I have been a participant on DealDash for 5 months and have won 59 auctions. I visit the site daily. I watch more auctions than I participate in. It's exciting and entertaining, but you have to know your limits. Enrollment increases daily. Because of this, they could use more auctions. Customer service is friendly, very receptive of feedback, and respond quickly. They are better than other penny auctions because of their free shipping and deals on bid packs!

I see it's all about strategy. Pay attention to what everyone else is doing. Just because you see 20 people in a bid watch to see how many are in it after a few dollars. Bid late at night to get a better feel for it and win items with one or two bids. But pay attention and be patient. Good Luck!

Purchased more gift cards than I won. I've followed auctions for more than an hour only to finally give up and in some cases purchase the gift card. I appreciate that opportunity but just wish I could win a few.

At times I have found Deal Dash to be so busy with bidders that it's difficult to compete. I do enjoy though the different options Deal Dash employs to help make the experience of bidding fun and enjoyable to play. It's a challenge but exciting game that just keeps on getting better. I do wish some bidders would let the bid clock run it's 10 second course instead of bumping bidders off. It's a matter of common courtesy.

Thrill of the win, agony of lose. I have won and lost many auctions. It's all about the play. I would stay on DD but my pocket book won't let me! Great finds, adrenaline rush, and learning control. Thanks DD.

Don't waste your money on the bids. Once you are the highest bidder, you still have to pay for the item. If you have nothing better to do with your life, then dealdash is the place to be because you can spend hours bidding. All in reality, it's a very deceiving website that just takes your well earned money that you work so hard for. Just don't do it. I would preferably like my money back, but I know that won't happen.

Anytime I have won or bought something and had any type of trouble the customer service has been great. I do have one drawback and that is once you buy certain items you can NEVER purchase or bid on the item again. Think there should be a 1 year blackout or something along those lines. I have already purchased Christmas gifts for this coming year and got GREAT deals. I not all of Christmas last year on here and business gifts for clients. Love this sight but can get addictive!

Fewer prizes now offered that interest me. I check daily to see if anything is what I would want. Dealdash was more fun before 2013: fewer bidders, better prizes. I notice that many of the items offered now have terrible reviews on Amazon, so, not top-quality merchandise.

I was bidding on a cake (silver) server and had bid 249 times. A new person jumps in after the $5.00 limit, but he had placed a bid at 89 cents, he goes on to win because I ran out of money. This just doesn't seem fair.

I had won an item that was broken when I received it and deal dash sent me a return label right away but I haven't received it so I let them know again about the problem and within a few hours they responded back. Great service. Thanks

Well I like the selections. But, like all penny auctions, you have jumpers and greedy competition. Even with the no jumping offers after 3.00 or 5.00... everyone places a bid before the cutoff and then comes back... just like jumpers. Me too it is the only strategy.

The auction lasts too long! Who really has time to sit and bid for days upon days! The site claims it gives out deals but if I wanted to buy the item it now I could just go to the store and pay the full price... That's not a deal in my book but... Curiosity killed this cat for sure! I've learned my lesson.

I have had very good response with my Deal Dash purchases. The items are as advertised and most often arrive very quickly. If there is a problem, they are quick to find a solution. My only complaint is that some will continually bid many times over the value of the merchandise, just to win. I like a deal as well as anyone, and the Buy it Now is an excellent opportunity to still purchase the items, but with excessive OVER bidding, it spoils the fun of the auction.

My friend turned me on to deal dash.com at first I thought it was a joke until his TV came in through the mail.so they made me a believer this is no scam I'm a real new customers to this and it was about to get started look forward to more reviews for me thanks Antonio

Submitted a concern to support team about a recent auction win. The reply with comprehensive accuracy, was provided to me very quickly. I was nervous about the process ( my first auction win). My personal experience at DealDash has been so much fun. I'm not really up on trendy new fast moving games and I have made a couple of mistakes. I had to call for assistance twice and I had the MOST amazing customer service ever. I spoke to a wonderful young man named James. James not only walked me through everything I needed assistance with, but he was a gentleman, curious and got back to me within three minutes of my call to Customer Service!
Wow- I was impressed! I've won three times and have only played just a few- I've told all my Senior friends about it and they love it.

I believe DealDash is THE best auction site there is. The items up for bid are GOOD items, (good quality), the bids are reasonably priced, and delivery time on won auction items is really great!
I've dealt with customer service a couple of times, and they're incredible. The site itself has great incentives, without being convoluted.
I've truly enjoyed the site so far. I would comment further, but I've got to go check a couple of auctions right quick! Yes, I do love my DealDash!

The anticipation of what will be up for auction is something all participants experience, The array of what is offered is a widely varied mix of merchandise and bid packs. It is difficult to peruse the items offered and not find at least one item that "you can't live without." At least that has been my experience. It's fun bidding against other participants to see who is the ultimate winner. That person then gets a brand new, still in the box, product at a very cheap price, and has it delivered for free to their home. What's not to like?

I have gotten some good deals, so to speak, but most of them I have not received. I am waiting since before Halloween to receive some items I "won" on the site. And now it is almost Christmas. I also got some Christmas gifts for my granddaughter and I'm afraid they won't be here in time.

Very reliable, started out small and won 3 gift cards which were delivered quickly. My big win is a 40" TV which took a little longer to be delivered but nevertheless, I have been notified that it is being delivered today! So far DealDash has been a fun reliable experience!
