I don't know what specific experience I experienced on 12/7, however, I have, over the years filled most of my gifting needs through my Deal Dash wins. The quality of the products have always been very good and there is something here for everyone. I have only had 1 or 2 hiccups over the years.but the staff is always very simpathetic and quick to make the situation right. I will continue to be one of Deal Dash's biggest fans!
The same people win all the time! They appear to have unlimited bids, and enter multiple auctions at once. Do not like the new format and doubt I will continue playing once my bids are gone. It's just too hard to win these days!
I had left a subpar review of a product that I had won. I was given a refund, bids back and sent a different bag to try. Could not ask for any better. Thanks

Tried to do the steps for free bids and had a problem doing the comment required portion. Emailed them and they gave me the free bids anyway!

It can be very frustrating when you have a hard time playing with the "big bidders" that have big banks of bids. Also challenging is overcoming the "threatening" bidders names that make you unsure of where you stand. I wonder if anyone ever reviews the names that some of your bidders use. And, the statements under their names can be disheartening. I am going to start listing some of them so I can share next time I have a chance to review.

Deal Dash has great products and will back up any products sent to you, that may have an issue. I had a chair that broke in shipping and they immediately replaced it and made the return easy at no cost to me. I am happy with their platform and service. My most recent purchase is terrific. I don't have a lot of time to play on-line but when I do, I like to play Deal Dash. I have won several items over the years and have had a great experience. The site is easy to understand and is very user friendly. I like the challenge and the unknown as to if you'll win or not.

I enjoy having the opportunity to win things from Deal Dash and have given them to kids and grandkids as well as return for bids, occasionally. It's easy and fun to watch the auctions and try to figure out what I want from all the options. I never spend more than I can afford.

Some auction web sites have come and gone due to in my mind corrupt practices that were allowed. I have been bidder with deal dash since 2013, eleven years and never thought once that any shady things were happening. There are a few bidders that go wild and bid thing to high. That is to be expected some people just want to win no matter the cost. Thank you deal Dash for all my auctions that I participated in.

After 11 days the items I had won still indicated preparing for shipping, I was informed that it was an external vendor and the items would ship soon. I was given some free bids due to the delay.

I got a call from Customs saying I had to give them more info...since my computer knowledge is VERY limited (I am a senior) I did not know how to do what they wanted so they said they would have to send the item back to Dealdash...I notified you and the issue was resolved. Thank you very much.

My overall experience with DealDash has been excellent. You could not ask for better representatives! This site used to be a great auction site, but lately I have noticed that even with fairly aggressive bidding there are a lot of bidders out there who are overtaking the auctions. It would be nice if management would consider a few more controls to give more folks a chance to win now and then.

Paying for every bid is a joke. People think they're getting a good deal because they got an ipad for $150 but the increments take so long to get there you have to spend $300 in bids to keep it going and even if you lose, you are still paying for the bids on something you didn't even win.

This site could be a good thing but seems like it might be going downhill. I have seen 2 times now within 2 days were a person has bought a $25 gift card for $30+ dollars, and that does not make sense. Almost like there are insiders just driving the bids up. I don't trust this site anymore due to this. I would rather find a good price elsewere and just pay. I spent a bunch of bids and it seems like I was up against a bot with unlimited bids.

It does happen sometimes that the final auction price exceeds the Buy it Now price, this typically happens when there are Time as Highest Bidder, Leaderboard, or auction discount promotions as users take advantage of these events to gain free rewards. I have taken a look and can confirm that both auctions you are referring to are 75% Discount auctions which means that the final auction price is slashed by 75% for the auction winner. I'm a true actual victim…This site was set up by a genius! It's addictive to see the same players (if there real) your bidding against and try to beat them with your $$ and bids. It's addictive to actually win something, and see there fireworks screen when you do. Really NOT A GOOD DEAL unless your trying to throw $$ away. If you play you will always LOOSE more then you win. The house will win 90% of the time. Due to the addictive nature it's hard to stop until you see your bank account empty and max out credit cards. I'm in them 7k! And they loved me until I woke up! Save your money. It's usually cheaper to buy the item in a store. Items have INFLATED VALUES for those not savvy to know true values. Bids can and will go over there inflated values. This is not a deal people. Your fighting a loosing game here.
Tip for consumers:
Addictive site. Inflated values. Costly.You can get caught up in what seems like an inexpensive way to win. Believe me it adds up faster then you think. Auctions can and will exceed inflated values. Rare to be a winner unless you’ve a high roller. Auctions are manipulated in my opinion.

