Just about all the clothes I have won and received have been too small regardless of their being marked large. I am a large for all the clothes I buy so something is wrong with the sizes you received. Other than that, I love the items I have won on your site.
I hadn't been on in a while so I thought I would try it again. It's still exactly the same. No fair rulings back and forth. The same people win all the time.
I bought my first bid pack and won right away, but after that was gone and I bought more, I couldn't win anything else. I've never been on an auction site where you have to pay first and you don't get anything back if you don't win an auction.
I sent my concerns to customer service and they did refund the money I spent on my last bid pack. I'm thankful for that. I'm still not sure that this site is on the up and up - that's just my opinion though.
I just wanted to check the website out to see what it was about. I did not know that it would take 78 bucks out for some biddings. I would like to have my money fully refunded to me as soon as possible.
Hi Trenton. We have refunded your full charge. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to see the refund. Please let us know if there's anything else you need. We'll be happy to help.
I loved it from the start, but after that it seemed like I was wasteing my money to buy the bids. I tried so hard to win a big deep frying, and a few other things but didn't get to. Know I have to wait until I get some extra money to bid again, I am on a fixed income, and I have to make every penny count.
I received a broke item, I asked where to send it back to so I could get a unbroken item or something of equal value. I received an email back stating I needed to return it back to the store where it was purchased. I purchased it on Deal Dash I was not told where Deal Dash purchased it. I need to know the store and what I give them as far as a receipt.
Hi Theresa, sorry to hear your item was damaged upon delivery, that's no fun. I see our customer support agent replied back to you on 2/4/14 with details regarding the return process and your Best Buy order number. Simply take the damaged item to your local Best Buy store, give them your order number and they'll provide you with a replacement. The process should go smooth and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us. We would greatly appreciate if you would re-evaluate your rating of our service. Sincerely, Dave
I was checking out the dealdash site for the first time and by mistake bought a bidpack? In error. My request to have the charges reversed was not only responded to quickly, but i was told to keep the bidpack as well to check out the dealdash site. I thought that was so extremely over the top of course as soon as i get off work today, I will be checking out DealDash...
I joined in 2012 and was successful in winning many auctions. Since the, there has been an influx of people playing and your chances are winning are slim. People are overbidding and the number of gift cards available have become very limited. I am disappointed.
I just love this site, they are usually quick about the shipping and have a great customer service, I only found one of them to be rather unfriendly.
However over the past week it seems like the Live Chat is non existent and answers to emails to support seem to take long to get answered ( I currently dont have any issues but my husband does and so far he has only put in 1 email about an issue and has not addressed the other one yet)
Are they all in Finland again? Haha
I would just love to see the Live Chat on more often, aside from that Im in love with the site
Sometimes good some not so good, main complaint is DD does not require people to put the state where they our from. Second people overbid on bid packages, good for DD, not for other players, limits need to be set.
To be honest my first experience with Dealdash was too bad and I thought this site was illegitimate. After writing bad review here I got call from Dave (DealDash) regarding my experience with DealDash. After talking to a REAL PERSON I changed my opinion that this is not an automated cheating machine or something. He convinced me that DealDash is legitimate and they care about their customers. Mr Dave returned bids I have wasted blindly and gave me cash back as a second chance which really surprised and made me very happy. He also gave me bidding tips and shared few links to learn more about bidding. I can say that customer satisfaction is their utmost importance and I believe that they have 100% customer satisfaction with such care. I would like to try Dealdash more and share my experiences here
I've had a good experience for the most part. There have been issues along the way but most of the time they are resolved. The thing I don't like is when something is on backorder they keep selling it. I have had a shipping date then it gets moved back two months so I end up waiting 3 months swhoch is a joke.
I tried to log on to the app one day to drive and I couldn't sign in. Then I got 3 emails saying my account has been deactivated. I called support to see what's going on was told me this had to be transferred to a different team to look at it and they would be in touch. That was on 4/22/21 and nobody has communicated anything with me.
Hi Terrance, kindly reach out to support@dealdash.com so we can direct you to the appropriate team, thanks!
My experience with DealDash is gratifying. I am a dealdasher for over 10 months. I won Samsung 32" TV toys, Gift Cards and Schultz ear phones with a little investment. I feel that DealDash is a fair bet and I love to continue and play... The guidance, tricks and tips provided by the bloggers and fellow auctioneers is worth emulation and beneficial. I like it!
If you watch the auctions, especially the "no jumpers" you will see the same 3 people bid in the EXACT same order over and over again. They are driving the price up on the item is all I can figure out. Go get on all the auctions, even the ones you can't bid on and look. I just checked out 20 auctions and 3 people were bidding over and over in the EXACT same order for long periods of time. AND they don't wait until the last final second to bid, they bid at about 5 seconds to go but they never try to outbid the other one. Just the same order over and over. I asked for a refund on my $33 this morning but because it wasn't my first purchase and my first purchase was in September 2012 they would not refund my money but understood my frustration. Really? Spread the word
It's impossible to win a bid. You sit for hours, even days bidding 1 cent at a time. And you loose your money each bid. Not like a regular action where you only pay I'd you win. No, you pay for each bid. And NEVER win. Even at 3 am. Even tried for stupid items like lip gloss. Still couldn't win a bid. It's ridiculous. Keep your $.
Thank you for your review! I am sorry to hear about your experience! We do not hide the fact that we are a pay-to-participate auction site, and our business model is a rather unique twist on auctions where you pay to bid. However, we understand that this may not be for everyone, so we do have a money-back guarantee for all customers on their first bid pack purchase so that they can try us out risk-free. We would love to assist further as customer satisfaction is very important to us! Please reach out to us directly at support@dealdash.com - we hope to hear from you soon!
