I don't know what specific experience I experienced on 12/7, however, I have, over the years filled most of my gifting needs through my Deal Dash wins. The quality of the products have always been very good and there is something here for everyone. I have only had 1 or 2 hiccups over the years.but the staff is always very simpathetic and quick to make the situation right. I will continue to be one of Deal Dash's biggest fans!
The same people win all the time! They appear to have unlimited bids, and enter multiple auctions at once. Do not like the new format and doubt I will continue playing once my bids are gone. It's just too hard to win these days!
My won article arrived in poor condition. Mimi the service rep answered my email quickly with all the information that I needed to get it replaced and now I have a new one in perfect working condition. I'm impressed by the speed and care that was taken to ensure that I was/am a satisfied customer.

At first I thought there was a discrepancy with my item I won, but I was wrong! Very wrong indeed, Deal Dash went out of their way to help me with my problem and then some. Way ta go guys, outstanding company.

I have been a fan of DealDash for a year. Once I learned the process I was able to win some really nice prizes and gift cards. I have received my wins very quickly and was amazaed when I won a HOP printer for $12.74 and received it in two days! They must have known I really wanted that printer. Their customer service is really great and I am always treated with respect and dignity. This will be my site of choice for a long time to come. Love DealDash.

At first, I was skeptical about the entire process of participating in an auction, but when I saw people winning expensive items for as little as $0.01, that peeked my interest in learning more about this auction site. Don't get me wrong not everything goes for $0.01 but the fact that anything could go for that price, depending on if anyone bids on the item was enough for me to take a gamble and give this auction site a shot. This auction site can be very addicting, so make sure you have self-control when it comes to your spending habits. I've won a couple of items so far on this auction site and plan to win more items in the future.

In order to even see the site, a new user must enter all of his/her private information, and then add a credit card account. This website is a time bomb. Pay a little more to use ebay and/or paypal, and you won't be wasting your time trying to stop identity theft. Thanking you in advance for your attention, Henry
Please note, the "fast" response from dealdash is automated. I wrote a 4 paragraph message and received a 5 paragraph response in under 1 minute, obviously automated. The site relies on taking advantage of the new user. The ONLY way to find out how to enter the site is to write a bad review. There is no way to enter the site without providing all personal data and a credit card number BEFORE you are allowed to see the site. Make no mistake about it, once the scum of the earth(aka dealdash) have your personal data and credit card data and you demand a refund your data will be sold to the highest bidder. Thanks for getting in touch. Please note that we take our user's security extremely seriously. We use SSL encryption to make sure that the transactions are 100% secure. The credit card is requested when you want to start bidding. Of course, a physical address is requested when you place an order (not before), since we need somewhere to ship the items to.

Because of an error on my part when I was registering, $70 was withdrawn from my bank without my knowledge. When I noticed the withdrawal from my account, I immediately contacted the Customer Support staff. I might add that it was a holiday weekend, so I wasn't really expecting any answers until Tuesday, at the earliest. To my pleasant surprise, I received an email within a 24 time frame. They were very understanding as to my mistake and promised to reimburse me within 5 days. This is so cool that I wanted to share with anyone who might be on the fence about registering. You can't go wrong. Trust me.

I contacted support because I couldn't remember what I had changed my password to and figured it would be some time before I got a response. It came in less than 5 minutes! I've never had that quick of service.

Long time purveyor of penny auctions and have tried most but none compare to DealDash. The best deals, best price on bids, the most innovative, the most auctions, the greatest quality of items and the best and easiest chance to win no matter if you are a newbie or seasoned veteran. If you are just starting out don't rush sit back and watch and learn. Get an idea and feel for the pace of different auctions, learn what items seem to go for and when is the best time of day or night to bid Play fair, be polite treat your fellow bidders with respect and the favor will be returned. Having said all that and lived and played by those rules my experience with DealDash whether it was with other bidders or the DealDash customer service reps has always been positive and constructive. My experience with Deal Dash has been good, except for the Jumpers. My friends said they liked it, except for the Jumpers. They left another auction site because the Jumpers or Vultures (as they called them) took the fun out of it. I wish there was a way to stop them but if you can't beat them then join them may be the only way to compete with them.

