I've been playing this since 2012 and have won many items. It's a great way to purchase items at a low cost.

“Been here since the beginning and highly recommend Deal Dash!”

Vicki L.

I don't know what specific experience I experienced on 12/7, however, I have, over the years filled most of my gifting needs through my Deal Dash wins. The quality of the products have always been very good and there is something here for everyone. I have only had 1 or 2 hiccups over the years.but the staff is always very simpathetic and quick to make the situation right. I will continue to be one of Deal Dash's biggest fans!

The same people win all the time! They appear to have unlimited bids, and enter multiple auctions at once. Do not like the new format and doubt I will continue playing once my bids are gone. It's just too hard to win these days!

Dealdash.com is a safe, reliable and truthful penny auction website! They are just an email away, give them a try. For those of us skeptical about payments, they accept Paypal. This may give you peace of mind

Well I have been bidding on these types of sites for 6 months and came across DealDash. I bought a bid package and to give them a try and every auction said no new bidders. This site has so many bidders it is very difficult to get in an auction and win. I finally won an item and shipping took forever.

I was able to Bid and won during a free auction. So when it normally would have cost me $350 or more I paid only 1 cent. I keep it on my counter and use about 4-5 times a week. It sure makes my baking easier. I love the black onyx color.

These people who run and take care of DealDash are so nice when you contact them. And you don't wait for a response. They answer your emails really fast! I have won a few things and there is no waiting a week for the products. You win, BAM its at your doorstep!

Deal Dash has been the best site for great auctions, they offer great items, and give back bids as well. I have won four auctions in just a few hours of bidding and watching how it all works. I highly recommend this great auction site!

Today was my first day trying dealdash.com It is now so bad actually, it's just very competitive. What i find very upsetting is their support system... it's horrible. I wrote to them 3 times today and they didn't reply at all. Also, on TV it says if you don't win, they give you your money back on the first item. I bid on an apple Ipad and lost 127 bids and they haven't given them back to me... I would like my bids back please... and a response from support.

Hi Marta! I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received an answer from our customer support team. They're available 24 hours a day, so I'm not sure why you're experiencing these difficulties.

If you send me a personal message through here with some additional details I'll be more than happy to look into this matter, and it's certainly no problem for us to credit your account with the bids you used from your first bid pack if you didn't win an auction.

I spent $30 on a bid bundle and spent probably 75 on a Walmart card. Just about that time a needless popup saying I gad reached level 5. So what. I move to clear it and the WalMart auction is done. I search and I wasnt even listed as a bidder yet I was leading at the time ans the only same auction found. I couldnt enter because it read no new bidders. RIP OFF. Save your money! They lie.

I recently signed up with Deal Dash. I won a few auctions and received all the items in a couple of weeks. I contacted customer service and received a quick response. This website appears to be well run. Their bid sales lately have been awesome.

There was a discrepancy with Pay Pal. Anyhow; I ended up purchasing two bid packs but only receiving only one set of bids. After clearing the bank I wrote one e-mail to DealDash and everything was corrected. Excellent response time wise by the DealDash team..

My 10 year old son signed up and used my credit card to make the initial payment for bids and after receiving an email notification of this purchase I replied to the refund department and was refunded my money back with no questions asked. The representative was very professional. Thank you Graham and Deal Dash

This was my first time on DealDash. I enjoyed the experience even tho there's a lot to learn about bidding. I had fun and I'm going to try out my Bid buddy for an auction this evening. Keeping my fingers crossed!

GREAT! Just trying to learn more about bidding and buying before I start! I'm excited to try it because of all the commercials i've seen on tv! But I'm still a little lost on how to win, so i want learn first! Customer service is great, I got a quick response about my request and it makes me feel like this is a trustworthy site that I can trust thank you!

Tip for consumers:
100 percent legit! Trustworthy site, and great service and deals! They responded to my request and took care of my problem immediately! They gave their word that they can help me with any questions and did what they said they would do! I trust this site 100 percent! Have fun and enjoy all the great deals! 5

Once you get the hang of it and develop a bidding strategy, it's not impossible to win. You just need patience especially if you don't want to rely on the bid buddy since other players try to kick you out in hopes of finishing your auto-bids. You really need to save bids so you have a chance at items which usually go for hours on end.

