Sometimes it feels as if your being doubled teamed by friends or maybe they have bots. I have bout numerous bids and way over bid on items an still lost but ended up buying certain items and received those bids back. Bids are expensive when one spends 600-800 on an item and does not win. Maybe im wrong but i have read a friend referred me to this sight or thank you all for your cards and gifts and one person said the site mad them really mad cause its hard to win but still remains hopefull and it is an addicting site..

Easy to buy bids on paypal
I am not good at bidding as I lose almost all bids
Seem to only bid on bids with aggressive bidders and stay too long hoping to win
So spend all my money buying bids to get nothing

I use DD often and have won several things or gotten them for "free". You have to use common sense when bidding on "free" items. If there is a problem with shipping or technical error just write to support group and they help you out very nicely. Iv always been pleased with the outcome of anything Ihave had a problem with. Its sad when some bidders play games with you but just leave for a while and most times they just disappear and you can go back to bidding again. Play nice and let the clock run down so players get their free bids. Things can go wrong as we are on a computer remember. Id advise anyone to try DD. Watch the auctions before you play to understand the bidding and use Bidbuddy. Have fun now with DD!

I love Deal Dash because they keep striving to improve. I've been bidding for years and they have always listened to my suggestions (providing gift card options, not letting the same bidder keep winning the same auctions over and over, reimbursing Minnesota and Illinois bidders for inappropriate sales tax to name a few). Also, I have won some really nice things on Deal Dash; namely, pretty jewelry for my granddaughters and awesome metal sculptures.

I was charged twice for what I thought I was getting on my original order of bids upon signing up. I was upset, and did not plan to use the site because I felt ripped off. I sent one request to customer service, and within 24 hours they refunded what I had asked. Incredible service, not to many, companys would do that for a new, nieve customer.

I tried this and have made bids, seems to be no time limits or end in sight so the bids keep going on and on and on. Just don't see how one can get anything. Possibly I don't understand it, but seems to me the auctions could go on for hours and hours.

Hi Claire. As soon as no bids are placed before the timer hits zero, the auction ends and the highest bidder wins an incredible bargain on the auction item. Shipping on DealDash is always free, and the auction winner will only have to pay for the final auction price to claim the win.
DealDash has no control of the duration of the auctions, and it is solely up to the bidders and their placed bids to determine when an auction ends. That’s what makes it so exciting – there are no reserve prices regardless of the value of the item, and any bid can truly be the last one. We have seen $3,000 TVs or $2,200 Macbooks get sold for just a few bids, and many other similar deals are made on DealDash every day.
Sometimes auctions can last for longer durations, and this is why we have a tool called the BidBuddy which you can utilize to bid on the auctions even when you're not on your computer. It will automatically place Bids for you within the last seconds of the auction. In fact, most auctions on DealDash are won with the BidBuddy.
The site is cool just the bids are to pricey and winning an auction is very hard. I started out with 220 bids and so far won a $10 dunkin donuts gift card and a $15 amazon gift card and now Im down to 10 bids. Other than that its a good site.

I have enjoyed my experiences wit DealDash. All transactions are fast and efficient. I have only had one problem, considering my many transactions. The Igloo wine cooler I bought had the glass door shattered. I sent an email to support and Andrew gave me instructions on how to return it to Wal Mart. None of the 5 stores that I contacted could help me. I now need a return label to return the item to Wal Mart.

Deal Dash is a great site and has many different items you can bid from. If you don't win the item they give you the courtesy to buy the item and get all your bids back. I have had nothing but great customer service from this site. One thing to watch out for is to not overbid as you can get on a roll. So bid wisely and watch your doorstep for your prizes! Just love this site!

My experience with DealDash is fantastic. I have won plenty of items that I truly needed for the fraction of the cost. Once you do your homework the site and invest on bids it is worth your time. At the same time the site is enjoyable to bid. I would highly recommend DealDash.

Seen on TV advertisiments, first hesitate to try but my friends told me to give it a shot and and will never regret it and I did. Won instantly and no need to worry about shipping coz its free, its fast and on time. The customer service are great which help you all the way of the best they can.

I received my clock. Unfortunately, it was broken beyond repair in shipping. I contacted Customer Support via chat. I was connected immediately with Philippe. Deal dash is all about deal dash nobody else they have very cheep product's and definitely not worth retail prices, not even close. Spend your money at a retail store and get what you want. Get quality products. These are not super cheep stuff.

But, the reason I am writing this is a recent customer care experience.
I placed a bid buddy which went above the actual price of the item.
When I communicated this to them, they refunded my bids without making me run through the hoopla (though with a warning, which I think is fair, that next time I should be careful when setting up the bidbuddy.

I was skeptical at first to join. I joined for what I thought was $36.00 for 60 bids. After using all of my bids, I checked my credit card and saw they had debited $60.00 instead. I contacted their customer service and received an immediate reply. My credit card was credited and I received a very nice and sincere apology for the unintentional mishap. Very honest mistake.

I love this site! As far as Penny auctions go this one is trust worthy and fair. The lock the bidding at 5 dollars so no new bidders can jump in and run up the bidding. My favorite part of the game is that if you lose you can buy the product at regular price and get all your bids back. I use this option all the time seeing as I don't bid on anything that I wouldn't buy. They have great items for auction too from Ipads to 10 dollar gift cards.

I've been extremely pleased with the outstanding deals and prompt delivery of the items! I also have felt secure in making financial purchases on DealDash. I would not hesitate, and have done so already, to recommend DealDash. My friends want to know more about it now that they have seen the products I've gotten great deals that are now in my home! You need to be wise when bidding, and if you take it slow, you really can win! I've own a TV, iPad, and much more at DRASTICALLY less prices!

Walmart shipped 2 items to me instead of 1. DealDash assisted me in a couple of ways to return the 1 extra item. I was very pleased with Mark Lee's assistance
But Walmart should be schooled of such returns. I will not be using the gift card Walmart gave me in order to accept my return for I feel I would be stealing if I did.

Very difficult to follow my bid/s; have to stay on my PC to keep track of other bidders, also bids do not end at an exact time and date. Unlike ebay, you can place a bid, maximum bid if you want then come back to check your bid closer to the end of the time and date of bidding.
