Just about all the clothes I have won and received have been too small regardless of their being marked large. I am a large for all the clothes I buy so something is wrong with the sizes you received. Other than that, I love the items I have won on your site.
I hadn't been on in a while so I thought I would try it again. It's still exactly the same. No fair rulings back and forth. The same people win all the time.
I have been an active member of the DealDash family for six years, during this time I have been fortunate to win tens of thousands in the auctions. This has given me the ability to share my good fortune with many others, especially those who serve in our military. I know how hard it is to provide for a family on a military income and by way of DealDash I have been able to ease the burden to many service members. Thanks DealDash for giving me a way to pay it forward.
Thank you,
Deal Dash for understanding how a Bidder may feel.
I am looking forward to your promise to make this change.
YES and NO
A box to check is perfect.
Box placed in an easy to see place, displayed before any of our bidding begins.
When the easily noticed box is apparent, I promise to delete the Site Jabber review letter.
And Praise your Site in a future review. " YaY Deal Dash " for listening.
We Bidders appreciate your site and love to play. A choice to insure is only
Fair and Honest.
Thank you for this change Deal Dash.
Sincerely,
Rodney
I'm a true actual victim…This site was set up by a genius! It's addictive to see the same players (if there real) your bidding against and try to beat them with your $$ and bids. It's addictive to actually win something, and see there fireworks screen when you do. Really NOT A GOOD DEAL unless your trying to throw $$ away. If you play you will always LOOSE more then you win. The house will win 90% of the time. Due to the addictive nature it's hard to stop until you see your bank account empty and max out credit cards. I'm in them 7k! And they loved me until I woke up! Save your money. It's usually cheaper to buy the item in a store. Items have INFLATED VALUES for those not savvy to know true values. Bids can and will go over there inflated values. This is not a deal people. Your fighting a loosing game here.
Tip for consumers:
Addictive site. Inflated values. Costly. You can get caught up in what seems like an inexpensive way to win. Believe me it adds up faster then you think. Auctions can and will exceed inflated values. Rare to be a winner unless you’ve a high roller. Auctions are manipulated in my opinion.
Products used:
I had won some disappointing items along with a couple nice ones ( area rug ) but it cost me in bids more then the inflated value they post on all the items. The name DEAL DASH is a play on words. There are getting the DEALS from the consumer loading bids and overpaying therefore filling there bank account. Then the dash is shipping inferior products 89% of the time. If it sounds too good to be true….
Thank you for your review Sherre. I'm happy to hear of your good wins on DealDash such as the rug you mentioned. We do recommend users to stick to a budget and if the auctions are too competitive, to wait for the auction to come up again and try again later. We have the past winner's history for full transparency which shows the number of bids used and the final auction price for the specific auction(s). We also recommend utilizing our Buy It Now option where you can buy the item at its retail value to receive the item along with all the bids back from the auction! Here are some more tips for you: https://www.dealdash.com/help/tips-and-tricks.
As you know we are not a normal retail store, and our customers are able to win great items at outstanding prices in the many auctions we have every day. We are not able to hold these auctions that finish at really low prices as well as match other stores' offers and discounts.
DealDash wants to bring a wide range of exciting and new items to auction, and to do so we work with major retailers like Walmart and Amazon, as well as multiple brands and distributors from Aava to Wilson & Miller. It is the Manufacturer’s Standard Retail Price (MSRP) that is the base for our Buy It Now price. Of course, we are hoping you can take part in the auctions and win many of these items at a great discount.
If there's anything we can do to improve your DealDash experience, please reach out to our Happiness team and we will be more than happy to assist.
I have had wins and loses and the time can be long. That's ok when you are in a game as such. My friend and I trying not to bid against each other, when I loose I get up and go to another bidding war. Having fun learning.
Thanks for the bids.
I won an office chair here on DealDash a couple of months ago. The chair only cost me. 01 cent (free) It is the most comfortable chair I have in my whole house. It was really fun to play DealDash and then to win WOW I hit the jackpot. Thanks so much
Waste of time and money, spending money on bids then to watch someone else jump in the auction and win in 4 bids. It almost seems like they have bots on their site taking items away from people who are trying to win auctions with hard earned money. Won't recommend to anyone.
