Yesterday I found a deal for GoPro that says "buy it now" for just zero dollar. I bought it then I got my receipt. When I checked the status of my order today, I found it voided! I talked to the online support, he told me that it is not possible for him to send me the cam for free. I said to him it was my first impression of this website because I'm a new costumer. Then he gave me a free bids for apologizing. It is okay, but I think if there is any error in the system, the costumer is not responsible for that. You should send the product to the costumer even though it was an error.

There was a miss understanding about how things were going to happen and due to the miss understanding I mistakenly placed an order. As I was ready to panack the customer support staff was quick to respond to me and put my mind at ease. Thank you very much.

My experience with dealdash is has been a pleasant one. If i can use it so can you. I am illiterat when it comesbtonusing computers. So like i said its easy to do and glad to be a part of it. I cant afford it all the time but win way more then i have pug into it.

Some of the items are good.the good items are few. Winning them is next to impossible. There are bidders with money who outbid everyone.the bidders from before 2013 are more often outbidding everyone.

DealDash is wonderful. I love that you can get so many things for cheap, what a great way to get things for christmas and birthdays. The customer service dept. is great, very fast and courtous. My address was wrong and they reship my order how great is that. I just bought a house and I am finding all my things at DealDash.

Very fair site. Response to question has been better than I have ever seen before from any other site or any other company. Your response time is like my kids and grandkids when I have a question.

The timers seems to be rigged. Even if you are quick enough to bid at the -1 second mark you don't win the auction, the timer resets to 9 seconds and you have to waste MORE bids. This site is for people who have LOTS of money to buy bids and spend hours trying to beat the timer

I scored a wonderful tea set I would have never thought I could afford. I got a bunch of jewery that I gave as gifts that everyone loved and wanted additional items. Great site just have to have a bit of self control because it is a lot of fun.

My wife and I had an unfortunate issue occure durning a mass sale, That dealdash was offering. Upon reporting this to the technical team, we received a response much quicker than expected. Hats off to the service Dealdash provides. It certainly shows their genuine concern and attentiion to detail, with respect to customer service. See you on line.

I have used DealDash for many years and I have always had good experiences with them. The items I win always arrive quickly and in good shape. Lately I have just been bidding on the Kamikoto knife sets and I have not been disappointed! They are good quality knives displayed in beautiful boxes and arrive very quickly! DealDash is an honest auction site and if there are any problems they are very quick to respond and resolve any issues that might arise. I highly recommend this site if you like to spend your entertainment dollars in this way and get some great deals!

You will waste most of your money trying to win bids at a discount price which cost you twice as much. I would venture to bet that they have inside bidders! I deleted the app after spending $160 trying to win a $50 Texas Roadhouse giftcard. I am a little stubborn and wouldn't walk away. Items they offer are always the same. Not much variety. More bid auctions than anything. They will spark your interest with a few nice bigger items to win but watch out and remember that someone won 8k, 7k, 6k, 5k bids and you really have no chance unless you have money to waste! You can spend 3 hours battling it out with a few others and they someone else can join back in and all that time and money wasted. Save your money or you'll be sucked in.

I contacted DealDash to suggest that allowing the words Deal Dash to be included in usernames might lead to the impression that DD was running up its own bids. I heard back very quickly and was thanked with specific reference to my issue, not just a form letter. I am a DD fan!

I got cold feet about participating. When I sought a refund, I feared running into "problems". In actuality, I was issued a refund in the politest, most helpful possible manner. Now, I trust Dealdash.com and am fixin' to return and participate!

I'm becoming more suspicious of some of the bidders. I think Deal Dash is running up the bids with boggus bidders. Can you give me any kind of assurance this is not happening? I know there is some tag-teaming going on.

I think it would be a fun site to be onthe Dealdash site has everything to chose from and I think people could save a it of moneys high as everything is these days are i don't see where a person can go wrong take advantage of the savings and have alto of fun doing it!

I won an item November 16th, just got an email stating that my item is out of stock! So this site lets you bid of out of stock items, then offered me a $25.00 gift card or 193 bids to my account... I feel this is unfair and bad business. So my 60.00 bid pack gets me no won item nor a decent offer to make up for it... SMH

Me and 3 of my friends tryed dealdash.com... Well a waste of 36 dollars we all one 2 to 3 penny auctions with each one was worth $10 so the a loss of 6 dollars and all the time. Would love to know how I can get my time and money back!

Charge for bids. No matter how much you bid you'll never win. Always a last sec bid to cause you to lose. Bid on a ps4. After using over 100 bids I still lost. It's a scam to get you to waste bids on items you'll never win so you have to buy more bids. Stay away from

There are no quality items on dealdash. Well maybe 1 out of 100 are ok but the majority are the same as tophatter but take FOREVER to finish the penny bidding. I don't have forever to wait on 1 item to finish.

Refunded on a careless mistake that I made earlier when I was joining Deal dash this morning I didn't take the time and make sure what I was doing was correct human error. I notify the correct people and receive a very nice and happy response in very appreciative time
