I tried dealdash well over a year ago. DONT DO IT. It took THREE TIMES the money I want to spend. There was NO EXPLANATION for how much I was charged. They did not refund THEIR MISTAKE. YOU DO NOT GET YOUR BET MONEY BACK. I didnt. It was NOT FUN. You also NEVER KNOW WHY YOU LOST THE BIDDING ITEM. I warn all of you. DONT DO IT

When I placed a request for refund due to the fact that I do not reside in the United states, I got a quick response... all I have to do now is wait for 4 to 5 business days for my to hit my account.

They have a menu to see "Who's on their limit" and it shows less than $200 and more than $200, and it shows only a list with few people. I don't think they show the right number of people.

You have to pay to start bidding--but what you don't realize is they charge you 60C each time you hit the "bid now" button. I went thru $30.00+ and got nothing. Where's the savings there?

INCREDIBLY disappointed with this site. Was having "fun" winning items, however 2 items have arrived, 1 became no longer available and I was offered a replacement that wasn't even close to the value of what I should have received and the other 4 items were to have been received and have not been. 2 items were due to arrive by November 28th and 2 by Dec 5th. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service department with NO response. At this point, considering how much $$ I have invested in DD and the thought that these were to be gifts for others for Xmas and now the chances of me getting them in time doesn't look good, I have half a mind to contact my cc company and void the transactions considering I did not receive the items. STAY AWAY, SCAM, WASTE OF MONEY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have had some good wins on Deal Dash, I've also had to utilize the Buy It Now feature alot on Deal Dash. At least you get your bids back if you use BIN, but you end up having to spend alot more money!