I had won some disappointing items along with a couple nice ones ( area rug ) but it cost me in bids more then the inflated value they post on all the items. The name DEAL DASH is a play on words. There are getting the DEALS from the consumer loading bids and overpaying therefore filling there bank account. Then the dash is shipping inferior products 89% of the time. If it sounds too good to be true….

We do recommend users to stick to a budget and if the auctions are too competitive, to wait for the auction to come up again and try again later. We have the past winner's history for full transparency which shows the number of bids used and the final auction price for the specific auction(s). We also recommend utilizing our Buy It Now option where you can buy the item at its retail value to receive the item along with all the bids back from the auction! As you know we are not a normal retail store, and our customers are able to win great items at outstanding prices in the many auctions we have every day. We are not able to hold these auctions that finish at really low prices as well as match other stores' offers and discounts.
DealDash wants to bring a wide range of exciting and new items to auction, and to do so we work with major retailers like Walmart and Amazon, as well as multiple brands and distributors from Aava to Wilson & Miller. It is the Manufacturer’s Standard Retail Price (MSRP) that is the base for our Buy It Now price. Of course, we are hoping you can take part in the auctions and win many of these items at a great discount.

The TV ads were misleading. I got X for 10 dollars! You are not informed that: a) you have to purchase "bid credits" (which should be added to the cost of the item); and b) the auctions take hours and hours and hours. I spent 6 hours bidding on two items. DealDash embodies the old adage: if it seems too good to be true...

Be careful when you're bidding. I used to love and deal that and I used to be great but as of lately it has gone downhill. I myself not the only one that's had this issue. But you go to place a bid when there's like 3 seconds left and the system doesn't do anything and it sells the product to the last bidder and boots you out. They are so I'm sure it's not on my end because I'm about a mile from a cell tower and also I have a corporate internet service with high power.

I joined DealDash yesterday never once did they make it clear that they were I going to charge me $70 to start they don't ask you. They just want your credit card information it's very deceitful. Once again never asked.me. In addition there's nothing on DealDash that's even worth putting on in my opinion

The fact that I have to bid against people who have a seemingly infinite number of bids to spend as the purchase their monthly limits. I can't compete, especially against the more prized auctions, with those who have to have a source of funding, buying and reselling on eBay, etc. I even know personally of stores that sell the products auctioned on DealDash.
Yes I have complained but get the same response.
DealDash wouldn't be in business if it were not for this grand deception.

In reflecting, my first exposure to DealDash would give a great example of how they operated. And I would understand that all the very nice-sounding people in customer help were just that. They did take my advice on their commercials, which is what attracted me to the website. I filed a complaint with the FTC. Emailed and spoke with the friendly people telling them their commercials where false and misleading. (Are you tracking with me?) Their commercials would say something like - I bought this on DealDash for ten dollars and it cost $100. There was no mention of what the bids cost that you have to purchase to bid on auctions. That, especially to new people can be a substantial amount. You will notice NOW a small written disclaimer at the bottom of their ads.
My biggest complaint, and why I rarely am on their website anymore, is the disparity between old-timers and new-timers and the number of bids the old-timers keep throwing down. I took notes of the bidders to assist me. What I found out was there were people who had been on the site for years. They bid for numerous items throughout the day, every day. I knew how I had to covet my bids and what I saw was a never-ending supply from old-timers. I complained many times and was always told by the nice people that they would forward it up to the decision-makers. I would go to eBay and see many of the items from their website on sale. I explained to them that people with so many bids were either independently wealthy or they had enormous amounts of free bids that I didn't come close to having OR they were being funded by their purchases and resale of items.
The quality of their products is remarkably good. That is what keeps me coming back to look for stuff. I was able to buy a robot mop for $40 plus bids for our church as we look to use these machines to replace paying people to clean the church's floors. Again it needs to be repeated - their products are remarkable.
Have I ever heard from the higher up people or have they addressed my complaints? Crickets.
