Just about all the clothes I have won and received have been too small regardless of their being marked large. I am a large for all the clothes I buy so something is wrong with the sizes you received. Other than that, I love the items I have won on your site.
I hadn't been on in a while so I thought I would try it again. It's still exactly the same. No fair rulings back and forth. The same people win all the time.
Elite bidders that have the money to spend and have done the research on each item's value when sold in various avenues (turn-key, social media, ebay, etc.), will win when it benefits them. However, persons new to auction style selling/buying will be eaten by the sharks with experience.
I just received my items, they take a long time to ship but finally got them! Everything as described. If you have patience, go ahead and try to win auctions. If you want your items fast, think it twice.
Hi Lyssette,
Thank you for your honest feedback.
We are truly sorry and share your disappointment with the delays on these particular items.
We'd like to assure you that this is not the norm and we are already working hard to make sure a situation like this will not occur in the future.
We will be reaching out to you right away to work on an alternative solution to rectify this to your utmost satisfaction, which is our number one priority.
We are looking forward to resolving this for you asap.
The Team at DealDash
I won a $15 Amazon gift card a few months ago and it never came. I emailed them asking what I need to do to get my item, and their response was as follows:
"Thank you for your patience. Our supplier just got back to me, and it seems as if they haven't received the card, so it seems as if it may have been stolen or lost. I would suggest that you inquire with your local post office, other members of the household or even neighbors if they may have received the delivery for you. Unfortunately, we're unable to assume responsibility for this case."
My mail is delivered into a locked mailbox every day. It was definitely not stolen, but could possibly have been lost by USPS.
Trust them if you want, I don't.
The fact that I have to bid against people who have a seemingly infinite number of bids to spend as the purchase their monthly limits. I can't compete, especially against the more prized auctions, with those who have to have a source of funding, buying and reselling on eBay, etc. I even know personally of stores that sell the products auctioned on DealDash.
Yes I have complained but get the same response.
DealDash wouldn't be in business if it were not for this grand deception.
Hi Brett, we're truly sorry to hear about your frustration and we appreciate you sharing your concerns with us. We understand that bidding against others with more bids can be challenging. We hold all our users to the same monthly limitations and strive to maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for everyone. We would love to assist you further and help improve your experience. Our customer service team is always available to at support@dealdash.com. We have always prioritized transparency and honesty in our operations and appreciate customers like you who shares their honest feedback with us. Thank you again for your review and looking forward to hearing from you!
In reflecting, my first exposure to DealDash would give a great example of how they operated. And I would understand that all the very nice-sounding people in customer help were just that. They did take my advice on their commercials, which is what attracted me to the website. I filed a complaint with the FTC. Emailed and spoke with the friendly people telling them their commercials where false and misleading. (Are you tracking with me?) Their commercials would say something like - I bought this on DealDash for ten dollars and it cost $100. There was no mention of what the bids cost that you have to purchase to bid on auctions. That, especially to new people can be a substantial amount. You will notice NOW a small written disclaimer at the bottom of their ads.
My biggest complaint, and why I rarely am on their website anymore, is the disparity between old-timers and new-timers and the number of bids the old-timers keep throwing down. I took notes of the bidders to assist me. What I found out was there were people who had been on the site for years. They bid for numerous items throughout the day, every day. I knew how I had to covet my bids and what I saw was a never-ending supply from old-timers. I complained many times and was always told by the nice people that they would forward it up to the decision-makers. I would go to eBay and see many of the items from their website on sale. I explained to them that people with so many bids were either independently wealthy or they had enormous amounts of free bids that I didn't come close to having OR they were being funded by their purchases and resale of items.
The quality of their products is remarkably good. That is what keeps me coming back to look for stuff. I was able to buy a robot mop for $40 plus bids for our church as we look to use these machines to replace paying people to clean the church's floors. Again it needs to be repeated - their products are remarkable.
Have I ever heard from the higher up people or have they addressed my complaints? Crickets.
