I don't know what specific experience I experienced on 12/7, however, I have, over the years filled most of my gifting needs through my Deal Dash wins. The quality of the products have always been very good and there is something here for everyone. I have only had 1 or 2 hiccups over the years.but the staff is always very simpathetic and quick to make the situation right. I will continue to be one of Deal Dash's biggest fans!
The same people win all the time! They appear to have unlimited bids, and enter multiple auctions at once. Do not like the new format and doubt I will continue playing once my bids are gone. It's just too hard to win these days!

I submitted a request to DealDash for full refund of $39 US currency because erroneously assumed DealDash delivered to Canada.

It was o. K Didn't win much other than a couple of gift cards. Spent alot of money on bids. But didn't win anything big. When deal dash found out they gave me 200 free bids. I ended up winning a roku. I thought that was very nice of them.

Fighting with Walmart to send the correct item no one is able to speak decent English when calling the help line to fix the error. # phone calls and never able to fix the issue. Did A live chat with James and he took about a min and states he corrected the issue. I still have not received the item so we will see what happens.

Dealdash used to have limits for how often a person could win an item we could even see the limits of other members. This was very helpful because it allowed us to see who might keep us from possibly winning an item. The way it is now the only people that win are what I call the bullies or the select members. If they are bidding then others don't stand a chance. It is as if they have unlimited bids all the time. Dealdash seams to like it that way because they don't do limits on the high priced items. Only the bid packs which cost an average of 15cents a bid..

I've been a Deal Dash customer for almost a year. I've been on other penny auction sites and this one by far is the best! Quality items and loads of fun! I've already recommended the site to my friends and family and many have already signed up.

DealDash has been the best penny auction site I've ever tried. I don't even use the other ones at all any more. It's the most fun and I've won a lot of auctions for a penny! They are fair and honest and customer service is the best!

What a super clever idea to offer online bidding auctions that are affordable and provide equal and fair opportunities for members to score some sweet deals. These auctions occur in 10 second intervals on a variety of items ranging from gift cards to baby products to house decor. You have to be wise with your bidding and spare some time. With patience and understanding, you can win some fun and interesting items. The challenge of winning makes the process addicting and fun. You will love it while you hate it (at times), however, you will want to do it again and again. Worth checking out!

AMAZING! I sent an inquiry about a shipping date for a large win. I expected a canned response. Instead, I received an almost immediate personalized and professional response.
In addition, I received an unsolicited response when shipping was updated! I didn't even have to ask!
Too bad they don't handle customer service for other companies. Consumers would be much happier!

I was on the edge of my seat during my bidding experience on DealDash! WOW! What a rush! It was late at night, and my eyelids were so heavy, but I couldn't seem to pry myself away; even though I had set up Bid Buddy to do the work for me! I enjoy DealDash, but I find it very hard to win anything. I do love the free bids by logging on everyday and wish I had more time to stay on and win a little bit more. I have won several gifts for members of my family.

Bidding is a lot of fun, and I even won an item that I really wanted, but i was very disappointed to find out that they don't ship to Hawaii. This means my only choice is to trade the item i won for bid credit. However, it doesn't make sense to continue using the site since they don't ship to hawaii. I sure hope that changes someday.

The price of bids are great and when they have half off or free it is fantastic. I have had a few problems nothing major and the customer service rocks. They are fast, friendly and go way beyond any customer service I have ever had. Thank you DealDash for a variety of items to bid on. You receive your item in a timely manor unless it is on "backorder" due to the demand. I can not thank you enough for your site and wonderful customer service employees. IF there was anything I would love to see change it would be the limits on the high price item that is $14,450.00, I know it is now a limit of one a week. It should be ONE PERIOD. The one's who won one in that week time are at it again. Just how many chairs does one really need? I only would like one not even for me but for my husband.

I went through the customer support and contacted deal dash about multiple orders for an item that I was trying to order once and it showed up as four order confirmations on my e-mail. Customer support addressed it right away and did comment that they did see the issue and would correct it immediately

Hard to win the good stuff, you will spend hundreds of dollars and if you lose your out of money. You can win the cheap crap sometimes, but I end up buying it back to get my bids back. I quit for now, and even bidding in the middle of the night don't help.

You bid for 24 hours and lose to people jumping in. Not fair. Won't get any more money from me. They let people cheat. If you get out of a bid you should not be able to get back because some people keep trying then you have a jumper Come in and win. Save your money. It's a scam. Wish I could get my money and time back.

What you have seen is that some users only bid in the beginning of the auction and then stop bidding until after the No New Bidder limit is reached. This might make it seem like they were jumping into the auction, when in fact they had already placed their first bid before the limit. This is a strategy that can be used by anyone on DealDash, so everyone has the choice to do it.
On the auction page, you can hover your mouse over the avatars to see when each user placed their first bid. If using the DealDash app, the 'Other Bidders' tab displays this information.

I love DealDash, my only comlaint is the that one member can win four mixers (in different colors) even though it is a one per customer item. It seems the same members continue to win certain items but maybe I am just jealous.

I am winning quite a bit. You really have to know when to hold em and when to fold em. In the beginning, I was getting my butt handed to me. Now I know how and when to bid. I am extremely pleased with the customer service on the site. I get most of the items I have won in just days! I won a 600.00 camera on Saturday and had it by Wednesday. Now that is fast (and FREE) shipping! Great job DD. Now if they could just get rid of the power bidders, I would be in heaven.

There was a misunderstanding on my end on creating an account which had charged me $64.
I had requested a refund explaining what happened.

Bid on 3 items. Lost all 3 auctions, one of which was down to 4 bidders and was supposed to be locked on new bidders, yet one bidder that started bidding at the beginning of the auction joined back in on the bidding 45 minutes after the No New Bidders. Expensive lesson! I will never go to this site again. Back to EBAY where you can bid for nothing and if you loose the auction, it costs you nothing.
