I've been playing this since 2012 and have won many items. It's a great way to purchase items at a low cost.

I had made an accidental purchase with my pre-paid vanilla card for $72 and the online representative (Andrew) made my whole experience an easy and understandable one. Very happy

I have been a DealDash customer for a year and have always enjoyed bidding on the Auctions and luckily winning on several occasions. I have had very positive experiences from the Customer Service team, and have received all of the items I won in a very timely manner, I like DealDash because they offer a good selection of items to bid on as well as FREE Bids as you add time on the clock for being the highest bidder. Some of the Power Bidders can make Clock time difficult, but I try to choose my Auctions and only bid on items I know I want. Thank You to the DealDash team and have a very prosperous 2013.

You don't get 10 seconds on the clock, even IF someone doesn't bid jump or snipe you (place a manual bid when you were only on the clock for 1 or 2 seconds).
They could end other bidder's ability to steal (yes, steal) your bids. It wouldn't take the most knowledgeable programmer in the world to program it to put new bids in the queue rather than allow bid theft from other players (yes, there is game play involved). The final straw is that if you try to buy your bids back, they cost. 60 each. I have watched this site for several months and have never seen the bids cost. 60 cents. They ALWAYS have some sort of "sale" or "special" going on.
I don't see dealdash ever leveling the playing field and making it impossible for people to bid jump, snipe, or steal bids from other bidders. This practice only benefits DealDash, if people lose their "10 second" bid after 1-2 seconds. Then they are forced to buy more bids (cha-ching) or leave the site altogether (oh well, suckers are a dime a dozen).

Love DealDash! It is legit and they do accept Paypal! Try it. If you do not win anything when the first pack of bids are bought, contact them and they will return your bids until you win something!

Excellent. The answers were to the point, very clear, in excellent English. I thank them for one of the clearest and most prompt answers I have ever received from a web business.

Very impress with the quick response. Of course trying to keep up with the bids
Was a challenge. But if you have the time and the money to bid. Then it is well worth it.

I have been involved with on-line auctions and this is the best! I have won 32 auctions and every item has arrived on time, or early. They also offer on-line customer service which is outstanding
Tip for consumers:
I suggest that everybody give this website look. It is the best.

Have a great day!
I will start out by saying I have won a few items on this site. It has taken me almost a year to figure out bidding patterns. I keep my dealdash screen minimized while I work from home so I am able to often times watch a few auctions at a time for hours as a time. I have seen certain bidders open an auction with the initial bid and bid continuously until the very end, going well over the BIN price twice! This shows me some of the auctions are fixed with robot bidders. No one in their right mind would bid 2x the BIN price in bids even if they won free bids. Bids still have a value, free or not. I have also watched team bidders, people who combined (or the same person using more than one account) bid on items for hours, and then as soon as you drop off, they drop off one of their bids and their partner wins. By studying bid patterns - its very easy to spot these types of bidders. I always use BIN if I loose so I feel that sometimes dealdash knows that I use BIN and I loose at the very last second after biddng for hours. Like I said, I have won a few low budget items but I would def say that 90% of auctions are fixed or have robotic bidders.

Hi Jen, thanks for your message. As you know people value their bids differently depending on how much they paid or how many free bids they have earned or won. One strategy some bidders may use is unfortunately to overbid on auctions because they are simply determined to win and they do this to also build a reputation so others are afraid to bid against them. I would not recommend bidding this way however it has seemed to work for some bidders. For example you may have a list of bidders yourself who you will not bid against because you know they will not stop. I can assure you no auctions are fixed. There are also no robotic bidders. All participants are real people like yourself just trying to have a fun time shopping and win a good deal. If you ever suspect anyone to be team bidding or the same person using multiple accounts, please report this to our support team for investigations as this is a violation of our terms of service. If you have any other questions or would like to talk please get in touch. Sincerely, Dave
You take your best shot, and sometimes put a hole in your roll; but more often than not you leave the range hoping to come back for more of the scores and along the way pick off some real bullseyes.

It's been a year. Once you know how to play it becomes a load of fun. But no matter how long you've been a member there's still more to learn. DD needs more routine benter prizes is my only critique

I did a little reading and found I had to wait for 72 hour to get bids credits. They we're great in responding to my concern for I thought I lost the credit for in past it was almost instantly,

I'd rather ebay. With ebay pay once, when you win. Don't like paying to bid and then paying for item

Thank you for your review. We do offer a money back guarantee on the first bid pack purchase, so you can try us out risk-free! We also offer a Second Chance Guarantee in which users get their first bid pack bids for free if they do not win an auction. Even when including the cost of bids and the final price paid, the vast majority of auctions are bought for less than retail price.
I joined Deal Dash a month ago and to this point I'm very skeptical of the bidding process. I've been following an auction for a gift card valued at $500 and at the time of this review the price is at $190.05 of bidding and the auction is still going. That makes 19,005 1 cent bids that have been placed. Now if those bids were at the price I payed for mine $. 15 (they say their bids are $. 60 each to purchase but have been on sale since I joined a month ago and have ranged from $. 14-$. 17 sooooo...?) $. 15 X 19,005 bids = $2850. 75 worth of bids for a $500 gift card to a big box store. At least one of the bidders has been automatically bidding since the beginning of this particular auction and has placed over 4000 bids and is still bidding. $. 15 X 4000 = $600 for $500 gift card? I know you can win bid block auction but those are the same way. Users bidding almost the same amount of bids that are up for auction. They also have an automatic "bid buddy" which I think is ridiculous. You should be present during the auction and not be able to have a Deal Dash robot bid for you. Most of the auctions are this way. You will have a bunch of different bidders in the very beginning and then eventually 4-5 bidders that will bid the rest of the way and they will make thousands of bids until all but one runs out of bids. So with that said, be very careful to read all reviews and rules before you sign up and buy bids. You will have to literally spend hundreds of dollars to win items of the same dollar value. Hope this helps.

The most important thing to understand is to READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS before bidding. You can become your own worse enemy, if you don't. DealDash's Customer Service is excellent, but all of your your questions can be answered before you make your first bid, if you just take the time to read. GOOD BIDDING AT DEALDASH!

I have had some really good wins on DealDash! I love the deals that I have gotten. The site is getting a little busy and I do think that more auctions could be put on at times.

Bid on auctions and save. All auctions start at $0 with no minimum price reserve. Everything must go! DealDash is the fair and honest bidding site. Founded in 2009, millions of bidders have enjoyed Deal Dash auctions since.
Established in 2009, DealDash is the longest operating site of its kind in the United States. Before DealDash was founded, millions of Americans tried out 1st generation bidding fee auctions. These first generation auctions left many people with a poor experience.
After one such letdown experience, spending $50 on a pay-to-participate auction site with nothing to show for it, our founder decided to create a fair and honest alternative to bidding fee auctions, where losing bidders don’t have to lose the money they spent bidding. That is how Deal Dash was born in 2009. Today, over 1,000 brand named products are discovered and won by customers every day!
Bid in our online auctions to catch a deal and if you don't win the auction, you can buy it now and keep on bidding!