First let me just say I have been a member on deal dash for about six months and have won several auctions of top quality merchandise, never encountering any problems, and would have given them a 5 star rating until yesterday. We will find out how trustworthy deal dash is by how they chose to handle what I would consider to be a very serious event that happened to me during one of there auctions. They are supposedly looking in to what happened, so I will wait to see how they rectify the situation and will be glad to come back and adjust my rating, up or down. At that time I will be glad to share what happened to me with all the consumers who count on this site to help them find trustworthy online businesses. Philip H.
Hi Philip, whenever an auction is sold it says "Congratulations" near the bid button. I understand because of this you thought you had won the auction when actually it was sold to another bidder.
Whenever you win an auction, the screen will always blackout and you'll see fireworks exploding with the message: "Congratulations [username]! You WON the [item name] for [price]" and have the option button to Pay later or Pay now.
We apologize for the misunderstanding. We value honesty and fairness very highly and have therefore returned all the bids you used in the auction to try again.
I've only contacted your customer service twice and birth times they were fast to answer and solved my problem immediately! Thank you if I could afford it I would still be with you got sure! May God bless you
At first it seemed harmless enough, you buy bids and bid on items. However, it is so easy to get caught up that you soon realize you have spent a lot of money on bids. I should have been wiser and not fall for their tactics like getting messages you are "running out of bids" or thinking that if I make it to the next level I will be awarded additional bids. Granted no one made me bid on anything, but in hindsight I should have never started this in the beginning. Other players beware it can be addictive and soon you have spent thousands of dollars and have nothing to show for it.
Tip for consumers:
Be careful.

Hi William, thank you for leaving a review. To clarify, DealDash has notifications on the app that lets users know if they are running out of bids so they can stay in the auction, if they decide to do so and help the users to keep track of their auctions. We also allow users to earn free bids by completing their Time as Highest Bidder levels and completing each level rewards a user with free bids. If you need any assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@dealdash.com.
Being unfamiliar with the whole process, was very confusing to me when I watched the clock run down on a deal. One would think that the deal was about to end. Oh no, it just lapses over again to another 10 second countdown. When does it end? There is a window at the bottom right corner that gives you a time, but it says x-3. Don't be fooled. I watched that clock. It didn't change every three seconds, minutes, or at all that I could tell. Be very careful. A fool and his money, soon part ways.
Positive experience. I have gotten some really great deals, including an I-Pad, gifts cards, and household items. I received my first bid pack back as promised since I did not win the first time. Everything has shipped fast. I would advise new bidders to read the tips and blogs on this site. Do not bid more than you can afford to loose unless you plan to buy the item. It is a fun site. Remember nothing is free and you have to put some effort in to learn how to bid.
Great to hear Janice and good advice. Thank you for sharing!
When I first started, we had all kinds of deals and really nice stuff to bid on. The last year, the items got cheaper and people got crazier with their bids. It just isn't fun anymore. I'm pushing it with 3 stars. I've used up all my bids and I'm not sure I'll be back. I'll watch and see if things change. Still don't think it is fair for people to be able to "win" every iPad or Samsung or whatever that is up for grabs, just because it is a different size or color. It should be, you win one and that's it... no more. Just because the brand, size or color changes, doesn't make it a new and different item. Also wish the "good deal bid" prices were back now and then... maybe once every quarter or something. Yeah, 15 cents isn't too bad, but still a lot, when 10 cents was a really nice hot deal.
Love this site! Got some wonderful bargains and just in time for the holidays! It is a penny auction so for every bid that is placed the item cost increases by one cent. I received a $100 gift card that just cost me $3.44! You do need to purchase bids that they usually have a great deal on, but at a minimum you will spend $36 to get at least 200 bids! Try it out!
I have tried to contact their support for information regarding products posted as "coming soon" but they've been at that status for months... was just looking for information but received no response. Then my search bar disappeared, making it impossible to look for items I am interested in. I've sent requests to their customer support 4 times but haven't heard from them... very disappointed.
DealDash is an absolutely brilliant idea and you can definitely win big. However, my biggest complaint is that the number of auctions are not caught up with the current demand. So many people are joining everyday, and unfortunately, the site just can't keep up, making it increasingly more difficult to win. Yet, if you are a smart bidder, you can at least break even.
Hi Stephanie! Thanks for the comment! We do our best to make sure there are enough auctions to keep people happy, and we'll keep working on this in the future!