Hi Philip. Thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't win more auctions. Please note that all bidders on DealDash are real. We get periodically audited by Ernst & Young to certify that there's no shill bidders, employees, or bots in the auctions.
Would you like some hints & tips to win more auctions. Please get in touch and I'll be happy to share them. My personal email is adrian@dealdash.com
I look forward to hearing from you.
Happy Holidays.
I still think when you have been bidding all night., even thought you have the no jumper auctions. I still think it's unfair that someone is able to jump back in after you have ran out of all your bids. There should be a limit of time such as maybe 5 hours.
It has been a wonderful experience Never any issue with merchandise I have won for myself, birthdays, Christmas and everyday household items. All have been of top quality. I enjoy the time I spend online with DealDash trying to win auctions It's easier than most people think as well as affordable for any budget.
I'm new at this bidding and didn't know what I was doing. I accidentally hit a bid button trying to go down the page. It charged my bank card (I didn't want to do that). Customer service sent me a email to let me know my problem will be resolved! Great CS!
I had just started with DealDash and didn't know how it worked. I made a huge mistake bidding which could have been costly, but they have a great 90 day policy for new buyers and they fixed it for me. I was so relieved! Thank you Yasmin, online support.
Good site... been on for a couple of months and won several items at a wonderful price. Made Christmas shopping a lot easier! Items were shipped quickly and are brand new in manufacture packaging. Won a 42" LCD 3D TV for $26... received within 6 days of auction win.
This is a fun website but please read the rules first. You don't get your bids returned on items you bid on unless you pay full price for the item. Pick your interests carefully and you can have a lot of fun. Customer Service was great to me when I first started and didn't understand how it worked. Have Fun!
Good advice Christine. We recommend people to only bid on items they are willing to buy in case they don't win. This way you get your bids back to try again.
It is like a slot machine to win anything. If you're lucky, you can get a bargain. It just depends on when you bid, how many bids you are willing to spend, and whether other bidders will just keep bidding the item up, even though the bargain has gone.

DealDash has proven to be the most reliable, trustworthy, auction site that I have visited. I haven't had a bad experience at all. One product was the incorrect product, however DealDash took care of the problem without hesitation. The second problem was addressed immediately, I was given an option, and the resolution was promptly taken care of. I will continue to use DealDash, and I have recommended the site to many family & friends. Thank you for the wonderful products, and making sure your members are completely satisfied. Keep up the good work.
Not happy, very expensive items as the number of bids plus the ending sales price are more than other sites normal prices for the items. Lost many auctions and am in the hole big time money wise. I've studied all the tactics and there are people out there that are ruthless and must have big bucks and just want to win all the time. The prices are too high with the buy it back price to get bids back. Never will do this again.
I have shaky hands and accidently hit the button twice for a large purchase. When I discovered the error, I wrote, explained and within 12 hours the mistake had been addressed and corrected. I can't think f any business that responds as quickly as DealDash. Thank you very much
Thanks for the kind words Jeri. I'm glad we could resolve the issue!
I'm done with this and won't be back. Unless you have unlimited time to sit on the computer & unlimited funds to spend, you are not going to win anything. Biggest waste of money & time. At least if I spend money on Amazon or Ebay I get a product in return. Here there is no return on your payment.

Dear Deborah, Thanks for getting in touch, and I'm sorry to hear you were not happy with the experience. DealDash has a 100% money back guarantee on your first bid pack purchase, and a second chance guarantee. Our team have issued your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the money to show in your bank account. We have also added the bids from your first bid packs back to your account for you to have a second chance to win auctions! If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me personally. My email is adrian@dealdash.com
Thanks for finely understanding. God Bless. I have a friend who's still trying to get his email address and new cell back on with you he has over 500 bids and is locked out. I will contact him again, I also sent you a message on him please help him like you have me he would greatly appreciate your help.
