I called in for a refund due to my error,
Kim was very understanding to my concerns and kept me calm when I thought I was doomed she assured me she could fix my issue and that she did all while being very at tentative and kind throughout the entire time till she completed the correction I had made, Kim is an asset to your company I wish there were more CSR, s in the world that would mimic her knowledge of conducting a pleasant call all in the name of resolution which is all the customer wants 10 thumbs up to Kim thank you for all your understanding.

Scam site being manipulated by it's operators to make money. Take my case for example. I tried numerous time to win many different auctions at many different times after reading all the information I could on how to win. No luck. I noticed that the bids seemed to get greater on the auctions I was bidding so I tried an experiment and found a product that was not very popular and one that had gone for very low bids literally every time it was won over the past 6 months. I put 5 bids in near the time out then waited until it was 50% over the highest bid that had EVER been used to win. Now all of a sudden there are a couple mysterious bidders against me. Of course I could not win. I have no proof but it appears that Swoopo (and probably all other auctions) have inside people running up the bids and not requiring them to pay. Then the same item is listed again.
Also, check out all the reviews of Swoopo that say it is legit. They are all sites created by swoopo or some similar site created just for this purpose. People, nothing comes for free and if it's too good to be true... well...

I wouldnt waste your money or time. Once you get past the first couple of stages its like they open the door and you see the real deal dash i lost 160.00 within 24 hoursjust trying to get small items. You have the same bidders over and over wining and that 5 dollar jump in doesnt change anything everyone throws a bid in before the 5 bucks and they wait until youve bet most of your bids then jump in when its close to the amount ( usually 3 times its worth) and run you out of bids or force you to buy more. So no i wouldnt reccomend this to anyone unless you have plenty of money to throw away!

I always enjoy my time bidding on items. What would be nice and improve your chance of winning is to lower the $5 bidder limit.

It has become harder and harder to get a good deal on any item on DealDash. I find myself overpaying for what I could have purchased the same item on Amazon or at SAMS Club:-(

Everything I have "won" or bought BIN has been as described, received very rapidly and in excellent condition. While the likelihood of getting really good deals is more chance, thus gambling, than skill, thought process or sly bidding the site is as advertized and if one understands that on average they will have to spend a lot of bids before they "win" and will do a lot of BIN buying they should be happy and honestly served by DD.

I am shocked. You need to put the item like it is. I paid for a broom which looked like a regular broom. I got it and it's a childs broom. Very disapointing.
Next item you had was legal pads. They came and they were note pads. Very disappomting.
Back months ago, I sent an item back by UPS and I have not heard a word from them. It was a turkey fryer which I paid over 100.00 for and they know nothing about it. I didn't open it, just returned it by UPS. So I don't have any paper work. I bought it back in November.
I have got several items which I usually end up paying for and they aren't as you see them on DD. They are like a childs instead of an adult.
For the most part tho, I have been completely happy with you, expecially the shipping is very quick.
I need to find out where my money is for that Turkey Fryer.

I did not enjoy my experience. In fact, I have quit the site. I found it a waste of time, received little value, and quite frankly it is boring. Much to much time wasted on the site.
I like your idea of giving back bids but not in your method. That is where the time is wasted.
I suggest something like bid rewards by the number of bids. Or something that would move the bidding alone.

This website is easy enough to win at and a great bidding experience, but what is the point if you NEVER RECEIVE your items. There has been much talk about the dealdash company having to expand, etc... But they should not have people bidding on items that they do not already have and can ship out when the people have won. Waiting over a month for gift cards (WHICH THEY SHOULD ALREADY HAVE IN STOCK) is unacceptable. DO NOT use this site unless you are willing to wait a very long time for the things you win.