First I was responded to within 5 minutes of my question. Then I found out that DealDash run's specials sometimes where the highest bidder gets the item for free! Almost too good to be true so I'm going to test it out lol.
I was introduced to Deal Dash.com via a friend posting relentlessly about it on Facebook. My curiosity got the best of me and I ended up buying some bid packs. Now, I am getting some great presents for my kids that I won on there. It does take some getting used to as far as technique and strategy. Luckily, I am a quick study and I have won many auctions in just a few short weeks.
It is fun, exciting, and frustrating all in one. But what great relationship isn't?! Needless to say I am hooked and plan to spend a lot of time there getting great deals for the family.
Thank you Deal Dash~you are the best! :o)
I didn't win on my first bid pack around but I bought some more & won a $10 gift card to Burger King. I do really think that the max you should be able to put on bid buddy at one time is a hundred to give other people a chance that can't put down 5000 bids just to win it. Make the people have to come back after a hundred bids so it shows everybody has to get more involved. Both deal dash and consumers would come out on top if that happened.
I just wanted to say thanks. I have tried other bid sites and nothing compares to Deal Dash. Fair and caters to the little guy or gal. I am not experienced enough to run with the big dogs yet but will in time. I will stick to small wins until I get better at it. I just wanted to say thank you and cant wait til the next hidden promo bid pack prices so I can start to stock up and move onto bigger items. You all are awesome. I am a member for life. William
Please read all reviews on this sight... I never got the item I "won" and was offered a replacement at 1/3 the value. Still have not received the items I bought. This site is a rip off... terrible customer service... Hope someone can learn from my mistake.
I am disappointed to find out the Hand Painted artwork I won showed up in a box from China. Not very rare and probably not worth the $3100 buy it now price tag. Also this is a product on their website that doesn't have reviews? Seems odd. And I cannot find this artwork anywhere else to see if it's worth the money. I would not have spent my money on this if I would have known.
Hi Greg, I'm sorry to hear you did not like your item. All our items from DealDash are shipped directly from our warehouse or our suppliers from within the United States but can be made in countries all around the world. If you are not happy with your auction win, kindly reach out to us so we can assist with either a replacement or refund, thanks!
Haven't won in so long, think I'm giving up. Have literally spent over about $1500 to win a $100 item. Getting ridiculous to try to win anything. Too much for bids, and too many bids to win these days. Think you need to limit bidders on any given auction to give everyone a fair shake. LOVED this site when I first joined. Won tons, and spent tons too, but now am broke, and can't even look at auctions these days. :( Thanks for the formerly great experience. :) You guys did great back in the day.
I just love DealDash. Their auctions and wonderful with many different items. Everything is new. Love the part where the auctions don't allow other bidders to enter after it reaches a certain amount. It's also fun to watch the bar to see when you win free bids!
Dash Deals Employee Chris was very polite and corrected the problem with in 5 minutes. He is an asset to the company and if his tone would have been any different I would not consider doing business with Dash Deals ever! I was very impressed with the professionalism I received. Can't wait to try Dash Deals again, my first deal was a free one I had heard about from Good Morning America... this web site is great fun and I recommend it. Thank you, Chris... Regards Mrs. Jones
Thank you Bobbie. I'll pass the message on to Chris. Have a great Thanksgiving!

Bid on auctions and save. All auctions start at $0 with no minimum price reserve. Everything must go! DealDash is the fair and honest bidding site. Founded in 2009, millions of bidders have enjoyed Deal Dash auctions since.
Established in 2009, DealDash is the longest operating site of its kind in the United States. Before DealDash was founded, millions of Americans tried out 1st generation bidding fee auctions. These first generation auctions left many people with a poor experience.
After one such letdown experience, spending $50 on a pay-to-participate auction site with nothing to show for it, our founder decided to create a fair and honest alternative to bidding fee auctions, where losing bidders don’t have to lose the money they spent bidding. That is how Deal Dash was born in 2009. Today, over 1,000 brand named products are discovered and won by customers every day!
Bid in our online auctions to catch a deal and if you don't win the auction, you can buy it now and keep on bidding!
