I've been playing this since 2012 and have won many items. It's a great way to purchase items at a low cost.

I don't know what specific experience I experienced on 12/7, however, I have, over the years filled most of my gifting needs through my Deal Dash wins. The quality of the products have always been very good and there is something here for everyone. I have only had 1 or 2 hiccups over the years.but the staff is always very simpathetic and quick to make the situation right. I will continue to be one of Deal Dash's biggest fans!
The same people win all the time! They appear to have unlimited bids, and enter multiple auctions at once. Do not like the new format and doubt I will continue playing once my bids are gone. It's just too hard to win these days!
Dealdash new policy has allowed the site to be taken over by a few very wealthy
Bidders. As a result wins are predictable and it is not much fun any more. I have
Been on the site for 6 years and have done very well, but am reducing my use as a
Result of the new policy.

This site has a very nice list of product offerings. I've won a lot of products at huge discounts. The customer services is responsive and very helpful. The payment and check out service is easy to use. Shipping and tracking numbers are automatically generated. This is my favorite online penny auction site.

I'm new so not so sure of it. All I know is u should have a end of auction time limit also. It's kinda hard to win most things so my only suggestion is for it to be a little bit easier to actually get some of ur products u bid on

Hi Danielle. Sorry to hear you didn´t win as many items as you were expecting. Most customers win with their first bid pack. If you don´t, we will put the bids back in your account for a second chance.
I can also give you some advice on how to bid in order to place your bids efficiently and maximize your wins.

I've been using DealDash.com since November 2010. What initially drew me to the site was the buy it now option. Whenever you bid on an item and lose the auction you can still "Buy It Now" and DealDash will give you all your bids back! I've received every item I've won or BIN'd and I've even found that on occasion the pricing beats Amazon! Their "No Jumper" auctions are really cool too because this means that only people that have been in the first $5 are eligible to bid after the auction goes past $5. That keeps new people from coming in and "jumping" you. There are a lot of Penny auction sites out there. Many have bots to run up the auction price. These tactics tend to give penny auctions a bad name. I've not seen this tactic at DealDash. I look for this kind of thing too! They are a fair and reputably site and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to give penny auctions a go.

Thank you Scott for sharing the good tips of advice for bidding on our site.
Best customer service ever. Best user friendly website. So much fun... until it became overpopulated. Now auctions go on for a full day and sometimes days and you can lose hundreds of dollars on each item. Bidding for bids has become even more competitive, and when you lose you're out more bids with nothing tangible ever in sight! So there are some problems, but overall a great company with a great idea. Let me know when you've figured out the traffic. Until then i'm posting all bids today on items and when i'm out i'm out. Thank you dealdash for the respect to your customers it's a rare thing today!

Lots of fun but addictive! Deal Dash is a wonderful way to get good deals but you have to have restraint and will power. You also have to have the ability to keep track of how much you spend on bids not only how much the item actually costs. It can add up quickly! In addition it helps to have a positive attitude and positive expectation for winning. And just know that there will always be people out there who are going to bid until they win causing a bidding war. Don't get caught into that! So if you keep your head on straight it can be a lot of fun and you can get some really good deals.

Compared to quibids DealDash is better in that the cost of bids are less, and if you don't win you can buy the item and get your bids back. BUT they have changed over the years the items they offer are very expensive, some times as much a double what you can buy them for on line and what they offer now are not things that most people, in my opinion, are looking for.

I registered to the site, and the only way to get a real idea of how it worked was to purchase a bid package. I purchased the least amount, which was 200 bids@. 17 a bid for a total expense of $34. It is a total sham... please avoid... for instance, before you purchase, just look at the bidding home page, and do the math, bids go up incrementally at one cent in purchase price for each bid. Why do you think that is, it's because with every bid (at 17 cents each) represents enormous revenue to this company. Think about it, if the current bid shows a price of $46.00, that means $4,600 bids were placed so far, at a price paid to the company of $782 just in bids, plus the $46.00 purchase price, so $828 total to the company for probably a $100 item! DO YOUR MATH people, and AVOID THIS! At least on Ebay, you don't spend any money unless you won the bid on the item you want. You are not caught up in the clicking away 17 cents every ten seconds!

Hi Mary, did you know DD has a 100% money back guarantee on your first purchase? This allows anyone to try the site completely risk free. Our customer support team is also ready to help answer any questions about how the site works to ensure complete understanding. Additionally, anyone that does not win the auction can just buy the item at its regular retail price and get back all the bids used in the auction free. Please let me know your username and I'll be happy to personally reach out to you and assist further and ensure you receive your refund as you are not satisfied. Sincerely, David
I spent nearly $400 and had no product or response from Customer Service. I placed bids and orders between November 18 and 26, with delivery promised by December 12-18.
My e-mail messages to Customer Service were unanswered and the telephone number has a recording saying to e-mail them.
Happily, I received EVERYTHING today, December 21. They came through before Christmas with all my gift cards. I am SO relieved.
I relied on positive reviews but now this company is being reviewed badly due to lack of item receipt. Unfortunately, I am not alone.

Customer support was straight forward and honest. I just cannot justify a 60 cent bid cost when the bid price jumps only 1 cent at a time. Example: I win an item for a bid of $1.00. There were only two bidders on this auction. I therefore had a total of 50 bids x 60 cents per bid means this auction actually cost me $31.00. $30.00 for bids plus the $1.00 for winning the bid.

