It is a great site where when used correctly you can win some great things. I have been very happy and satisfied with them for over two years and their customer service is incredible and quick with a solution or answer to any questions you have.

Somebody is making money on this website, and believe me, it isn't the consumer. I bought 100 bids for $60, and cannot believe what is happening on some of the items I have bid on. For instance, I was bidding on a Mac laptop and there was always one constant bidder for 40 hrs straight. This bidder bid at least 5 times per minute, at 60 cents per bid for over 40 hrs. Tell me this isn't rigged! My strong opinion is that this website is rigging the bids to get the most out of people. If you have between 2 hrs to 48 hrs of time to constantly remain on this site bidding to save a dime, then all the power to you. I don't, and basically just threw $60 away to the wind.

I had an incorrect item sent to me from Deal Dash. Their customer service was above and beyond anything I could have expected. I have always appreciated the timely manner in which Deal Dash shipped it's orders and the bargains I have received. I'm very pleased with the way Deal Dash is treating me. Keeping customers satisfied is everything, especially in a non face to face business. Having to rely on e mail communications can be trying & discouraging, Deal Dash makes it easy. That's a lot to me.

When I first signed onto Deal Dash I won 4 items which I received quickly.
I was able to use them as gifts for others which was fantastic for me.
It is fun and there is a nice variety of items which you can bid on each day.
If you ever have a problem the support team help you resolve it.

Deal Dash gave a speedy and complete review on what Free bid is and now I understand completely how it works. By bidding on a free bid auction you are only responsible for the 0.01 fee if you win. Which is pretty awesome!

It has always been a bit frustrating because I am not always able to stay online batter does our hit the wrong button but by the time i get back online the play is over. Not tired fault just the way out goes.

This is my favorite website and have nothing but good things to say about it. After getting burned and scammed on other penny auction sites. It was such a relief to find a site that was fair, has a huge selection of items to bid on, discounts on bid packages and an amazing customer service and support staff. Keep up the good work DealDash... I am hooked!

By learning to recognize the names of the few players (100 or so) that seem to win every auction they enter, avoid them completely and you will have a chance These players win at every price, every time, be it $1 or $3000. / Avoid newbies because they are unpredictable. / Only bid on what you really need.
I win by following these simple rules (with a few refinements).
The site is honest / the prizes often awesome and the customer service is reasonably quick and incredibly helpful

Oh I am so disappointed in Dealdash. There was a time I played on this site everyday, I would tell my friends and family about this and post daily. They made lots of changes in the products that they offer making it almost impossible to "Buy it now" in the event of a major loss. The items that are offered are very slim and the kids products are not offered much at all. 3 years ago I did all my Christmas shopping through this site and this past year all that was won was a flash light, some head phones and a set of way over priced knifes. What a huge disappointment this site has become. I do hop on every now and again to see if something catches my eye but never see anything that makes me even want to try to win. Not to mention because of the fewer auctions the winning prices are way high! Good luck to those who are still playing on this site, I just feel as if Dealdash has let all their fans down in a huge way.

Deal Dash is a great auction website. The products offered are different and attractable to a wide range of interests. They have great bid buy deals and they even pay for shipment. They respond to inquiries swiftly and professionally.
This is a fun site and if you are patient, you can win some valuable items at a fraction of the retail cost if you are a smart bidder but, you can also get lucky sometimes and win a high valued item for practically nothing.
Having been on other auction sites, Deal Dash is the premier site and I highly recommend it.

I really enjoy Dealdash. It is a stress reliever for me. But I will say it would be nice to win more often. I only play when bids are 15 or 16 cents. I"ve always been pleased with the products. I was only upset once when the time ran out on BIN for me to get my bids back--almost 1000 bids. I needed one more day! But money was tight that week. OHHHH well

Deal Dash has proven to me that they are very customer conscious and respond to all inquiries in a quick and responsible manner. I really am very satisfied with all of the items I have won with Deal Dash and highly recommend them.
I wish there was a way to report bidders who are jumpers and bid as soon as someone else bids not allowing for bidders to get the credit for making the bid. This is so annoying and sad. Otherwise I really like and enjoy my bidding experience. I only bid on items I want as gifts for my family and friends.

Quick response to emails with answers to your questions. Very professional and honest. Always looking to improve your experience. I have won a few auctions and been satisfied that I wasn't getting junk for my effort. Although I think the buy now prices are a little high but I don't come to this website to buy. If I can't get it for cheap I am just not interested LOL. I think you're doing a great job.

I recently had a need to contact customer support. I had won an auction but not received the correct item. I contacted customer support & was pleasantly surprised at how fast they answered my request & fixed the problem. All-in-all, it took only a few hours to complete the whole process!

The fact that you do not just use money and theres some type of points system throws me off. However, the customer service provider sent a email with a link to the videons instructing how to use it. So I may give it another try.

It may be a great place to buy things at a lower cost if you win the auction. I spent over $200 before I knew it on a picture I wanted for my daughter in law's birthday. It was from the Far East collection. I had over 1300 bids into the auction and it was me and another bidder. Then there was another bidder comes in and starts bidding. That is where it gets up. After $3 a auction is closed and no new bidders are allowed. But if you bid before it gets $3, you can come back anytime and bid. So me and the other bidder used up most of our bids and got this auction up. Then a bidder from way back comes in when my bids have reached over 1300 and decided to start bidding again. Now I buy more Bids. I spent almost $200 on bids and still didn't win the auction. So be careful, because you can lay the groundwork just so someone else can come in and buy the house cheap.

This site is clearly for fun and a bit of an addictive gambling site in a way. It takes a while to become keen to how and when to bid... and when to walk away. Winning is fun and losing really sucks because they are basically taking your hard-earned money. Some people seem to "live" on the site and when you see them jump in on something you're bidding on, you just have to either decide to stay the course, or realize they are far more experienced (and resilient) than you and cave.

Definitely presented in a far more appealing manner, with specific attention paid towards providing a superior level of enticing excitement via engaging entertainment & unique incentives in ways that address the various downfalls of the competing paid bid auction sites with insightful improvements as well as supplemental additions & irresistible opportunities of which are specifically geared towards customer attraction, interaction, repetition, satisfaction, as well as ultimate retention.

DD is great! My advice is to learn how it works before you play and your experence with DD will be a good one! Their customer service is, by far, the best I have come across, and shipping is always free.