From what I anticipated to be a possible nightmare you have thus far, (that is, since MY association with your company (which is all of 24 hours (if that!)) You hav presented how thoroughly you have invested in good customer relations.

It was a breath of fresh air to discover a company that in the days of outsourced or computer generated customer support, still treats its customers with respect and goes the extra mile to insure your experience is smooth and positive.

Initially was good. However as time has gone on, I am disgusted with bidders who express their aggression through their bidding by "stomping" on bids and bidding far beyond the BIN value presumably only to get increased highest bidder points. When I use up my current 900 bids, I will leave DealDash forever. DealDash contact support has been very helpful and responds quickly.

I received a gift card that would not work. I have sent them several emails to see if they would correct this problem. NOTHING was ever done. I keep hearing they will forward this information to their suppliers. It's a shame, seems like the invalid card could be exchanged for a valid card.

Since I wrote the review deal dash has sent me a new gift card. It did take awhile, but everything was corrected.

Revealed to me... Great Products... Concerns with any problems/concerns solved quickly and professionally... Free meter bids with specials that allow time to accumulate 2 to 4 times faster... Wins at 50 percent off and free wins on some days which is often and a great savings to winner... New items often... Sales on bid packets (especially@. 12 cents some days). Thanks for providing us bidders the opportunity to play on such a great auction site.

My experience has been mixed here, first things were Good... price, shipping, delivery and product. Then it slowed down, meaning I have not received 2 winning items since April and it is July now. Finally, the last item I did receive was a ring, I even gave a great review, now that has changed since it turned my finger brown and green 2 weeks later. So, yes, it has been a mixed experience for me on DealDash.

Caution should be exercised when bidding for more expensive items. DealDash makes their money on these items because multiple bidders pay a considerable premium to post multiple bids at penny increments. If it looks like there are going to be a number of bidders before closed bidding ($5.00 bid), then it is best not to participate because you will lose all the money you paid for each penny bid. Buying on Amazon may be a better choice.

Hi Earl. Thanks for the review and advice for fellow bidders. Indeed, that is a good strategy to follow on DealDash. It is always advisable to keep to a budget and try to avoid auctions that are very crowded, since those will take longer to end. Thanks for taking the time to send this feedback. Please let us know if there's anything else you need. We'll be happy to help.

I joined to see if anything can be useful for myself and grandchildren but there were too many of the same things, so I stopped the membership. No problem in doing so> I will, however, keep looking on the site in case I see something that is needed.

Deal Dash is not what it makes itself out to be. They claim that the option to "Buy Now" makes it so you always get your money back, but it's very misleading because ALL items are priced considerably higher then buying retail. You have to place so maybe bids by the time your auction is done, if you win, you often pay MORE because of the amount of bids you purchased and the bid price.

Like most things, it seemed too good to be true, and it is. Save your money.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t use this sote

Nothing because I requested my money back

Hi KS, thanks for the review. The Buy It Now option allows users to pay the retail price of the item to receive all of their bids back, along with the item itself. The Retail Recommended Price from the supplier/brand themselves is the basis for the Buy It Now price. Kindly note, all items on DealDash come with warranty, which external retailers may not offer.

The first day I won 4 auctions with only one bid. I tried to win other items by bidding and using the bid buddy, but no luck. How do some of these people have bids going all day on several auctions? They would have to have thousands of bids hoarded up and spend an ungodly amount of money just buying bids, and it doesn't seem like they even win that much. When I use all my bids I am probably done. Something doesn't seem right.

Gain trust and grow your business with customer reviews.

From the business

Bid on auctions and save. All auctions start at $0 with no minimum price reserve. Everything must go! DealDash is the fair and honest bidding site. Founded in 2009, millions of bidders have enjoyed Deal Dash auctions since.

Business History

Established in 2009, DealDash is the longest operating site of its kind in the United States. Before DealDash was founded, millions of Americans tried out 1st generation bidding fee auctions. These first generation auctions left many people with a poor experience.

After one such letdown experience, spending $50 on a pay-to-participate auction site with nothing to show for it, our founder decided to create a fair and honest alternative to bidding fee auctions, where losing bidders don’t have to lose the money they spent bidding. That is how Deal Dash was born in 2009. Today, over 1,000 brand named products are discovered and won by customers every day!

Bid in our online auctions to catch a deal and if you don't win the auction, you can buy it now and keep on bidding!
