Used the online chat for my first return... it was only a sizing issue, everything I get from these folks is always first class merchandise. James made it easy 1-2-3 and we were done. No questions, no interrogation,

They are not specific on how to bid for someone who is new to the site. I tried to ask questions beforehand but you can't contact anyone. Don't waist your time.

I really enjoy the variety of items on Deal Dash and will bid again. Thank you so much for giving me the flyers that help me in my bidding!

It seems to me that there Title speaks of Easy to win auctions. I have had nothing but heartache dealing with these auctions. You see I would spend so much money on bids, just to lose them all! Every auction I entered was an all day, or all night one. Hundreds, and Thousands of bids, lost for small items like: Bed Sheets, Towels, Wine Glasses, etc. I tried mixing the time of day to enter. It didn't matter. I would look at previous winners, and scream! How they win at $1, 3, 5 just makes my blood boil!
There customer service dept. has been very heart felt with me. They helped me out several times. I can't Thank them enough. I just wish I didn't spend so much!

This site is definitely not for me. No doubt, i am sure you could get some great deals, but after being a member for months and probably wasting several hours on bidding, i have yet to win a single auction even by following their tips. I much prefer sites like Amazon or eBay since you don't have to throw away a whole half a day clicking your mouse. Also, as a mother of 2 young boys, i can't say i have much time to sit around and watch a timer tick down. Don't get me wrong, if you have had luck getting great deals... good for you, but personally i am just going to use my remaining bids just to I never have to re-visit this site again!

I won a $99.00 The Earth Company 100% Pure Jute cushion - Amaranth *******@DealDash for only $0.01! It came in at the perfect time too because I just had hip surgery and now I can be comfortable and stay eco-friendly! Plus the customer support team does an excellent job!

Have enjoyed DD for 2+years. Thought the new limits of one per week would be better, but it is not, since no total weekly winnings have been discontinued. The same people bid on everything available, and makes it very hard to win. Also, you can depend on these same ones to start bid when it's just below $5.00 bid entry, and people have invested lots of bids. I am going to take the "cure" for awhile, as spending $ on deal dash is now harder than winning at the casino. Thanks for a good run - Did win a few nice items when I first started, and all were of very good quality.

I have had very good luck with winning items on DealDash. I have won over 300 dollars in gift cards plus a camera, coffee pot and a cobra cb radio. NOW I took time prior to bidding to read the FAQ, check out reviews on the web and watched auctions for about a week before I placed my first bid. Once the mad Christmas rush started I stepped back a bit. Like anything you have to do your homework and take time to know what your doing. I love Deal dash and there will be a couple of happy people at my house for the holidays this year.

Wish there was more lower priced items to be won once in a while. The same things keep repeating themselves. Like the S3.00 bid cap. Don't hear back on very many you will be notified items. Would rather see smaller free bids with shorter bid time rather than taking weeks to get larger ones. I have stopped using all other bid sites because of the free shipping. I just bid less often and more conservatively now. But will keep playing until of if I find a better site.

I have so much fun attempting to win all sorts of products and bid packs. They reward you as you play and remain the top bidder over time. I even receive mailings from Deal Dash granting me a code to redeem free bids.

I have had many great experiences with DealDash and I love bidding on their site. However, they tend to send fragile items without the proper packaging so they get damaged in transit. If they would change this, my experience would be much better!

I have won 4 items since 10/29/12. As of today 11/27/12 I have received 1 item. Waiting more than 3 weeks for a gift card. I would not buy from them if you are expecting to receive it by a certain date. Their customer service sucks! They never get back to you.

I did not understand signing up for deal dash and had some issues, contacted customer service, they responded back within 30 minutes, resolved my issues without any problems and apologized to me even though it was my misunderstanding. Great service, ordered from them and still using their services. Would recommend to everyone.

Nice case if the zippers worked, however they do not, brand spank'in new. I paid good money for it! I'm really am disappointed. You would think for the kind of money their asking you would at least receive a product that works. Suggestion, maybe Wilson&Miller start using metal zippers instead of plastic (JUNK) zippers that would be great. I really believe Deal Dash is a first class site if you take the time to understand what your doing and dont flip out like me lol

Got wrapped up in the excitement of the first day bought a little over 300+ in bid packs won 3 10 gift cards and a purse valued around 100 bucks if that, it sucks what a rip off stick with eBay people

I had an issue with payment between PayPal and my Bank.
I notified customer service who immediately answered back.
They were able to give me a clear concise answer on what to do.
Even I was able to follow as I am rather technology challenged.
( ( grew up when we used 2 tin cans and a string for a telephone).

What a scam! Let's start with the hook; DealDash does "sell" items at below MSRP. Now here's the part where they make their money; some of these "Auctions" can literally take days for an item to sell. Let's look at how it works, the price of an item goes up $0.01 every 10 seconds, that's $0.06/min but DD gets $1.20/min. Let's just use a full 24 hour sale. In 24 hours DD charges bid fees in the amount of $1,728 no matter who the bidders are. During that same period the "sales" price rose to only $86.40. An item that "sells" for $800 would take almost 10 days to complete the auction. In a real auction there are no bid fees so if someone bids higher it doesn't cost you a thing. That's a fair auction, DealDash is a variation of the well known Pyramid Scheme. Do the extra math, numbers do not lie.

I purchased lots of bids for 10 cents in 2015. Then everything went bad. Not enough gift cards now. They add bids to the cards value. Items sold are no name brands. Use to get gift cards maybe 5 per hour if lost bidding wars got my money back. Now it seems 5 per week. I make more $ off bank interest then buying a gift card from dealdash

In my experience auctions are far from fair or honest. The past winners info lures the bidder in but the actual amount needed to produce a winning bid is MUCH higher. As an experiment I entered 25-30 auctions, and at least 90% of the time the bidding reached totals 2-3 times the average amount required to win earlier auctions for the same item. New bidders seem to pop up out of nowhere when it seems like you are close to a successful outcome. Seems likely that bot bidding is going on.

Great site that works well. Too bad Obama could not find the same programmers.

Experience: Many inconsiderate bidders., but now I am wiser. Not bidding now due to other priorities, but II will be back soon.

It's with Customer Support. I thought I had read or asked every question possible, but with my first bid pack I lost the auction's I tried for. Online tonight, 2/22/2014, one of their Customer Service Rep's. Was on. I told Andrew about it, he checked it out and my first bid pack is now back in my available bids to try again. Plus, he told me about their blog site were I could talk to more experienced bidders for tips. You don't get this type of service from other penny auction site's. Thanks Deal Dash I know now that I will see the winner on my user name.

Help and support people were wonderful. I found your policies were fair and well managed. I was pleasantly surprised by the integrity of your dealings with participants. I'm taking a hiatus because it's VERY easy to overspend... but that's me, not you.

I had accidentally created two different accounts with my same email address. They responded quickly to my problem and customer service guy Matt D figured it out and fixed everything even though the mistake was mine. I have great confidence now that DealDash is safe and have already received three of the items I won.
