I don't know what specific experience I experienced on 12/7, however, I have, over the years filled most of my gifting needs through my Deal Dash wins. The quality of the products have always been very good and there is something here for everyone. I have only had 1 or 2 hiccups over the years.but the staff is always very simpathetic and quick to make the situation right. I will continue to be one of Deal Dash's biggest fans!
The same people win all the time! They appear to have unlimited bids, and enter multiple auctions at once. Do not like the new format and doubt I will continue playing once my bids are gone. It's just too hard to win these days!
DealDash is an absolutely brilliant idea and you can definitely win big. However, my biggest complaint is that the number of auctions are not caught up with the current demand. So many people are joining everyday, and unfortunately, the site just can't keep up, making it increasingly more difficult to win. Yet, if you are a smart bidder, you can at least break even.

I have tried to contact their support for information regarding products posted as "coming soon" but they've been at that status for months... was just looking for information but received no response. Then my search bar disappeared, making it impossible to look for items I am interested in. I've sent requests to their customer support 4 times but haven't heard from them... very disappointed.

I was introduced to Deal Dash.com via a friend posting relentlessly about it on Facebook. My curiosity got the best of me and I ended up buying some bid packs. Now, I am getting some great presents for my kids that I won on there. It does take some getting used to as far as technique and strategy. Luckily, I am a quick study and I have won many auctions in just a few short weeks.
It is fun, exciting, and frustrating all in one. But what great relationship isn't?! Needless to say I am hooked and plan to spend a lot of time there getting great deals for the family.

First I was responded to within 5 minutes of my question. Then I found out that DealDash run's specials sometimes where the highest bidder gets the item for free! Almost too good to be true so I'm going to test it out lol.

I didn't win on my first bid pack around but I bought some more & won a $10 gift card to Burger King. I do really think that the max you should be able to put on bid buddy at one time is a hundred to give other people a chance that can't put down 5000 bids just to win it. Make the people have to come back after a hundred bids so it shows everybody has to get more involved. Both deal dash and consumers would come out on top if that happened.

Haven't won in so long, think I'm giving up. Have literally spent over about $1500 to win a $100 item. Getting ridiculous to try to win anything. Too much for bids, and too many bids to win these days. Think you need to limit bidders on any given auction to give everyone a fair shake. LOVED this site when I first joined. Won tons, and spent tons too, but now am broke, and can't even look at auctions these days. :( Thanks for the formerly great experience. :) You guys did great back in the day.

The dealdash support group does its best to meet you half way in situations that may arise from auction wins that may not result as expected. Their research team are timely and follow up with you appropriately and it is truly a pleasure to speak to them.

I just wanted to say thanks. I have tried other bid sites and nothing compares to Deal Dash. Fair and caters to the little guy or gal. I am not experienced enough to run with the big dogs yet but will in time. I will stick to small wins until I get better at it. I just wanted to say thank you and cant wait til the next hidden promo bid pack prices so I can start to stock up and move onto bigger items. You all are awesome. I am a member for life. William

Please read all reviews on this sight... I never got the item I "won" and was offered a replacement at 1/3 the value. Still have not received the items I bought. This site is a rip off... terrible customer service... Hope someone can learn from my mistake.

Dash Deals Employee Chris was very polite and corrected the problem with in 5 minutes. He is an asset to the company and if his tone would have been any different I would not consider doing business with Dash Deals ever! I was very impressed with the professionalism I received. I am disappointed to find out the Hand Painted artwork I won showed up in a box from China. Not very rare and probably not worth the $3100 buy it now price tag. Also this is a product on their website that doesn't have reviews? Seems odd. And I cannot find this artwork anywhere else to see if it's worth the money. I would not have spent my money on this if I would have known.

I just love DealDash. Their auctions and wonderful with many different items. Everything is new. Love the part where the auctions don't allow other bidders to enter after it reaches a certain amount. It's also fun to watch the bar to see when you win free bids!

My husband pass away last year. With short funds I was able to buy my grandchildren's Christmas gift's through dealdash. I'm shopping for their Christmas with dealdash again this year. You get the most for you money, items are 100% real as shown. I just bought a 24 inch LCD HDTV for $0.01 thats right $0.01. I stumbled across deal dash just over a month ago and can't stay off it. I have more fun on this app then any other app I currently play. So far I have won the 55" Schultz tv, mountain bike, 2 sets headphones, metal art sculpture, numerous other items, and countless bid packs! Remember it is competitive so follow the help tips, don't waste your bids, and be patient. I love this app and recommend it to everyone. Way to go Deal Dash!

Dealdash.com is a scam BEWARE, they inflate their bids. I watched a user bid over $70 worth of bids for a $40 prize. This user got in bidding wars with a number of other users. Very fishy! I questioned them and they gave me some story how they are for real and they would give me a refund but now weeks later, still nothing. I got ripped off, be careful folks! Check out all the other reports LOTS of are saying the same thing. P.s. They are paying youtube and facebook users to promote their site. BEWARE!

This is an auction site which means competition. You know this before logging on and buying bids. When you do get some wins, you are getting some great items at usually good prices!
However, what you don't realize, is that they are not consistent. You are only supposed to be able to win 9 items per week, but they constantly wipe your wins so some people are winning far more. Those people are dominating the site.
Also, they need a little more variety with brands.

The shipment didn't arrive at Christmas; they were cordial, courteous and made me feel like a person and not "its my job guess i'll answer this one" attitude. They show that they really DO care about the consumer

Have won several items that were top quality not garbage and was shipped faster then said made great gifts for Christmas and usually they have several of same item so you have a better chance to win them

A while back I complained of what I considered an excessive delivery date, about six months out. In the complaint I suggested that with these delivery times I will probably forgo any further bidding with DealDash. Your representative not only apologized for what was really out of his control but to make amends added 1000 complementary bids to my account. I was amazed and with this kind of customer caring will continue to visit your site.

DealDash is second to NO ONE when it comes to the winning, m buying, and service after the sale. DealDash has offered me an exciting place to spend time especially during the Pandemic. Sometimes you Win and many times you lose. They have plenty of promotions for earning free bids and a Buy It Now option if you lose to get all your bids back. Customer Service is Outstanding! I suggest anyone new to the site take the time and read all the Tutorials about how the bidding process works.

I don't know how but apparently I bought 500 bids for $75 dollars but after contacting dealdash customer service for 3 days with no response, I'm wondering how they have any customers. Are week days none business days as well? I'm very irritated at this point because I thought this problem would have been resolved by now. Negative stars 0

I would have enjoyed this experience so much better if they got rid if bid buddy. Not quite the fair play that they advertise. It ends up becoming a bidding war between computers and the one who is willing to pay for more bids "wins" I get that's how they make their money. I still think it would be way more fair to do away with bid buddy and have to manually place your bid. I won't be back nor will I be referring to any of my friends
