Good. Better if I would have won. Need more detail on how to win. I used aBib Buddy and Want to be able to see when my bids were being placed. Want to know if the winner used a Bid Buddy?

My experience with Deal Dash has always been excellent. I have never had or needed any direct ccontact with Deal Dash personel, but they have to be some of the best on earth.

I sincerely appreciate the customer service at DealDash; they do their best to keep it fair and honest. Do I have complaints? You bet! Since they started advertising there has been a huge influx of new players who are clueless and want to stay that way. These people do make a lot of the auctions less than pleasant with their bidstomping and bidding WAY over the value of the product. I've told a couple of customer service people that this site is in danger of imploding from such rapid growth.
The products themselves that I have gotten have seemed to be good quality, with the exception of a flatware set that was flimsy and I returned it to the vendor.
I've occasionally won but more often bought a ton of gift cards, and out of all of them only one has gotten lost in transit, and they're going to replace it.
It's very frustrating to bid on this site now, compared to when I joined 5 months ago; too many new people are making it very difficult for a lot of us to get a good deal and it seems the same people win the big things for next to nothing time after time. I don't lay that at the feet of Deal Dash, though. I believe there is a group who seem to take turns running other people off an item, and then dropping out so one of them wins. NOT NICE, but nobody is that lucky!
The products are good, customer service is fabulous----now, if only the customers would rise to the same level, DealDash would be fantastic. The customers are why I only rated them 4 stars instead of 5.
WTG DealDash!

Thank you Susan for the good feedback. We'll continue to work on making the experience even better and please continue to stay in touch with our support team to resolve any issues you may have or to share ideas on how we can improve you experience. Sincerely, Dave
I give it a weak 3 stars. I've played around with it and both won and did buy it now's. Good points is that there is a fair selection of items. If there is a need I'd say more lower end items are needed. And the buy it now option is good. There should be a cap on the bid buddy IMO but not a deal breaker. I like the no jumper idea.
My beef is the items not received problem. If the item becomes out of stock EQUAL value should be offered but this is not the case. For every single item that was out of stock was in turn was offered replacement by a lower valued item. For example My Shark Vacuum ($259) was replaced with a offer of a $200 Walmart gift card. Burt's Bees package ($25) was offered a replacement of a $15 Amazon card. There were many others but I won't list them all.
Some items, gift cards mainly were marked as shipped but over a month still hadn't arrived. As these come First Class mail with metered postage I have noted that they are taking 2 to at most 3 business days to arrive in my Ohio mailbox from their location in Des Plaines Illinois.
My recommendation.
Go ahead and play the game but pay with PayPal and watch your delivery times carefully. If the prize doesn't arrive within 44 calender days hop on PayPal and file a INR. Don't try calling or e-mailing at the PayPal prompt from DealDash, it's only a recording trying to delay your claim until it is too late.

Purchase was quite like many other sites, they want your money, so they are always there to tell you what a wise, fun filled investment you are making on behalf of your entire family.
Then you run into the true meaning/purpose of the email. Your company TRULY CARES about how much your customers look forward to the game. I already have a game preordered - that is coming out in NOV 2014. That is the kind of loyallt and trust I have in your company. It is almost at the level that if you just sent me an email and said you have a "NEW BLOCK BUSTER" of a game coming out I would most likely purchase the game now. Please KEEP UP the good work.
Thanks for buuilding a trust in a company I can follow.

DURING THE LAST 3 DAYS I HAVE NOT HAD LUCK WITH MY BIDDING.
I HAD OVER 1400 BIDS AND WALKED WITH AWAYWITHOUT ANY WINS.
I DON'T THINK I WILL BE BUYING ANY MORE BIDS IN THE NEAR FUTURE, I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN ON A FIXED INCOME AND THESE LAST 3 DAYS HAVE AFFECTED MY BUDGET TREMENDOUSLY.

Hi George, sorry to see the negative rating. Looks like you used over 1000 bids on a lawn mower auction and unfortunately did not win. For the best experience I recommend only bidding on items you would plan to buy anyway with the Buy it Now option. This way if you don't win you don't lose your bids either and you get the item you wanted. The Buy it Now option is available for a full 7 days after the auction ends so you still have time to consider this if you need the lawn mower.
I was charged $78 dollars that i was not aware of for just viewing the site my name is Agustin Rodriguez and I would really like a full refund as I was not aware I would be charged that amount at all and I need the money back ASAP please contact me at *******624 or give me a refund please and thank u have a great day

Hi Agustin.
The initial payment was for the bidpack you purchased after signing up for your free account. DealDash operates on the "pay to participate/bid model" so it's required to first purchase bids. With that said, all customers are entitled to a 100% money back guarantee on their first bid pack. We have issued a refund to your account, and sent you a confirmation email. Please let us know if there's anything else you need. We'll be happy to help.
I have spent thousands of dollars on bids and I came to my senses... Wouldn't you think that if you didn't win that you would get your bids back and the person who won, would be responsible for their bids plus the winning price of the item? I know about the "Buy It Now" and the rules, but I asked customer service about it and they basically cut-pasted their answer to me about Buy It Now... I won a couple of lower priced gift cards when I FIRST started bidding. Yay me! When I took a break from Dealdash for a few months and decided to try to win some things with the extra bids I had... I seem to have immediately won two thumb drives, lower end Walmart and Amazon gift cards. Okay, bought some more bids, and won absolutely nothing! I wish I could get my money back to pay for my medical bills that have just now accumulated. I feel cheated that I spent so much money on this. Seems to be rigged somehow so you win and when you return, you after being away, you win small items and not the big ones. Not too thrilled.:-/ But I will admit that customer service was nice when they had a computer glitch pushing me out of a pro Canon camera I had been bidding on and gave me my bids back, but took out of the auction. Grrrrr... I really want my lost bids money back!

