The site is down a lot and when your in the middle of bidding on something. You have to log out and log back in and hope you didn`t lose the bid.

Shipping is delayed for 2 weeks until I contacted customer support. The support was great, though. Shipping was started right on the next day.

I was notified that a product was out of stock and was offered bids or a gift card. Thought this was very fair. Customer service is fast and fair.
