I don't know what specific experience I experienced on 12/7, however, I have, over the years filled most of my gifting needs through my Deal Dash wins. The quality of the products have always been very good and there is something here for everyone. I have only had 1 or 2 hiccups over the years.but the staff is always very simpathetic and quick to make the situation right. I will continue to be one of Deal Dash's biggest fans!
The same people win all the time! They appear to have unlimited bids, and enter multiple auctions at once. Do not like the new format and doubt I will continue playing once my bids are gone. It's just too hard to win these days!

Thank you Paul, we appreciate the feedback. Here are some top customer voted bidding tips:
1. Bid only on items you like.
2. Focus on one auction at a time.
3. Decide in advance how many bids you will use in the auction (keep to this limit).
4. Use Buy it Now if you don't win to get your bids back and the item
5. Keep to a budget
For those that don't know what the Buy it Now is, it allows those that don’t win the auction, to still get the wanted item because you’ll have the chance to buy the item for its low retail price. We’ll ship it for free and even give you back all the bids you used trying to win it in the auction.
This is one of my favorite bid sites. Always has great specials on bids and up to date products.

I'm sorry to see the negative 1 star rating and wanted to reach out to help. Our records indicate you've contacted our customer service team on two occasions via email (Jan 14th & 16th). We replied back to you both times the same day with your user name and password because you told us you had forgotten it. Did you ever see those email replies? Based on your comment I assume you did not.
Good to see you've been able to login as I see you've recently been bidding in some auctions, mainly large LCD televisions. Those are some of the most popular items therefore generally attract more bidders however if you want to bid on those I recommend focusing all of your bids on one auction at a time and if you don't win, buy the item to get your bids back.
I'd be happy to talk with you further about bidding tips and advice on how to have the best experience and would love to know what we can do to improve your experience and rating of our service.
