ITS SCAM... BECAREFUL
They will not pay you if you wants to close your account.
I purchased 460 bid and after I was playing with auction and its hard to win.
Example. For $10 walmart card its goes more then 1500 bids I found its scam.
I tried to sell my bid and close my acct. They will refound only half of the money I paid.

A package had not been received and it was a gift for someone else, customer service re-ordered my item right away and helped me to make sure that the item will be there for Christmas!

I am giving two-thumbs-up for DealDash! Very fun and exciting game where I've scored some Super deals for cheap! They are very honest and send everything you win free and fast. This site is awesome!

My experience on deal dash has been pretty good since I've been on the site.
I do find it hard to win items beyond being a beginning member, but that's the nature of the beast.

It was okay. For those who like this type of auction it's probably great. For me, it made every nervous trying to keep up. It really is an honest company. I just felt like a fish out of water.

It's the hardest thing in the world to win bigger items. But I like that I get alerts when im diem to 10 bids using my bid buddy it helped me win my last item (dozing off) thanks guys

I have gotten some super deals and each and every item that I have won has been shipped right out to me for free. No cost for the shipping. You just can not beat this site, I love it.

Deal dash is my go to site for quality items at a low price. And when something went wrong with my order or shipment they always offered a quick solution and got back to me in a timely manner.

I've only won with small stuff so far, it very fast paced if you don't use the bid buddy. I received my first win and added it to my tablet! I'm giving my two $10 cards to my daughter.

I have won a lot of nice things on deal dash. But it is getting harder to win because there are so many people on the site. Other than that i have had very good luck with deal dash.

What I find it is very hard to win any bids. I spend a great deal of money only to lose. I guess it would be cheaper to go out and buy the things. So I really do not know how much longer I will play.

After spending a good amount of money I was sent a message from "customer service" saying they closed my account for an unknown reason. I emailed back multiple times regarding the reason and also to get my money refunded for the bids I had not even gotten to use (a good couple hundred). I was rudely responded to after quite a while finally and was told I had multiple accounts which is definitely not true. I also told them this and got treated like some kind of criminal. I am livid because I did nothing wrong and the items I did win before this incident were never sent to me either. I would have to say it was at least $100 if not more I had in bids and also the items that were never sent. I am posting this for others to take as a warning. These people are crooks and liars. I felt like the scum of the earth based on how they responded to me and also for the accusations. I will be spreading word on every site I can about this horrible crooked company. Please do not give them any of your money as I have learned the hard way.

Lovely your customer service was 100% And I think that I could deal with you guys in the near future once I understand how things work as far as your bidding and stuff I just did not understand so I'm going to try to educate myself a lot better how everything works

I love dealdash! The things I have won in the auctions have come in a timely manner and they have all been quality items. The excitment of the auction, and the varity of items is what continually brings me back, keep up the great work on the dite!

I asked a question, and it was answered, and taken care of, almost immediately. Their customer service is friendly, and very quick to answer any question, or problem, you have.

Although I didn't really like it, the website and customer service are awesome! Had no problem getting my money back. I'll definitely be going back when I get more money!

So far so good, it is just going to take me a while to understand the whole bidding process and auction time limit. But the online chat was very helpful

I was researching different auction sites and found this auction. It looked interesting and I wanted to know more. To do so, I needed to enter my credit card number. I entered my card information (which is required to sign up and I really should have seen it coming) but as soon as I started bidding on an item with what I thought were free bids for entering, I got a sense that I should check my credit card. I found that credit card had already had a $72.60 charged to my account for an initial 660 bids that I thought were free for signing up.

I'm a retired senior on fixed income. The charge is equal to a month of electricity for my home.
I'm absolutely devastated to see this as wasted money on a worthless bidding process on overpriced items. I only used 4 bids before I realized I had been ripped off and wasted all that money.

I was signing up to check out the site because it seemed like a cool little website to try to bid and get nice items at a bargain. I didn't expect to see $72.60 disappear from my account because I was exploring this company's site.

I didn't see any terms of service, but being elderly I don't even recall seeing it on any of the pages.
If you need your money, this is worst than playing slot machines and is a waste of money.

The auctions are just like any other penny auction - you HAVE to watch what you are paying for an item based on both the price of the item AND the cost of your bids. No problems with the auction itself, HUGE problems with the follow-through after you win or "buy it now". I have 3 gift cards I won/bought between Nov 14th and Nov 20th - mostly these are gifts. Dec 6th, I still sit without any of the items. Emailed support on Dec 4th - still no response... HOPEFULLY this will resolve in the next week so I can send my gifts off...

I have had good experiences with this penny auction site. I love it. It is a very fun way to shop! I have won many, many items since I started shopping for Christmas gifts the second week of October. I was done Christmas shopping and had received all of my Christmas gifts by the end of the first week of December. Yes, I had a few items I won that were out of stock, but I have had that happen often enough when shopping regular online or catalog stores, haven't you? I won some really great items for less than a dollar in final costs and most with no more than 9 bids costing less than $1.62. Shopping in penny auctions is just like shopping elsewhere, you have to be frugal with your bids. Don't squander them all on one item, you may not win. Have I spent more than I won? No way. I've won at least twice what I spent, and much more like three times the value of what I spent. Whenever I have had a question about anything, whether about items I have won, free bids, or weekly limits, I just contact their support group and I have always gotten an satisfying response in a reasonable time. DealDash may not be for everyone, but I love, love, love it!

The GOOD: The actual process of bidding and winning or using Buy It Now is GOOD! It's called "entertainment shopping" for a reason. I enjoy the process, and win often enough to make it worth it for me. I like their bids rewards system too! It's good fun!

The BAD: When I originally joined in early Nov. I had a couple of problems. I got through by phone and had EXCELLENT customer service. Lately... the phone number no longer gets you through to a person and the e-mail system takes FOREVER! They say 48 hours for a response... try at least a week before you get a response, if you are lucky. The responses I finally get are polite, but not really helpful.

The UGLY: Long, long, long waits for items to come in the mail. I won things over a month ago that have NOT shown up. I have given up on getting things in time for Christmas. I hope they come eventually. There are many many complaints about this all over the internet.

The bottom line... from all my research I have learned that this company has grown exponentially over the past few month. This is NOT good. They grew too fast and can't keep up. Customer service has suffered, website stability has suffered, and shipping times have suffered. They really ruined their excellent reputation with a bad decision.