I have purchased multiple bids, but have only been successful once on a very inexpensive item that I probably could have purchased for the same price or less at a department store. I noticed the same small group of bidders always seem to win. And they buy up all the bids. Wish the site was actually fair and honest, as I hoped and expected it to be.
When I saw the ad on TV I thought this would be a great opportunity to save money, especially being a student. I sign up no problem. BUT as soon as I pay the $41 for my bids and win a prize, it can not be shipped to Canada.
This website gave no warning that Canadian Residents were not able to participate. Being ripped off $41 is not something I really had in mind when I saw the ad and signed up.
Horrible experience.
Tip for consumers:
DOES NOT WORK FOR CANADIAN CITIZENS
Hi Cassandra. Thanks for your message and sorry for any inconvenience you may have had. At this moment, we only operate within the 48 contiguous states in the US and therefore cannot ship to your location.
I am sorry for the misunderstanding and the inconvenience this may have caused. We have of course refunded all of your money, and sent you a confirmation email. Please let us know if there's anything else you need. We'll be happy to help.
When I first started bidding on Dealdash I won items. It is becoming increasingly difficult to win, I suppose because it is becoming more popular. I purchased a couple bid packs and won absolutely nothing, even though I spent many bids and time trying. I have not purchased again as I just can't waste money when the bidding is so competitive now. It also takes way too long and is too expensive to wait for "free bids"
This site was great, they have changed for the worst. Site Jabber is pro deal dash they reward customers for giving positive reviews with 200 free bids. They have received millions in prepaid bids on the theory they would continue with quality auctions, now they have fewer and bidders get desperate to get there money, and over spend on auctions.
Far more difficult to win and I had won over 700 auctions, but those days are over.
There customer service is superior. They aim to help you win. They also give you free bids from time to time. Just like their mission statement They are fair and honest.
They have more skilled bidders these days due to successful seasoned bidders sharing their knowledge and strategies on their blog. Because of this you do need to be patience and will probably spend more for item then you used to.
It was a pleasure to watch the bidding, and join in at the right time. Once I enter a initial bid, I don't have to worry about being "locked out", for inactivity, like I do on other bidding sites. Also, the alert me feature is very nice, because it tells me when items I am interested in are coming up for bid.
Been bidding at DealDash since April of 2011 and I can honestly say I believe they are the most honest penny auction site on the internet. You won't find yourself wondering if they have bots or whether someone behind the scenes is tampering with the timer. Their customer service reps are on the ball when ever you need to ask about anything to do with the site. You will get a quick response and they really want you to have only a positive experience each time you are bidding at their site!
Bid on auctions and save. All auctions start at $0 with no minimum price reserve. Everything must go! DealDash is the fair and honest bidding site. Founded in 2009, millions of bidders have enjoyed Deal Dash auctions since.
Established in 2009, DealDash is the longest operating site of its kind in the United States. Before DealDash was founded, millions of Americans tried out 1st generation bidding fee auctions. These first generation auctions left many people with a poor experience.
After one such letdown experience, spending $50 on a pay-to-participate auction site with nothing to show for it, our founder decided to create a fair and honest alternative to bidding fee auctions, where losing bidders don’t have to lose the money they spent bidding. That is how Deal Dash was born in 2009. Today, over 1,000 brand named products are discovered and won by customers every day!
Bid in our online auctions to catch a deal and if you don't win the auction, you can buy it now and keep on bidding!
Hi Rodney,
Thanks for reaching out, we appreciate the feedback. I am sorry for the confusion here. We have recently implemented an optional extended warranty plan, which covers any malfunctions or damages to an item that happen outside of the standard manufacturer warranty.
We have put a lot of work into making the process as clear as possible for customers, giving them the option to select "Yes" or "No" to purchasing the extended guarantee during the checkout process. If you follow this link, you can see what it looks like: https://screencast.com/t/UyNPpgk5d
We will definitely take your feedback into account in order to avoid any further misunderstandings. Again, my sincere apologies for the misunderstanding.
I'm glad to hear we have refunded you in full for any of the accidental warranty purchases that had been made. If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact me. My personal email is adrian@dealdash.com
Best,
Adrian