My experience with dealdash has been great. Just wish I had more mney & did it when prices were lower & knew more of what I was doing then. Only problemnow is I recently had a Trojan and noticed this says purchase date 3/19 well I didn't buy anything on that date so please ck into that and let me know ok? I had to hire a tech from aol and prior to that I was ill so it wasn't me so please tell me and im also not adding my last name thanks
I have won 37 auctions since august 22 2013! I won a 42" led for 1 penny! I also won a 500 dollar walmart card for submiting my picture of the tv i won! I love dealdash.com, it always has free shipping!
Hi Donna, congratulations on your excellent wins and thank you for the 5 star rating, we greatly appreciate it! Sincerely, Dave
Hmmmm. Big Dogs are hogging the site. The newbies and the little guys don't stand a chance, even with bid buddy working. Somewhere, somehow I think your site has been invaded by an alien whom knows how many bids you have to play. I would drop the win mandates to ONE big one and Four Little ones, to give the people who like your site like I do, to see a real deal. Same people winning the big items all the time. I like your 20cent bid pack idea, think that is a plus side.
Although I have my moments of disappointment I enjoy the gaming very much. It is always challenging to try to outthink the other players. When to play and when to bug out is the question. The prizes are very good and I have always received what I expected from the description. The opportunity to buy the item and receive your bids back if you don't win is superb and best over other auctions I have and do participate in. Also like you have other opportunities to try to win a similar item especially if you would like to have it and you happen to miss an auction, or decide not to bin. I very much like the discounted bids since I tend to blow a lot of bids trying to win big items and bid packages.
I have enjoyed bidding on Deal Dash, but I have gotten myself in a hard spot a couple of times where I put in my bids too early, I guess, so when it got to the point that what I had bid + cost of bids= the value of the item, I would need to stop yet people who hopped on later kept the auction going. So, I had to step out, and either purchase the item or loose my bids. Those are the times I wonder if it is worth the times I win…if I end up taking these hard hits every now and again. But it is a fun site and I have won some great things and even got a couple of those penny items.
This site based exactly on the slot machine concert.
You keep putting paid bids (coins) in to try to win something at a greatly reduced price. You lose your bid money if you don't win, and the only way to get your bid money back if you lose, is by agreeing to buy the same item at the full price, which you don't want to do, which is the reason you where bidding in the first place. So you LOSE all you bid money and get nothing in return 95% of the time.
You win just enough items (small jackpots) to entice you to keep putting in more paid bids (coins) and losing money to try to finally win an item at a greatly reduced price (the jackpot) over and over again, just like with a slot machine trying to win the jackpot.
DealDash is deceitful and a scam.
Hi Gilbert, most people do use the Buy it Now option in case they don't win. This way they get back their bids to try for something else. It's a different and fun way to shop for many and I hope you'll give it a try. We have a 100% money back guarantee on your first purchase if you're not satisfied with your shopping experience for any reason. Let me know if you have any questions. Sincerely, Dave
On the January Black Friday frenzie of 400 auctions, I really thought I had a chance of winning something. I had picked an item that was $45 thinking I might have a chance. It was the alarm clock that projected to the ceiling. Every time I thought it was getting close to end, it didn't. I spent 384 bids on this item and ran out of bids. Needless to say, after it was all hot bidding going on, I ran out of bids and it sold 20 bids later. I was so disgusted. I like auctions but I'm starting to think this is a sham.
I have spent several hundred dollars on bids and haven't won anything!
It is addicting but may have to quit for awhile. I've beendoing a lot of BIN and not a lot of winning. It is a fair site but I'm afraid I lack the stamina. Also I'm on level 24. Since the clock went to 10 seconds, it is taking forever to get to level 25. If I manage to get to this my reward will be 200 free bids. Just doesn't seem worth it Thank you.
Excellent, very surprised to say the least, maybe flabbergasted.
DealDash has a great customer representative Jessica was very

It was my first time to visit the sight and found absolutely nothing I would bid on.
When i called to ask for a refund I wasn't prepared for the way I was treated... with exceptional service and respect! I will visit the site again and recommend it to others, thank you!
Overall, I just joined deal dash & I have absolutely no problems. I bidded, I won, I received my merchandise within 6 days. I was happy with the quality of the merchandise. My boyfriend loves the verdict hat & I love my barrel shack bag. I will keep on bidding. Thanks deal dash...,...
Bid on auctions and save. All auctions start at $0 with no minimum price reserve. Everything must go! DealDash is the fair and honest bidding site. Founded in 2009, millions of bidders have enjoyed Deal Dash auctions since.
Established in 2009, DealDash is the longest operating site of its kind in the United States. Before DealDash was founded, millions of Americans tried out 1st generation bidding fee auctions. These first generation auctions left many people with a poor experience.
After one such letdown experience, spending $50 on a pay-to-participate auction site with nothing to show for it, our founder decided to create a fair and honest alternative to bidding fee auctions, where losing bidders don’t have to lose the money they spent bidding. That is how Deal Dash was born in 2009. Today, over 1,000 brand named products are discovered and won by customers every day!
Bid in our online auctions to catch a deal and if you don't win the auction, you can buy it now and keep on bidding!
Hi Debra. Sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience on DealDash. As a company, we like to give all of our customers a risk free try of our service, and that is why we offer a full money back guarantee of the first bid pack purchase, no questions asked. If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact me!
All the best,
Adrian
