Be aware... When you use your PayPal account to buy bids & it has a zero balance, the funds will come out of your checking account if you have it linked to your PayPal account!

I was out of the country and didn't have an address to ship my winning item to. They worked with me to hold the item for later shipping. They didn't have to. Good customer service!

I have had a lot of fun on this site. Just wish that the bids I buy were not so expensive. One problem that I have with the site is that it is addictive. I love auctions.

Once you lear the rules, it's fun and exciting to bid and purchase for items of interest. There in lies the key statement items of interest. Hopefully they begin to add more divers items to bid on.

Was trying for a computer chair. Was new to DealDash. Bid way too many them bought the chair retail. Made a mistake. Returned chair but was a costly learning experience.

A problem I had with bidding on DealDash was handled quickly, professionally, clearly, and very reasonably. It was an excellent exchange in my first encounter with Dealdash Customer Service.

I saw my grandmother doing the bidding on deal dash and saw she was not winning anything so i decided to bid on some $10 gift cards that were going for only a few pennies. Low and behold i bid and won it for 1 cent i bid on another and again 1 cent. I bid on another product a official MLB baseball and won it for 3 cents and again another $10 gift card and won it for 3 cents... all of a sudden these products stopped showing up... we used the rest of the bids she had and won nothing else so i started to think these items r not showing up its like bait and switch... i went to my apartment next door and signed up on my computer diff ip internet connection and all... low and behold the same items that she was able to bid on showed up i went to her house with my lap top and the small items that were going for a few pennies she could not see them or look them up in the search area but on my computer they were right there they basically get u to sign up and will give u a few items no one else is bidding on than as soon as u win 4 small items they dont let u anymore thus making this straight BS they r scamming people for there money and a class action law suit would put them out of business

This helps keep a healthy and level playing field among new bidders and chance to practice your bidding strategies before moving up to higher valued items. I have not gotten any great deals lately but I have not been a diligent bidder. I have only been able to bid at night and have lost out on 2 items because I fell asleep.

My used bids should go towards buying the product if I don't win or used enough bids towards the price of an item, but they make you buy the item to return used bids.

Reference to the survey. Questions about the bonus bids I was supposed to get. When I was going to get them. They responded very quickly. I have never had anyone respond like deal dash.

I think that dealdash is the fairest bidding site out there. If I do not win, I can always buy the product. I also love that I am able to earn bids without always having to buy bids.

Everything is over priced & yes Deal Dash does make a big profit. They offer Bid packs to use, but you can't even get to the good stuff like TVs, laptops, or kayaks without spending a great deal of money to buy bid packs so you can place bids on on their bid packs just so you can build bids up to get over to the good stuff. Now if you are inclined to buy junk then you can bid on stuff that no one wants then go ahead. Furthermore I was told system has hold issues. I had placed several bids on a bid pack was congradulated on the win then another user's name was placed in mine. I have contacted support several times and told it was the other person's win that it was a system error on my part yeah right. Don't try emailing them you will get no reply, also while IMing they will end chat quickly then tell you it was yet another one of their system errors,& calling they are very nice try to be helpful, but they neglect to tell you that if you lose bids again without winning anything you are out of luck & you will have to buy more bids again, so either way they get money out of you! In all I walked away with nothing!

You will never get anything for the price they advertise. You'll spend hundreds on buying bids. They lie about the cost you can get products for.

Usually I end up buying the item to get my bids back. With the cost of he bids and usually cost of the item, I would have been ahead to just go on ebay and buy the item.
