I really like Deal Dash - I've won auctions, did the BIN and am happy with the timeliness of the deliveries (and the fact they're free!) and quality of the merchandise which is exactly as described.
When I had a question about the expiration of a BIN item, customer service was more than helpful, professional and ery accomodating. Great site, I have recommended to friends (telling them not to bid against me).
I like the different auction specials that are run as well - keeps it fresh and fun. Again, great site!

Perhaps it is because I have not played as long or much as many others but I feel like, some people bid, just in order to do so. It can be confusing but yet I find it fun, when and only when I can afford it. All in all it is a good experience.

I love the site but it has gotten more difficult to win. There a lot more people and a lot of them seem to have money and can afford to enter thousands of bit which makes it difficult for the average (middle class or low income person) to win now that the site has become better known to people.

I was uncomfortable when I signed up for bidding. When I contacted DealDash they were immediate in the response and closed my account w/money returned. I was please and relief that they responded so favorably. As a timid user of the internet auction system, their response made me confident and comfortable that DealDash is an honest organization.

My wife bought a bid package and when we arrived at the site only two auctions to bid on. So we bid and won immediately. Looks like they force you to a page where you can win right away to suck you in. Once we won we had access to all auctions and could not win again. Unethical...

Contacted customer service and had an agent online in under 30 seconds. This was the quickest response that I have ever had when chatting with an agent online. The agent was nice and was able to take care of the problem. She ensured me that everything was done and invited me to check back with her whenever needed

Unless you have 500 plus buds it is very difficult to win. If you want to win you have to invest and purchase 500 plus bids. There should be better incentives for those who bid daily.

I signed up did not know what i was doing and was charged $77.00 contacted customer support and as fast as i was out of money the representative gave it back, i was very impressed plus he let me keep the bids i purchased but did not know i purchased to bid when i was ready... feeling blessed.

This is the best penny auction website! They have the best customer service, and their shipping is unbelievably fast. I have often received items with a few days of winning an auction, and never longer than a week.

This site is great. I won a $10.00 gift card for Dunkin Donuts and one for Burger King for a penny. The best thing I have won so far is a purse. I had tried several times to win it with no luck. When I did win there was a special. I got it for a penny with free shipping. I love it.

Don't believe all the 5 star reviews on this site for dealdash. Check the Better Business Bureau and actual independent review sites for the truth about this company. Don't waste your time or money on this carnival scam.

I have been a DealDash customer for the past year and have won several auctions. Over the last year, I have contacted customer support several times during this year and they have always been extremely helpful. Along with being helpful, every representative I've ever dealt with has been super friendly. Customer service is very quick and knowledgeable. Tried deal dash today for the first time and it didn't turn out very well, I was bidding on a item and the counter went to zero for about 3 seconds, my wife and I got excited that we had won and then the counter went back to 10 seconds, not sure how you can win on this web site. It was my first time bidding so I'am trying to get Deal Dash to give me a 100% refund since I 'am not happy and that is thier policy.

I bought a pool fountain from the auction site and when it came I was so excited... The quality of the fountain however was not to my standards and would not make it with my kids playing in the pool at the same time. I emailed DealDash and told them about my problem. DealDash contacted the pool fountain company and had them issue me a prepaid shipping label and a refund for my buy it now price. What a great experience with customer support...

I foolishly tried this site out and won a few piddly things, but when I had a problem with the "BidBuddy" freezing, customer service tried to put me at fault. They would not even offer to give me back the bids I lost because of the glitch. They would rather lose my business. Well, they did. This is basically online gambling. You will lose much more often than win... trust me!

Sorry but this site is a scam! Their pennies really cost you dollars! It's not a penny site whatsoever. Impossible to win auctions when they have robots up bidding you up. Don't bother with this SCAM of a site. Going to a lawyer to file a class action lawsuit. This site needs to be taken down!

I won a bid for a $10 Wal Mart gift card. After some weeks I did not get the card so I sent a e-mail to DealDash. They advised me that they would get me another card or I could take 150 free bids. I took the bids and think that, that was more than fair.

DealDash is an online bidding site. It takes some time to learn the proper way to bid, but you can win some high quality items for great prices. I have won several items including Schultz earphones, a Senz umbrella, a wok, Cate and Chloe jewellery and more. All items were high quality and I paid a pretty decent price... and that includes the bids I bought and lost on other auctions. Try it out! It's fun and addicting!

IT'S A SCAM! Do not waste your money here, i was online at all time ALL DAY and saw how the system took this out my hands, this site is BS! I'm out $250 and will be disputing this with pay-pal. I went to the site, look at some items, placed some bids on a couple of items, had a couple of people bid jumping on me so I left. It's ridiculous the way people bid on items now. Like hogs on slops... it's no fun any more. That's why I have had over 700 bids for a year now. The same with Quibids... it's just not fun anymore. To many people with different IDs that come in and win the best items and come back with a different ID and win again regardless of the cost. BULLIES! Show offs... I can keep my money or go to town and pay full price locally instead of on a web site.

I have only been a member of this site for a short time. I', m new to Penny Auctions and wanted to commend DD for thei great customer service. They respond quickly and take care of the issues quickly. I recently had a shipment that did not arrive. I emailed the Customer Support team and they tracked my shipment and it is now on its way. They are very professional and I enjoy their site. I have won some auctions and love the fact that if I don't win I can buy the auction item and get all my bids back. Not sure any other site does this. I would highly recommend this site to others and urge you to bid smart and only bid on items you would be buying if you don't win the auction until you get some experience. DealDash is a 5 star for me.

I came across this website by accident one year ago while traveling to Japan, and I love it! I won my first auction very quickly and thought to myself, that this couldn't be real, but with Dealdash refund policy (for new bidders) if you aren't delighted you can get a refund (read their 90 day policy), I figured that I didn't have anything to lose, and continued to play. I love the free shipping and the great customer service too!

At first my experience with deal dash was pretty bad, they had a lot of issues and I had a very disappointing Christmas. They really did their best to make it up to everyone. I stayed with them and gave them the benefit of the doubt and this last summer, due to circumstances beyond my control, I didn't have a chance to pay for some items I had won in the auctions. I contacted support and they gave me another 2 weeks to pay for the items. Ever since they were on time with my deliveries and my experience has been awesome, I tell everyone I know about deal dash. Deal Dash is an addictive rip off designed to separate you from your money.
If you keep track of the cost of the bids you buy, and the final cost of the item you win, you will see that there is no real price savings most of the time.
If you don't win the bid, you're still out of all the money you paid to purchase the bids. In a real auction, you bid up to what you're willing to spend, but don't lose the money if you don't win.
Deal Dash is the only one profiting from this auction site. Just think, they will buy your winnings back with bids that cost them nothing to produce if you win. They know that these bids will be used to jack up the bids on other items that people have paid to bid for, thereby making them even more money.
I guess you would say I was lucky in that I won some low level bids at first but lost my shirt when it came to the larger items. I started looking at the cost of the bids, and the final costs of the items won / purchased and discovered a huge discrepancy in the value of the items compared to their actual costs.
Tip for consumers:
You have to pay for everything, even the lost bids. It can be very expensive and addictive.
