I've been playing this since 2012 and have won many items. It's a great way to purchase items at a low cost.

I don't know what specific experience I experienced on 12/7, however, I have, over the years filled most of my gifting needs through my Deal Dash wins. The quality of the products have always been very good and there is something here for everyone. I have only had 1 or 2 hiccups over the years.but the staff is always very simpathetic and quick to make the situation right. I will continue to be one of Deal Dash's biggest fans!
The same people win all the time! They appear to have unlimited bids, and enter multiple auctions at once. Do not like the new format and doubt I will continue playing once my bids are gone. It's just too hard to win these days!
Frustrated at all the money I have lost. I love to play but I also like to win. I haven't won a bid since December 2012. I have bid all hours of the day and night with no luck. Makes one wonder what is going on. I think I won 10 auctions in 2012 and nothing in 2013 and thus far in 2014. All I can say is bummer. Think I need to take a break.
MARCH 17,2014 Update: I have received several communications from Deal Dash reps. Since posting my previous comments. They have been very helpful and generous in helping me to better understand the bidding process on their site. I look forward to using their advice and hopefully winning future bids.
Thanks. JESSICA, Deal Dash Rep. For your help.
Kindest Regards,
NaNa9

Terrible, fake savings, expensive and fixed. 60 cent per bid you pay but item is raised by one penny so it looks like everything is going 60x's cheaper than it is. And the same deal dash high rollers win everything every time. They work together against you to use your money to buy there dreams. Probably employees of Deal Dash.

James, in customer service, knows how to make customers happy, and it's not an easy thing to do, but some people just have that instinct for handling people and James is one of them. Hes friendly, understanding, willing to listen, not to mention going out of the way to make customers happy. Does he have bad days? Sure, everyone does, but youd never know it. After working 30+ years dealing with lawyers, I can recognize and appreciate his talent and hard work. Hes a company asset, and its too bad it cant be bottled and sold. Now, that would be a deal!

DealDash has the best customer service... I received two different packages with 1 broken item each (other items in the packages were in great/perfect condition). After contacting DealDash and receiving a response within a couple hours rather than the possible 12 hours it said it may take I took the requested pictures and sent them back to DealDash and received notice of the reorder of my broken items within roughly a days time. Thank you again DealDash!

They have awsome customer service it's honestly one of the greatest experiences in my life and the fact that it was no longer than ten minutes to finish getting the help I need which is a 10 in my book

I have been following an auction to get an idea how this works. I have found that sneaky practices are not only allowed, but apparently encouraged. It is considered fair practice to enter in the beginning of an auction, then not bid at all for days, then jump back in when it's down to 2 people. So it's encouraged to not enter much in the way of bids until the very end, then price out the people who have been in it from the start and have a lot of money invested in it and can't afford to drop out when they've put so much in. My observance has shown me this isn't an auction site I would want to participate in.

Hi Judy. Thank you for getting in touch and sharing your feedback with us, we really appreciate it. We don't really encourage late jumping, but it is true that it is a practice that is not against our terms and conditions. Please take into account that bidders who decide to stay silent and jump back at the end of the auction engage in more risk - the auction can end at any time before they are able to jump back. It is a matter of personal preference. When you jump back in the auction, you can conserve bids but you engage in the risk of the auction ending before that.
Hope this helps. If you have any questions or need any further clarification, please let me know.

DealDash Customer Service
I was ready to stop being a member of DealDash. Although I love the site, you get great deals (sometimes) if your lucky, but hey it is an auction, you won some you lose some. It is taking that gamble. But I had an issue, I contacted support to let them know my issues, and ready to leave, I am sure this guy could care less if I stayed on bidding with DealDash or not. Lol. But Andrew was very understanding, he was quick in returning emails, regarding my issue, and fixed it, making me happy. So thanks to Andrew, I love this site even more! I have delt with customer support previous, and I always get a response within 5 minutes or less. So thank you DealDash!

This site is absolutely not a scam. I been with DD since 2012 and have won lots of nice items. Also love the daily free bids and that you are able to sent in a picture and get free bids. Shipping is always free.
Tip for consumers:
If you first start, study the bidders first. Stay with your first auction and also check out on the left hand site of your bidder page who won and how many bids they put in and how much the total was for their item they won. You have bidders what want to win for sure and could as well just buy it. Again, study the bidder and make you a list. Hope you get a hang of it and good luck.

I love deal dash. They are an honest bidding site. It has just gotten very large and hard to win items. But, there is also the option to buy the item and get your bids back... and the buy price is usually pretty reasonable.
Tip for consumers:
Check furniture items closely. I have gotten quite a few damaged items.

Best Penny Auction Site on the web! They have great customer service and they ship quickly. They have no jumpers after $5.00 and everything comes with free shipping! I have save thousands and have won many products including an Iphone 5, laptop, home theater system, and more.