They advertise fair bidding. There is nothing fair about this site. If you can afford to buy thousands of bids you can win but if not forget it. They have certain bidders that bid on everything and just don't quit so you don't stand a chance. I have won some things on this site but have lost way more.
Date of experience: August 14, 2017
Hi Bea. Please note that all bidders are real people, and we get proactively audited to ensure that there are no bots, shill bidders, or employees in the auctions. Sorry to hear you didn't win as much as you were expecting. I'd like to remind you that we have the Buy it Now option. If you don't win an auction, you can buy the item for its normal price and get all the bids you used in the auction back to your account. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our 24/7 toll free number: 855 455 3325
I have been relatively happy with Deal Dash with a few exceptions. I have won several nice items. However, in 2012 I won some perfume and never received it. They say it was delivered to my address but yet, I never saw it. Over the past few months, I purchased 3 $50 babies r us gift cards with buy it now and won 1 auction for a babies r us $50 card. Yesterday I tried using them and there is zero balance on them, I had never even scratched the pins until trying to place the order. So happy I saw it when I did as I had planned to buy more bids tonight to bid on items coming up. Awaiting a reply from customer service.

Hi Karen, I see you're in communication with our customer service team and this issue is being resolved for you. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have new cards delivered to you soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
I was questioning why I couldn't see my bids when there was less than 10 seconds on the clock.
I received an email from Andrew explaining what I was doing incorrectly. He made some suggestions and tips on the bidding process. Then placed 60 bids into my account to try again,
I am a retired customer service representative for the largest shipping company in the United States and I am familiar with most of the issues that occur in the field.
Andrew was courteous and took care of my issue in a timely manner.
Kudos Andrew!

I started Deal Dash in November of 2011. Not only is it fun, a lot better than player solitare. You get the chance to win huge things. You buy bids in packages, and they are almost always on sale. You pick what you want to bid on you can bid one at a time or you can put your bids in a bid buddy if you are busy and can't watch the screen. I have won iPad Retinas, telescopes, tvs, Galaxy tablets, pub stools, etc. It's the thrill of it that is so fun on me.

Not long after I lost my mom to cancer, I attempted to deal with DealDash and in my confusion misunderstood the terms of buying bid pacs. I wrote to customer service and received very fast response and was quite pleased with the outcome. With customer service like this, I have no doubt you will continue to be one of the top auction sites due to your incredible virtue and good relations in that area. My hat's off to you. I am a very satisfied customer.

I signed up just so I could check the site out a bit. And they automatically took out 70.00 I don't know why I never selected that package and I didn't want it. They stole my money then when I noticed and called them I had to speak to 3 different people just to get a refund. And everyone gave me different answers and I still shave the got my money back. I'm only 19 with limited money and that took the rest of my bill money for the week. Very bad hustle scam. I hope this site becomes shut down

ALL penny auctions are scam. I spend $80 on bidding. And got nothing. This was cruse vacation to Bermudas. They do not send You anything. When I call. You must go on sum websides to claim prize. No ticket no voucher YOU WON ZERO. I see now ads on TV. Showing actors who telling everybody like they won computer for $10. Mixer worth $350 for $10. This is all lie. Big lie. And will take You all day to bid item. You must stay home and do not work. Im suprise nobody shut down this auctions. Try to bid. A penny every time You bid will take You forever. And nobody ever won something worth $300 for $10. Why because people bid until item get to original price. Better go to the store. Have bad experience. STAY AWAY. SCAM.

I never thought I could win items so easily. My first time I won a registered Baseball for a penny. Very nicely packaged in a see thru case. Of course you could take it out and look at it. My grandson loves it. He keeps it on his shelf.
Tip for consumers:
You won't be sorry! Great site and lots of fun.

I have found several good items but with not much luck in winning them. Ijust went ahead and purchased the items. It saved me a lot of time before
Christmas as I did not have to go out and look for anything.

I am new to your site, and somehow made a big error when I applied for what I thought would cost $30. When I explained my error, very quickly the problem was resolved. Thank you for such great service. Janie

I have won items for just a penny. Amazing and fun. I seen the television ad on Deal Dash and it's true about the being the fair and honest bidding site. Deal Dash often sends me sale opportunities to get in on the action which is nice to have when I'm looking to try a win a bid or two. :)

Swoopo might not be illegal but it's a scam designed to trick people into thinking they'll get a deal. Swoopo is basically just gambling. So if you really want a deal wait for a sale on Amazon or find something used on eBay. DO NOT get suckered into buying bids on Swoopo. You'll waste your hard earned money and time. Like me.

DealDash is not unlike playing slots at the casino or buying a Lotto scratch-off. You have to be willing to spend the money and ok with losing. It's a lot of fun and even offers tips and tricks on websites as well as a FB site. It does take patience and practice and winning is a lot of fun! Customer service, of course, is top notch. Very courteous and professional. I would recommend this site for fun.

Bid on auctions and save. All auctions start at $0 with no minimum price reserve. Everything must go! DealDash is the fair and honest bidding site. Founded in 2009, millions of bidders have enjoyed Deal Dash auctions since.
Established in 2009, DealDash is the longest operating site of its kind in the United States. Before DealDash was founded, millions of Americans tried out 1st generation bidding fee auctions. These first generation auctions left many people with a poor experience.
After one such letdown experience, spending $50 on a pay-to-participate auction site with nothing to show for it, our founder decided to create a fair and honest alternative to bidding fee auctions, where losing bidders don’t have to lose the money they spent bidding. That is how Deal Dash was born in 2009. Today, over 1,000 brand named products are discovered and won by customers every day!
Bid in our online auctions to catch a deal and if you don't win the auction, you can buy it now and keep on bidding!
So nice to hear we're your favorite penny auction site, thank you!