Hi Neuro, sorry to hear you've been having a tough time winning higher valued auctions. As you've experienced yourself the lower valued items are easier to win and the higher valued items are generally more difficult to win. Our customer support team is always available to assist the best they can so please don't hesitate to reach out to them with any further questions. Sincerely, Dave
I changed my mind about doing business with Deal Dash and after sending a request for a refund to their Customer Support group all was "fixed" within 24 hours.

Mostly excellent although the rotisserie I won came in a carton, but the inside box looked like someone had kicked two holes in it and the rotisserie was dented. I didn't much like that.

Hi Richard, I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty with the PlayStation 5 Bundle auctions (which includes a 55' TV). These auctions are quite popular and during the holiday season can be quite competitive. We recommend users to check out our past winner's list for each auction for a starting point on how many bids to budget for an auction. The length of the auctions on DealDash are determined by the users directly and we've had this bundle sell for just 10 cents in the past as well: https://dealdash.com/battle.php?auction_id=9622348.
DealDash is a great Auction you buy the bids and, get great deals I have lots of fun bidding if I dot't have lots of time I set my bid buddy to bid for me. I've won bids and buy it now is great.

The site used to be fun and you could actually win items without spending a ton of money. Now it belongs to those who over bid on items and the same people always dominating the big ticket items. You rarely get a chance to bid on and item without a bid spender jumping in a the 11th hour and stealing your hopes to win. Just the other day I lost to a person bidding on a ipod. The next time a similar ipod was up for bid, the same person was bidding to win that one too. Not just a few bids but 500 to 1000. The site is for the greedy and the rich people that love to gamble. There is no reason other than to resell the items they win that a person needs 5 cameras, dozens of laptops and ipas. I have also pointed out to Deal Dash and complained about two people playing as a team. I had proof of it and they did nothing about it but assure me that they would check into it. In the meantime they won and I was out hundreds of bids. I have been a bidder and a happy customer of Deal Dash for nearly a year. I have recommend it to several people. Not no more. The site has gotten terrible since the Christmas season. Letting people win 3 big ticket items a week is ridiculous. They should make it one a month.

Good at one time until DD TERMINATED my account claiming i was involved in team bidding when i did no such thing. I actually reported any team play i came across and was told it wasn't team bidding when it was so obviously it was. So at this time i don't have much good things to say about DD so i will leave it at that and you decide whether you want to get involved GOOD LUCK

Thanks for the feedback Marion. If you have any additional questions, please let us know.
It was okay, but I couldn't afford to bid for long. I won 2 whole bid packages and I bought for cost a gift card. I don't plan on doing it again. It was better than Beezid, though.

You have to constantly bid and the more you bid your credit card is charged. Plus they limit the bid amount. Most of these reviews are lies. Don't believe the hype. Go to the BBB and see fir

I apologize for any possible misunderstanding. As stated on our website, we operate on the "pay to participate/bid model" so it's required that you purchase bids in advance. This loads up your account balance. Each bid you place removes one of your bids from your balance and increases the price of the auction by 1 penny, then resetting the clock to 10 seconds. It's in this small window that someone else must decide if they will place a bid to outbid you. If no new bids are placed and you are the final and highest bidder in the auction, you win the auction at the final sales price.
DealDash has a 100% money back guarantee on your first bid pack purchase and a winning guarantee. If you decide to give DealDash a try and don't win an auction with your first bid pack we'll return the bids back to your account free for a second chance.
If you're still not satisfied with your DealDash shopping experience we'll be happy to refund your first bid pack purchase no questions asked. You can even keep any bids in your account or items you have won.
Please note that DealDash is a BBB accredited website, with a maximum standing of A+.
If there's anything else I can clarify, please let me know and I'll be happy to help.
Bid on auctions and save. All auctions start at $0 with no minimum price reserve. Everything must go! DealDash is the fair and honest bidding site. Founded in 2009, millions of bidders have enjoyed Deal Dash auctions since.
Established in 2009, DealDash is the longest operating site of its kind in the United States. Before DealDash was founded, millions of Americans tried out 1st generation bidding fee auctions. These first generation auctions left many people with a poor experience.
After one such letdown experience, spending $50 on a pay-to-participate auction site with nothing to show for it, our founder decided to create a fair and honest alternative to bidding fee auctions, where losing bidders don’t have to lose the money they spent bidding. That is how Deal Dash was born in 2009. Today, over 1,000 brand named products are discovered and won by customers every day!
Bid in our online auctions to catch a deal and if you don't win the auction, you can buy it now and keep on bidding!
Hi Ronald, I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience. I'm not sure why you think there are BOTs running up the bid price. I can assure you all bidders are legitimate bidders simply trying to win the auction. The majority of people that don't win simply Buy it Now to get the item plus their bids back. Did you know this was an option?
I see customer support replied to your messages on Sunday and provided you with a refund and we look forward to being in touch to learn how we can help improve your overall experience and rating of our service.
Sincerely, Dave
