see he's been able to help assist you. I can only hope that your experience with our service from this point forward is a more enjoyable one. However, if you run into any issues in the future, keep in mind that we're just an email away and we'll always be happy to help. Sincerely, David
I had a couple of issues with two high end products. Both times it showed me to be the winner and then a few seconds later. It popped up and said "NOT" When I contacted Deal Dash I got absolutely know where with them. I tried several more times to get help and was totally blown off!
Hi Lawrence, the auctions you're referencing ended back in 2012. Based on the communication history regarding this instance we investigated the auctions and explained how they continued several minutes after your final bid was placed. We understood you may have tried to place a bid at the final second before the auction ended, however unfortunately it was too late and the auction sold to the highest bidder.
I see you have not participated in any auctions since 2012 as a result of this experience. We'd be more than happy to welcome you back and give you a second chance to try out the many new features made available since 2012. I'll send you a personal follow up email where we can discuss more. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to improve your shopping experience with us - even after all these years!
The bicycle I bought through DealDash( I did not win the auction, but used the Buy it Now option) was found to have a warped front wheel. I wrote DealDash and they have arranged for me to exchange it at a Walmart store of my choosing. I am in the process of setting up someone to help me as my car is a bit small. The purchase date shown above can't be correct though, this all took place more recently and didn't take 3 months as that date would indicate.
At one point in time Deal Dash had a wide variety of higher tick items. Returning to check it out these days I see a lot of under the kitchen drawer and under the sink items. It is very true the site can suck you in and as others have written, the cost of bids seems to be a taboo subject. You will notice that Deal Dash TV Ads have disappeared and I suspect a large percentage of their original bidding members have fallen by the wayside.
If you are truly interested in an item, I suggest finding it on the Web in another location.
I think DealDash is the best online auction site going! All of the items I've won have been just as described. The Customer Service folks are absolutely the most professional, responsive, and kindest people (especially James) and bend over backwards to ensure you are happy with your purchases. All of the special features, such as the automatic bidding system, are head and shoulders above all of their competitors. I enjoy the competition of bidding AND saving money on the items I need for myself and my family. Thank you DealDash!
Honest Company with Integrity and loyalty to their customers. I am overly impressed with how they handle and conduct themselves as a Company. So much more than just some mobile bidding app. Very Impressed. Highly recommend.
I am so frustrated with this auction and i'm starting to realize that some of the reviews are true that there are a lot of fake accounts to drive up the prices. I have been bidding on a 850 bid item for a good 3 hrs, lost 416 bids on it decided to leave when yet another person joined to bidding process. The person who was originally bidding with me is still one now, 4 hours later. She never left, kept bidding. By my estimation, she would have lost well over 1000 bids, yet she is bidding on a 850 bids - how does that make sense. I won by "some miracle" 100 bids right when i joined and a $10 Dunkin donuts gift card right in the beginning and ever since then, loosing and loosing. Don't waste ur money people

Your DealDash experience is our utmost priority, and we look forward to hearing from you
I have won several items from Deal Dash, all of which of been good quality products. While you may not always win the item you're bidding on, it's a fun way to win inexpensive items and have a little friendly competition while doing so!
I just recently joined Dealdash on advice from a co-worker. I have managed to fill my entire Christmas Shopping List with some major deals and saved me hundreds of dollars. I won items I normally would not have been able to buy shopping locally.
Tip for consumers:
Stock up on bids and be ready for the deals when they pop up!
It's been fun but gets harder and harder th win Still a great experience
Hi Matt! Thank you for your five star review! So happy to know you're still having a positive experience. Remember, we're here 24/7 to assist whenever you need. Happy bidding!
I love this site, the very first thing I won was a $10.00 gift card from Walmart and it only took 1 bid so it cost me a total of $0.16. I think I must have gotten really lucky on this one because I haven't gotten any since. The nice part about this auction is that even if you lose the bid you can always buy the product and get your money back that you bid with so I will prob always shop at walmart to I wont lose any money...
I see it's all about strategy. Pay attention to what everyone else is doing. Just because you see 20 people in a bid watch to see how many are in it after a few dollars. Bid late at night to get a better feel for it and win items with one or two bids. But pay attention and be patient. Good Luck!
Bid on auctions and save. All auctions start at $0 with no minimum price reserve. Everything must go! DealDash is the fair and honest bidding site. Founded in 2009, millions of bidders have enjoyed Deal Dash auctions since.
Established in 2009, DealDash is the longest operating site of its kind in the United States. Before DealDash was founded, millions of Americans tried out 1st generation bidding fee auctions. These first generation auctions left many people with a poor experience.
After one such letdown experience, spending $50 on a pay-to-participate auction site with nothing to show for it, our founder decided to create a fair and honest alternative to bidding fee auctions, where losing bidders don’t have to lose the money they spent bidding. That is how Deal Dash was born in 2009. Today, over 1,000 brand named products are discovered and won by customers every day!
Bid in our online auctions to catch a deal and if you don't win the auction, you can buy it now and keep on bidding!
Hi Earl. Thanks for the review and advice for fellow bidders. Indeed, that is a good strategy to follow on DealDash. It is always advisable to keep to a budget and try to avoid auctions that are very crowded, since those will take longer to end. Thanks for taking the time to send this feedback. Please let us know if there's anything else you need. We'll be happy to help.