I purchased an item on Deal Dash consisting of two specialty (Veho Kasa) light bulbs. One of the bulbs works (although the app that controls it is inconsistent) but the other does not work at all. I did not discover that the 2nd one didn't work for over a month since I did not try to use it right away. When I called the Veho Kasa Co they could not fix the problem and said I had to call Deal Dash. In an online chat w/ Aleksei@ Deal Dash I had the best customer svc interaction of my 40+ years of adult life. He did not question anything about the purchase but immediately said he would send out a replacement within a few days. With a 3 minute online chat and then 2minutes later when I got the confirmation the problem was resolved with absolutely NO hassle whatsoever. WOW!

A penny auction that is fair and honest. There are no gimmicks. Everything is real and has rules regulations to make playing fair for ALL individuals playing. Best thing is that you win real quality products. Since April 2018 ( Now October 2018) I have won 171 auctions. My first win was a 48" flat screen TV and when installing it at our new apartment the cable guy was so impressed with the quality he said he'd check out Deal Dash. And free FedEx shipping! What more could you ask for?! There customer service is next to none. They work with you above and beyond the call of duty anytime and anywhere you maybe want to have answer to questions, dispute or just to say "Hi!" They have become a second family to ours and when you have a company with such empathy and compassion as does the whole team at Deal Dash it makes the world a little bit of a better place. Grant it there are companies that are big and offer lots of things. But Deal Dash is what it is and can match the big boys over quality and service and customer service just the same, or NO or rather better than any I have come in contact with for many many years. They have what other companies need; compassion, patience, listening to their customers, and knowing that they aim to please their customers they service consistently every day and night 24/7! That's why people keep coming back. That's why I'm proud to say that I'm a Deal Dasher!

I always have a blast bidding at deal dash. I love everything but, other bidders not letting the clock tick down to 1 or 2 before bidding because your meter level don't have time to fill up.

Better than good but less than great! Customer service was not very helpful or reassuring when a mistake in the shipping address was reported.

It was eventually corrected after exchanging 3 e-mails.

I had several questions in different e mails & their reply was almost instant. They were so very patient with me as some questions were like, dud, how did I miss that.

I bid on something without meaning to. Being new to the site I was unsure how things worked and asked for a refund and got it within 24 hours. Thank you again.

Item that I ordered was late getting mailed to me so I contacted customer service. They were very prompt in the explanation and gave me some free bids to boot! Extremely satisfied.

I was so glad to hear that I would get back a full refund. Deal Dash customer service really helped me a lot. They solved my problem with just a simple message.

I'm going to have fun with this site the Staff are Great and the products seem wonderful. I can't wait to look more into placing bids. Looks like Fun!

After purchasing a bid package I got confirmation it was paid but received no bids. I emailed customer support and within minutes the problem was corrected.

The items I received were exactly as described. Quality was first rate unlike some other bid sites. Delivery was very quick with the packaging top notch.

Why would anyone spend such a significant amount of money on bidding for merchandise that they never get in the first place WHEN if they just saved that money they spent on BIDDING…they'd be able to BUY IT at TARGET?! This is as ridiculous as people who sit at slot machines on Vegas spending thousands of dollars trying to win that very same money they just put into the casino! Nothing is for free people…work hard and save your money!

I have gotten a few good deals. The draw back is the people that have monopolized the site with wealth and bidding in a way to make others lose out on time for free bids or having more bids than the average person can contend with. The auction of BID PACKS, seems to be a way to get poor people to try and BUY more bids with BIDS they already purchased with the hope of being able to get a good deal on REAL merchandise. I would like to see more variety in the products offered. Love to get a set of knives and some of the fishing gear. But more BID PACKS are on auction than the good stuff causing a BIDDING WAR for those scarce items.

I have been a Bidder on Deal Dash since 2014 and my experience with the Bid Site has been awesome! Deal Dash is truly a Fair and Honest Bidding Site. Deal Dash has numerous items to bid on and they constantly adding new and unique items to bid on. On the rare occasion that I've had to contact their Customer Service Department, I received excellent Customer Care, an expeditious resolve to the issue I needed to be addressed, a the staff is both professional and kind.