I spent almost 300.00 in less than 24 hours and my first time on site. And when I didn't win nothing I was upset and even though it was my fault due to lack of knowledge of strategy these people refunded my money that never happens these people are awesome

This is a rip off. You can easily spend a $100 on bids, use all of your bids on a product that should only cost about $10, not win and lose all of your money as well as the bids you've purchased. $100 gone with nothing to show. Huge scam.

What a joke I spent 598 for bids to win 170 worth of items. First off their retail price of things are twice what they are worth. Just check the item on amazon before you bid. So buying the damn thing would be cheaper buy time their bidding bots drive up the price. Then to buy it now you have to pay their inflated price and you can get back the bids you bid. So if you pay twice what an item is worth then you get back what you bid. If you use this site im sure like me you will end up regretting it.

Deal Dash is so very inviting compared to other bidding sites. Bidding is a blast, especially, if you win. Even if you don't win, you win! You can buy the product you were bidding on and get all the bids back! Use them again on another item your interested in! Fair and Honest for sure. I have won over 25 auctions and have been VERY pleased with the items I won. I have only had 1 item arrive damaged, Sent them an email and pics, they paid for return shipping, the day after they received the damaged item my new one was sent. They have a lot of top shelf name brand items that are hard to find unless your in a big city. IE... Las Angeles, New York ETC... If you include the price of the ALL the bids I have purchased and the winning bid cost, I have saved over $14,400 off retail price. WOW! I just added it up. I new I was doing well but Damn. Love this website I at least bid once a day. I'm on a streak. I also review the products after receiving them. You get free bids when you fill out your profile, bid at least once a day, leave product reviews, level up, I think you also receive free bids when you download the app.(Correct me if I'm wrong) etc. you also receive achievements called badges. The customer service is better than Amazon. You can Facebook message them and they respond quickly. Great great auction site and I'm going to warn ya. VERY ADDICTING. Please if you have an addictive personality I would not recommend this website.

DealDash used to have a reasonable bidding population but lately has been invaded by overbidders who compete and raise the price or stomp on bids. I still use DealDash for items I intend to buy (gift cards, household goods) in case I win, but for the most part it has become unpleasant. It used to be much more fun.

As a new customer, my experience with DealDash has been great. I didn't have a good experience when I first signed up, because I didn't know that I was going to automatically be charged $30 when I first signed up. But, your technically support was able to fix my problem promptly, which gave me a positive outlook about DealDash. For a the next couple of days I've been able to go onto DealDash and win some small items for 1 cent. I've also tried to bid for some other things a little bit bigger, but I haven't been successful. But, that's how it works. You win some, you lose some.

I found the program was not really for me and applied for the 100% refund garuntee for 1st time users. DealDash kept their word! I have been assured my refund will be complete within the next 5 days! I can hardly believe it! Wow Thanks you guys!

I have been bidding on deal dash and I love their set up. I have nothing but good reviews of how they run this site, it is legit and they stand behind their policies.
I ordered an item and when it arrived it was not what I had expected and I contact them and they worked with me to be able to return it for a full refund.
Give them a try you will have fun and enjoy bidding and hopefully win the item and if not you have the open to buy it out right and get your bids back so it is a win/win situation

Generally speaking this is a fun site. Do you win more than any other penny auction site? No. But lately I have participated in a couple of auctions where bids were beeing placed by players that obviously had third party software. As soon as a player placed a bid these "bidders" name came up at EXACTLY the same time and as the last bidder. It did not matter what time was left on a clock. For example if a bidder bid at 42:02 the "bidder" who placed a bid at 42:01 came up as the last bidder.

Hi Marsha, if you ever suspect anyone violation our terms of service please report this to our customer service team so they can investigate the matter. Some bidders will occasionally use a rapid bidding strategy in order to outbid others immediately. This tends to irritate other bidders and they know it because it can be intimidating and it causes you to not receive time as highest bidder in order to collect free bids. We don't recommend this bidding strategy because those bidders that do this will burn through their bids fast. It's better to set your BidBuddy and let the others waste their bids. I love Deal Dash.! If you like auctions you must try deal dash! It is easy to use and their products are all top quality. My advice. Read how it works, Set a budget on how much you are willing to spend and jump in and have some fun. I have gotten some great items from Deal Dash, unlike some other auction sites I have tried in past.don't be discouraged if you lose in an auction, you can buy the item and receive all the bids you used. Everyone should try it at least once

If you do not win what you are bidding on you can buy it and there are no shipping charges. It does take some money to win the bigger items but if you have the time and place your bids at the right time you can save money.
