I've been playing this since 2012 and have won many items. It's a great way to purchase items at a low cost.

Just love this site! DealDash gives bidders a chance to score items that they need and usually buy elsewhere. I have the opportunity to purchase the item to get my bids back if I am not the High bidder, but Oh Boy do I save when I am the High bidder! AND It's FUN. I do my shopping here to grab items for the Holiday season and the chance to get better items than I would normally be able to afford. I am definitely ahead of the game! THANKS, DealDash!

It's addicting and you never win. I only wanted 1 item because most of their shii sucks! But even tho I spent over 250 bids bidding on these items (same item different auctions) and I was as careful as I could be with my bids waiting till the end an shiz I lost every time I lost and even tho I complained because there's a customer satisfaction guarantee they gave me more bids and I still lost. However the company makes sometimes almost double what the item is worth just sayin...

Love DealDash products and normally customer service. I'm still a little upset that I BIN an Apple Mini iPad and very shortly thereafter the BIN price was, and still is, reduced quite a bit. Customer service basically blew me off, very unusual based on my other contacts with them. I thought I should be refunded the difference or at least receive bids equal to the value of the BIN price change. Out of all my winnings and BIN only the touchless soap dispensers were defective (same service rep did nothing about this either). I love that BIN is available when I don't win!

I had accidentally purchased 2 items that I wasn't aware of doing. I sent customer service a note explaing what happen and woukd like a refund. Within minutes I received an email saying I was going to be refunded. It is such a pleasure to just get a refund with out all the sales pitch and not wanting to give you your money. The way this was handled I will defently do business with them

I missed my Buy It Now by an hour or so and would have forfeited over 300 bids. I emailed immediately, and DealDash support immediately put the auction back up in my dashboard so I could purchase the produce and receive my bids back.

I've had a lot of fun. I've won more than I spent, so I guess that's a good thing. Having stuff show up at my door is like Christmas in July! I like getting cool stuff!
I've only had one problem so far. A glitch with their BidBuddy system. I've entered bids into their BidfBuddy, I had no "Cancel" button available to me to get out of the auction. It's happened more than once. Most recently was when I entered 500 bids on an item and couldn't get out of the auction. All I could do was watch my bids tick away! I reported it to their technical team to dispute the number of bids I lost. I'll give an update whatever the outcome... stay tuned.
Okay, like I said, here's the update: DealDash Support made note of the glitch and credited me back 95% of bids I lost due to the malfunction. I updated my rating to 5 star and have been extremely satisfied with the site and their support team. DealDash Rocks! IMO

Hi Eric, thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you have a lot of fun shopping here. The customer support team always strives to provide top notch service so always feel welcome to reach out to them with any questions or issues. Sincerely, David
I used the chat box to get the shipping status on some of my orders, Mark at DealDash was courteous and professional and very human in replying to my questions and I am not an easy human to deal with sometimes. If I had more than 2 thumbs I would give them more than 2 thumbs up.

I agree with others that there are few bidders on DD that will spend thousands of bids to win and I also think that they work together with DealDash. They get unlimited number of bids from DD and thus they can bid as long as they want. I have lost over $10,000 dollars on DD before I realized that DD will never let me win an item really worth winning as for example an iPhone or McBook. Once I was bidding on an iPhone and I already spent around 5000 bids which is equivalent to $600 when Uncle Tan jumps in and he won an auction. I emailed the customer service but was only received an apology and was told to try another auction. That is $600 down the drain. I think people really should wake up and see what DD really is.

Hello Amira,
Thank you for your honest review.
Fair & Honest is a symbolic capture of DealDash’s core values, these values start and end with our commitment to being humanistic.
I would love to show this to you, as it seems you’ve had a negative experience.
Let’s work together so we can change your experience.
We do have some bidders that have been with us for a while and others that are more active. As you know, we recently introduced a limit of 50 auctions wins per week, which saw the number of unique auction winners increase by ~30%. We’re also adding more One-Per-User auctions based on customer feedback such as yours.
As this year progresses we are looking to continually test new promotions that will change the bidding dynamics.
Feedback like your is invaluable to us, and I will make sure your message gets shared with the rest of the Team, and that your voice is heard in our ongoing discussions about how we can improve.
We are available 24/7 should you need anything so please don’t hesitate to contact us. We look forward to assisting you.