Dealdash is an awesome and fun website where you can win great products for cheap! Shipping is always free and you have the option to buy any product for retail price if you don't win the auction. And get all your bids back! Try it out people!

I won 5 auctions and after 3 weeks have not received anything. I emailed last week and 6 days later I got an email saying one of the items was out of stock. These folks definitely do not have their act together as far as honoring what they claim. A real disappointment.

I have had a great time on Dealdash in the past few months. I have won several items and received them all. Shipping has been very fast, especially since the first of the year, and the customer service of late has been phenomenal. The representatives are very polite and helpful. I see lots of negative reviews on this site, and I have to say that I, too, went through that November/December crunch, but I remained patient and positive, and Dealdash came through for me. Since the first of the year, they seem to be back on track. Both shipping and customer service have been not only restored, but improved vastly. If you play wisely and do the math, you will have a good experience and return for more. I recommend Dealdash.

This site is easy to use and fun to play. I have "won" over 20 items without much trouble. They always allow you to earn free bids and have the buy it now option if you are in too deep on an auction you can get all your bids back. If you don't win anything with the first bid pack you buy they will give you your bids back so you can try again. If you have a few bucks laying around and want to take a chance on winning some cool stuff then it is a fun way to pass the time.

I have not figured out how some auctions close with a winner immediately when I never saw the auction, nor have I been able to figure out how to win even the smallest item values without sitting there and going into a bid war draining countless bids. On gift cards, I found it better to buy the gift card for its value and get back all the bids I bid on them. That is about the only deal I find on DealDash. I have stopped looking at all the auctions and using Bib Buddy in the off hours. I did win 2 items that way. Otherwise, I am out of trying DealDash due to frustration and losing out in the last second.

Steve, your rep. Was so patient, and worked through several options before the issue was resolved. Thanks, and a pat on the back for helping me. I hope that
I am lucky enough in the future, if needed, to have Steve help me again. I love
DealDash.

This is a fantastic bidding site that offers items that you can get for a fraction of the retail price. They run specials where if you win the item is free! The administration is super supportive and responds promptly to any concerns. Worth checking bout for sure!

I have tried them all (penny auction sites) over the years. I have read all the reviews and then experienced it for myself.
Without a doubt, DealDash is the one for me!
It (DealDash) is honest and fair. I never once felt "cheated" or misled in any way. It is addictive for sure, but that is for each individual to sort out for themselves.
The products are great, shipped quickly (unless otherwise indicated) and customer service is absolutely efficient and professional.
There is nothing else to say except that this site if for me.

I have won so many really fabulous items either for free or for a few dollars, usually under $5.00. In the last week I've won a 6-piece sheet set, a down fiber comforter, a plush pink hedgehog for my new baby granddaughter due in August, and a large bid pack. Love the rules change where everybody has only one win a week of a particular item, which is a great leveler.

This Deal Dash group is so obviously committed to their customers. When I need to contact them with a question, they are always so friendly and helpful. Graham must be a very talented manager because they function so well. I always appreciate them. Nice hiring job, DD!

Spent alot of money,, bids are to expensive for what little few you get. People would spend more if they would receive bids in a larger quantity at a lower price. They also need to run more auctions at the same time,, one or two pages is not enough. Not happy at all with the way it is,, that's why I no longer take part.

I really like this site. It is easy to get carried away, though, if you don't have the money to spend. I have won some very awesome and expensive items I would have never been able to afford. It is a gamble though. Their customer service is exceptional and are always prompt when resolving issues.

I contacted customer support after realising that DealDash.com is only in the U.S. at the current time and I live in Canada. Because I had already bought bids I asked if my purchase could be refunded. They quickly replied and there was no problem with my money being refunded. The service was polite and quick.

Bid on auctions and save. All auctions start at $0 with no minimum price reserve. Everything must go! DealDash is the fair and honest bidding site. Founded in 2009, millions of bidders have enjoyed Deal Dash auctions since.
Established in 2009, DealDash is the longest operating site of its kind in the United States. Before DealDash was founded, millions of Americans tried out 1st generation bidding fee auctions. These first generation auctions left many people with a poor experience.
After one such letdown experience, spending $50 on a pay-to-participate auction site with nothing to show for it, our founder decided to create a fair and honest alternative to bidding fee auctions, where losing bidders don’t have to lose the money they spent bidding. That is how Deal Dash was born in 2009. Today, over 1,000 brand named products are discovered and won by customers every day!
Bid in our online auctions to catch a deal and if you don't win the auction, you can buy it now and keep on bidding!
Hi Alex,
Thanks for your comment. All DealDash employees have to sign a strict contract that prohibits them, or any of their family members, to bid in the auctions. We get audited by EY to ensure that this is the case, and we can guarantee that our auctions are 100% fair and honest.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me on adrian@dealdash.com
Have a good day,
Adrian
