As a first time user, I had no luck bidding. The completed auctions show people winning for very few dollars... however, when I have bid on some of the same items the bid got way out of range and I had to drop out, you did give me back my first bid pak... but I've had no luck in winning anything at a low price. Even the real cheap items have gone over retail inmany cases. This makes no sense at all. Why would someone pay more that the item is worth just to win a bid?
I guess if I had won a bid I would feel differently. Ot sure if im goilg to continue after I use up my remaining bids.

Purchased a Buy Now item for a lot of money. Received the wrong item. Was told my situation would not be corrected until I sent the wrong item back. I had to stand in line at FedEx to return the wrong item, then report this back to support so I could have my correct item sent. I was pissed that as a long time customer I had to jump through hoops to get my stuff. Then as a thank you I received 100 bids. I would appreciate more compensation in bids. I spend a lot of money with Deal Dash.

Deal Dash offers excellent support. Shipping is free and very fast.
I have won a lot and I have won more than I have spent.
What I don't like is the auctioning of large bid pks. When people win them
They immediately go into ongoing auctions. This makes it very unfair.
If you do try DD just beware of the winners of large bid pks.

I like it, but I don't have enough money to buy a lot of bids to keep bidding on items. Most of the time I run out of bids, so I have to quit. The only reason I received more bids and a $25 KMart gift card was because I bought them. I can't say if it's worth it yet or not, since I haven't won an auction yet.

I tried this program out, but was very confused as to how it worked. I thought if you didn't win the auction you didn't lose anything. I of course wrote a nasty letter as I thought I had just spent all my money for nothing. I was wrong, (this time), but I don't think it will happen again. I do feel that everyone should know if they bid than that bid is lost forever, unless of course you win. Then you get what you wanted. This program is paid for by the people that bid and don't win. So, if you play play to win because what ever you bid with is gone you don't get it back. Unless of course you pay the MSP for what ever item you are bidding for. Just remember, only people with money to burn pay MSP for anything. Go to Walmart.

I was not getting Alerts and found I had entered my email without a necessary number. I notified Support and they got back to me very quickly with what I needed to do to confirm the correction I was requesting. Very nice and cordial. Appreciated their corrected my mistake.

At first I was upset because I didn't know that I was paying to sign up. Rather, I thought I was giving my debit card information for future bidding purposes. Andrew with Customer Support rectified the problem much to my satisfaction and everything turned out perfect. Thank you and God Bless you. Gary Walters.

It's was a little confusing at first, I had to ask about how the bids were purchased and used. I thought I could buy with the bids I purchased... Nope, that money was just to be able to bid. I have the hang of it now.

After winning an item at auction, I anxiously waited for the arrival. It never came. I thought the mail man had delivered to the wrong person. I had a tracking number so I knew it had been sent. When I contacted customer service they researched it and saw that it had been delivered according to the post office. I never received it. I thought OH WELL that is that! BUT NO! DealDash sent another one to me right away. Fantastic customer service and quick response. I am impressed!

The items offered at the DealDash auctions are great. If you don't win the auction, you have the option to Buy It Now and get all the bids back that you spent on the auction. Great electronics, gift cards and home furnishing products keep me going back for more!

I think dealdash.com is the #1 auction site. I've used the others and found very little satisfaction with there products, and overall handling of there sites. Dealdash has not only the best assortment of products but also free shipping and the best customer service around. If your new to auctions don't waste your time and money on the other sites dealdash is the one for good exsperiances and great for deals.

It is true you have to have some time to spend, and some money to buy bids. However, I have won many things. I pace myself and watch what I am spending for bids added to the cost of the item. I will not spend more than half the retail. I have gotten many things for less than 1 dollar, and have seen other auctions go as cheaply. Sure, some bidders keep bidding long after common sense would allow, but if you watch what you are doing, you can get many things for good prices.

Thouht I would try it and if it was a scam, definitely inform my friends and family not to trust the site. To my surprise, Dealdash is actually a good site. The shipping is kind of slow but they actual tell you it may take 2-3 weeks for delivery. First bid package, won 6 prizes worth $375 retail in stores. Got them all for $. 66 cents. Site does have some bugs to fix when auctions are going bids may jump rapidly but overall very pleased with Dealdash. Now working on my second set of bids package now and struggling but it's my bad bidding and not the site scamming me. Have recommended this site to 6 friends and 5 family members and would recommend it to others as well.

I had been bidding on a tripod lamp for hours. It was finally down to three of us and we were bidding consecutively. All of a sudden it popped up that one of the bitdders had one. I had pushed bid but somehow my bid did not show. I'm sure the third-party was just as upset as I was. Deal dash returned my last purchase of bids which was very considerate of them. I don't know how many bids I have left but I do not look forward to using them anytime soon.

Sometimes it feels as if your being doubled teamed by friends or maybe they have bots. I have bout numerous bids and way over bid on items an still lost but ended up buying certain items and received those bids back. Bids are expensive when one spends 600-800 on an item and does not win. Maybe im wrong but i have read a friend referred me to this sight or thank you all for your cards and gifts and one person said the site mad them really mad cause its hard to win but still remains hopefull and it is an addicting site..

This site is fun and entertaining. When or lose. It's always great to place bids and see what happens. Every bid is always worth the win because the items I have received are top notch. I enjoy every win!

AWESOME products! Exciting site with a large variety of items. I have gotten several people to "check out" DD and have been members every since. I have been very fortunate with winning auctions and will remain a loyal member!

I have been on the site for years now. When I first started using it site auctions could be won. Now it seems that there is always one more bid. Almost seems like people have unlimited bids and drive the price of items up. Gift cards use to be something that you could bid on and at least get face value when you bought them after not winning and the bid price ends up more that the value of the gift card. And talking about gift cards you can not even get a gift card without having a bid pack added to the price. So now even gift cards are over priced.

If you want to bid on auctions and have tons of fun doing it, then join Deal Dash. You really can win great things and have fun doing it. Customer service is friendly and very prompt to answer any of your concerns. Try it out and believe me you won't regret one minute of playing, Deal Dash is fantastic.

Very good deal dash but sometimes they are mistaken about you, they confuse you with other people but I am already 2 years playing and I love being with a dash deal earning expensive things for so little money

I have won a lot of great things on Deal Dash. I even won the photo of the week contest and won a super great prize of a $500.00 gift card. I have bid on many bidding sites, and Deal Dash by far is my favorite. They always offer free shipping, and their customer service is awesome at getting back to you quickly if you ever have a problem or question. I love Deal Dash!

I love Deal Dash because they keep striving to improve. I've been bidding for years and they have always listened to my suggestions (providing gift card options, not letting the same bidder keep winning the same auctions over and over, reimbursing Minnesota and Illinois bidders for inappropriate sales tax to name a few). Also, I have won some really nice things on Deal Dash; namely, pretty jewelry for my granddaughters and awesome metal sculptures.

I use DD often and have won several things or gotten them for "free". You have to use common sense when bidding on "free" items. If there is a problem with shipping or technical error just write to support group and they help you out very nicely. Iv always been pleased with the outcome of anything Ihave had a problem with. Its sad when some bidders play games with you but just leave for a while and most times they just disappear and you can go back to bidding again. Play nice and let the clock run down so players get their free bids. Things can go wrong as we are on a computer remember. Id advise anyone to try DD. Watch the auctions before you play to understand the bidding and use Bidbuddy. Have fun now with DD!
