I signed up bought my package of bids, and started bidding not knowing what I was doing. Needless to say I was disappointed and won nothing. Big let down. I wrote to support venting on my loss.
To my surprise I received a email stating that my acct. Was being credited for the price of my package! Plus allowed to keep and use remaining bids. I have watched and learned, am more prepared to give it a go again.

Yes! I highly recommend DealDash over any other auction site because all items are with free sihipping and handling, bids are credited to you as you bid and when you BIN all used bids are credited back to you. It is a win-win.

STARTED AN INQUIRY ON 4 FEB INTO NOT RECEIVING A KAMIKOTO 3-PC. KNIFE SET WITH CASE THAT I WON IN DECEMBER, 2022. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT CONTACT. GAVE A BAD PRODUCT REVIEW ON UNSHIPPED ITEM 7 FEB. CUSTOMER SUPPORT CONTACTED ME 8 FEB ABOUT MY BAD REVIEW GIVEN... BUT NO CONTACT YET ABOUT GETTING MY KNIFE SET MAILED & DELIVERED TO ME.

Bidding seems fair and I won a couple of things after I complained about a charge, but I think it was a fixed win to keep me hooked and I was hooked until I noticed discrepancies in winners and posted bindings, then noticed a few of the same people did a lot of bidding and winning, those people disappeared and a new group were bidding and winning. There are some legitimate bidders and winners interspersed

Dealdash is so much fun. I've won really nice items for very cheap. Makes Christmas and birthdays alot easier. Customer service is great. It's fun and fair. Just get your strategy and learn how to bid and win. Win. Win.

I did not understand it. The writer said that my bids were some sort of bonus bids. Not true I purchased 33.00 dollars worth of bids to see ONCE again if I could win SOMETHING. I was told my bids would not be returned to me, Still do not get your program.

Mistakenly gave them a POB for a product where they needed a physical address. Received an email prompting me to provide physical address. Appreciate the proactive approach instead of waiting for me to tire of waiting for the product and then calling them about the issue.

I am absolutely disgusted by this site and will NEVER use it again. It's nearly impossible to win an auction. I've spent $700 and have $300 in gift cards that I had to pay FULL price for in order to keep from losing even more money. DISGUSTED! It's a complete and total crock and only stays in business because people get addicted to the chance of winning. It's worse than gambling and should be ILLEGAL!

Hey! Sometimes I win and sometime I don't. But it's all fun and figgering out your strategy against fellow bidders is half the fun. The other half is out smarting them and winning! Deal Dash is a blast!

I won a laptop. It doesn't work. I wrote to customer service and explained the problem. Kaylee apologized and sent me the necessary paperwork for me to print and take to a Walmart, along with the nonoperating laptop, in order to get a replacement laptop.

Just all around fun and exciting and tense and even disappointing once in a while when someone beats you on an item. But great from the top CEO to the newest employee.

We'll I didn't really understand the rules they helped me fix what I screwed up on it was really my fault but they help me anyway I think it was completely fantastic and the got a clear warning what not to do here lol they were great

I registered for the site and wasn't aware that I would be charged for the service right off the bat just to see the site. I sent an email to support and they refunded my money and told me that I could still use the bid points anyway. I can't use them because I don't have time to sit there and watch the screen, but It's great that they offered that to me. Great customer service!

I think DealDash is a fun, fair way of being on online auctions. Hey are very fast with answers to questions and products won are sent out immediaely. The process is easy to understand and alot of fun.

I've been playing for a couple of months now and have about $20,000 in it (yea my fault). I started to study winners and how many bids they placed. Most winners are the same people and place upwards of 1500+ bids on items worth $90. My guess is they have autobots running the bids up there by running their profits up. I've also noticed the number of items to bid on has seriously decreased. Their jewelry is junk and their Bolvaint brand is a cheap knockoff made in China. There is no such company in Paris (look it up). My advice is to steer clear of Deal Dash. They'll suck you in and spit you out-BROKE!

This website is wonderful. The customer support is efficent and quick with response and action. I don't have the time to dedicate to being a true bidder but I would absolutely recommend to others with a little more free time and a bit more money to spend.

I started in 2012 and had some nice success winning. Since they reduced the amount of active auctions it's been tough. I've bid on small items and large items. They tell you, try bidding on the small items. But what if I wanna try to win the big items, just because I'm not a rich person who can buy thousands of bids, I'm not allowed to bid on the big items, not fair. Just had around 1400 bids and won NOTHING! I use bidbiddy, I try the small items but I'm not overpaying and I have used buy it now. But when u have almost 400 bids on something that goes for $120, and still can't win. That's a problem. I just cancelled my account because I'll go broke Trying to win something decent. I've done BIN, bidbuddy, all of it. I think I have the right to win a big ticket item.

My win was quickly shipped but the shipper just sat it on the front porch and left.
It was stolen! I contacted the shipper, filed a claim and notified Deal Dash on live chat. Deal Dash took it from there. They reordered my win and are reshipping it! I will get it this time! Deal Dash is awesome! No hard time and no stress!

Total scam. They charged my card for $23 for additional bids that I didn't request or order, and then closed my account so that I couldn't remove my card info! I had to cancel my card!

Explained I couldn't get on DealDash due to an error page and within a couple of minutes it was fixed. Very efficient. Thanks DealDash.

I tried Deal Dash and it was not for me. HOWEVER, the customer service was great as far as getting a refund with no hassles!

I felt like they GOT IT and that they got it right -- even when the auction approach is not a good fit for the customer.

More online companies should do business this way!

So I tried it based off commercial I saw
Well had no luck and then
I started reading looking around discovered i purchased bids by entering my CC when i created an account
This was not explained nor displayed nor advertised
I thought it would be like eBay or Goodwill auction but not so.
I sent an email once I figured out they charged me requesting a refund and within two days they responded and issued a full refund
Fun costly game... go on drink the kool-aid