Hi Desiree. I am sorry to hear your concerns. DealDash has a 100% money back guarantee on your first bid pack purchase and a winning guarantee. If you decide to give DealDash a try and don't win an auction with your first bid pack we'll return the bids back to your account free for a second chance.
If you're still not satisfied with your DealDash shopping experience we'll be happy to refund your first bid pack purchase no questions asked. You can even keep any bids in your account or items you have won.
Giving DealDash a try is risk free!
I have certain observations after being on the site a few months. On bidpacks, too many bidders are allowed to obscenely overbid the face amount of the bidpack thereby eliminating average bidders and forcing them to waste bids for a product they can never attain. Put a cap on bidding to the face amount of the bidpack. This would make for a more equitable and strategic bid process to the better enjoyment of all. Also ----The no-jumper limits should be decreased to $1-$3 from the present $3-$5, It would also be nice if the site could show a running tally of the total number of bidders on site at any given time.

I spent more bids on trying to win more bids than anything else. And, even if I had won any of the bids for more "bids," I would still have had to pay for those bids to get them. Only thing I won was a quick $10 Walmart gift card, but those bids are only for us "newbies" who haven't won anything. My guess is, DealDash lets you win those so you don't feel like such a dummy for being suckered into their "Deals" NOT.

Hi Deborah - Thanks for your feedback. Would you mind if I take a look into your account and see what I can do to help? My personal email is adrian@dealdash.com. Please end me an email and I'll see how I can assist.
I won several gift cards and they said I would receive them by Nov. 27th, 2012. Haven't seen one card yet. I did the contact customer service and it took them 6 days to reply back. It said they was having trouble with the first supplier and working with another supplier now. But the same gift cards I won are still on the site to bid on. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureua. And filed a dispute with paypal to get my money back.

I trade on the internet. I just spent an hour yesterday and an hour today reviewing how the system works. Dealdash is raking in the cash, and statistically, you WILL NOT get a good deal. YES, there are people getting GREAT deals! AND there people winning the lottery too! Dealdash uses the IMMENSE profits from all the bidders to pay the vendors well for the items posted. And don't be ""swayed" by all the positive posts you see here! You think that they are all following the rule "Do not post here if you have an interest in the company"? WINK WINK

Hi Kip,
I'm sorry to see your negative review of our business. Most people that try our service do have a good experience, therefore if someone is not satisfied we'll provide a full refund on their first purchase. One reason people love to shop with us is because we make shopping more fun and provide customers the chance to win some great deals. If you don't win, you can buy the item at regular retail price using the Buy it Now option and get back all the bids. This way you don't lose the money spent on bids and can use them again to try for something else.
There are over 1,000 winners every day and we make a profit in order to exist. The profit margins are comparable to a typical retail store. If you have any other questions or if we can help in any way, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team. Sincerely, Dave
Had problems win item and they replaced one and returned money and bids on the second. All free of charge. Fast response

Hi Guy! We're very grateful for your positive review. We’re ecstatic you're satisfied with the support we've provided. Anytime you need assistance, our 24/7 team is ready to help. Happy bidding!
Bidding on Deal Dash is fun and a great way to to win some nice items. I like some of the new things they have added to gain free bids. They have a wide verity of items but I think it used to be more. Quality if the items is good, I have had to return items and they were exchanged with no problem. Overall great site. Remember patients is key!

I won a few auction and the they over inflated the price for the buy it now not on everyone just on me. The buy it now price would be one price untill I logged in and then it would go up in price quite a bit. Then the put a lock on most all the new product and said that it was for people that had won less auctions that me. But there are others on there that are playing and have won a least 3 big item a week for as long as I have been watching which is over a year. Maybe they are bots I don't know but the site does not traet everyone equally fair at all.

Here a hint, don't go for items over 200 dollars. Go for smaller items like ipods, games, gift cards, movies, ext... I started with 400 bids and now winning over 400 dollars in stuff I now have 631 bids... The key is to go for items you don't believe people will go for with all they have and put a couple of your own down... I have won over 20 things and half of them I won for a penny... and its not like these things were a pack of gum... I won a 60 dollar cologne, I have won 100 dollars in giftcards combined ( consisting of itunes, amazon, and a couple of restaurant giftcards. Overall, If you spend your bids wisely and don't go for the items that you and your mother wants; you may win a few! Also, go for a lot of bidpacks, they usually don't go for much...

Bid on auctions and save. All auctions start at $0 with no minimum price reserve. Everything must go! DealDash is the fair and honest bidding site. Founded in 2009, millions of bidders have enjoyed Deal Dash auctions since.
Established in 2009, DealDash is the longest operating site of its kind in the United States. Before DealDash was founded, millions of Americans tried out 1st generation bidding fee auctions. These first generation auctions left many people with a poor experience.
After one such letdown experience, spending $50 on a pay-to-participate auction site with nothing to show for it, our founder decided to create a fair and honest alternative to bidding fee auctions, where losing bidders don’t have to lose the money they spent bidding. That is how Deal Dash was born in 2009. Today, over 1,000 brand named products are discovered and won by customers every day!
Bid in our online auctions to catch a deal and if you don't win the auction, you can buy it now and keep on bidding!
