I've been playing this since 2012 and have won many items. It's a great way to purchase items at a low cost.

I don't know what specific experience I experienced on 12/7, however, I have, over the years filled most of my gifting needs through my Deal Dash wins. The quality of the products have always been very good and there is something here for everyone. I have only had 1 or 2 hiccups over the years.but the staff is always very simpathetic and quick to make the situation right. I will continue to be one of Deal Dash's biggest fans!
The same people win all the time! They appear to have unlimited bids, and enter multiple auctions at once. Do not like the new format and doubt I will continue playing once my bids are gone. It's just too hard to win these days!
Nothing more to say than dealdash is focused on customer service period. They do a super job, I'm not convinced on the bidding format quite yet but I will continue to play and learn and make some money. The customer service is what will keep people coming back

I made what could easily be called a naive and uneducated mistake! However after I messaged the company, and without delay they corrected my mistake without delay! Instantly, I have became a big deal dash fan and would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks for your understanding!

I spent over $200 buying bids and won nothing,... Nothing!
When you do the math you will find that in many cases you are paying retail or more for the product. So every time I was over the price I wanted to pay I stopped bidding, but guess what? I had paid for those bids so there went my money anyways!

Your DealDash experience means everything to us.
I requested a refund on my unused first bid pac, for reason's having nothing to do
With deal dash!... and they were straight/up, honoring their own policy by
Promptly refunding my $36.00 the same day I made my initial request. Finally,
To experience "old time " traditional country type service... WOW! Thought
It'd all but disappeared from the Landscape. Way to go guy's...

DD is the best penny auction site online. They give great customer service, great promos each week and free bids for doing simple tasks. Everyone has a chance to win something and it's very addicting. 100%

This used to be a great site until the inconsistent pricing of bids started. Now it seems like it takes 3 to 5 times the amount of bids to have a chance to win an auction. Another thing I do not like is the time between bids. The timer starts at 30 seconds until the price hits $2 then goes to 20 seconds and does not drop to 10 seconds until the auction reaches $10. Very slow! Good customer service.

Joined this sight over 2 yrs ago and it was my favorite. Like the products and "no jump feature". Now checking on the winners list, its always the same names. Many indications of team bidding going on. Special bid costs now from. 15 to. 20 which sucker in the honest bidders looking for deals and many not bragging about getting them. Results in overbidding and getting no where. Worst auto bidder system since you cannot place a start and end bidding amount which leaves you at their mercy. Only way to get anywhere is to Buy It Now and get your bids back to try again,, Vicious circle.
Just bought out a german sight "Swoopo" which they have to factor into business costs.
Would not recommend this sight unless you have a lot to invest with so little a return.

Hi Lillian, team bidding is a violation of our rules and something we take very serious and pay very close attention to. Any suspected team bidding is investigated thoroughly and we always appreciate when suspected cases are reported to us.
I'd really like to hear more from you about what we can do to help improve your experience because it seems you're very dissatisfied with a variety of features we offer. I'll send you a private message so we can discuss further. As for the German site Swoopo, we did not buy them out. They filed for bankruptcy in 2011 and we simply purchased the domain.
Thank you, Dave
I discovered Deal dash this past fall. I kept seeing all of my friends posts on Facebook about the site. So, I checked it out. Wow, am I addicted! I began buying the smallest amount of bids, but the site gives you so many chances to win bids that I don't hardly ever need to buy them. Also, if I lose an auction, I can purchase the item and get ALL of my bids back! You can't go wrong. This site is so much fun and I have received MANY amazing deals!

Look at the retail prices. A candle $130. A vibrating massage chair, $14,400.(I paid $659 on Ebay). Plated CZ junk jewelry $150 to $180. A coffee tabLe $5100 t h at sells for $679 downtown. Really nice customer service but a righteous screw job overall. Find another penny auction.

My last three purchases have been Kamikoto knives. They are finely honed and a welcome edition to our cooking utensils. Other items appear overpriced and of unknown origin or made specifically for Deal Dash. Over-all my experience has been very positive. Auctioning off some brand name products would help my decision-making process.
Date of experience: February 5, 2022
Hi Marty, thanks for taking the time to leave a review! I'm happy to hear you are enjoying the Kamikoto brand and hope you get to discover some great brands we plan on working with soon, happy bidding!
I am finding it difficult to win auctions because people keep knocking my bid buddy bids out as soon as they go up. I end up buying a lot of things that I need. Would be less frustrating to go to a store and buy them. As far as the purchasing process goes, it is ok..

I had a question regarding a delivery issue and used the 'Live Chat' with Matthew, a customer service rep. He was very courteous and supplied me with the information I was looking for immediately. Deal Dash has always responded within 24 hours to any inquiries I have had, and they make customer satisfaction their top priority!

Phillip Ramirez Jr Art would like to send love and thanks to his family & friends for all of their prayers, support, and well wishes during this time.
For those who don't know he was jumped at a gas station in Gallup almost 2 weeks ago. During the attempted robbery he was hit in the back of the head with a baseball bat! Because of his injuries and the fact that his phone was taken, he was not able to contact any friends for over a week.
Phillip is currently receiving awesome care at a rehabilitation hospital in Albuquerque, and is hoping to be released next Thursday. As soon as he gets a phone he will be able to reconnect with everyone.

Very poor customer service. Can never get a response from emailing Customer Support despite the automatic reply stating they will respond within 48 hours. They do not have a phone number listed where you can call for assistance or questions. Shipping takes a long time. Still waiting on gift cards from 3weeks ago which should be the quickest to ship.

Dealdash used to be a great site. Limit 1 winner items, great selection of products, good customer service, and realtime pricing for buy-it-now purchases if you don't win an item. But now, they've started offering Buy-it-Now items above retail. It seems they're turning into just about every other penny auction sites out there, hiking up the price of an item and making it seem more valuable than it truly is. I won't be using Dealdash again until they bring back realtime pricing.
Tip for consumers:
Beware, price of items are higher than retail. Research an item first before you bid, so you know if you're really getting a good deal or not.

DealDash is by far the fairest, hence, the best on-line auction that I have tried. I played on Skoreit for a couple of years, then, I found DealDash... I've also tried three others... I would recommend this site to anyone that enjoys playing on-line auctions... I've told several of my friends, and now they play also...

My experience on dealdash has been amazing. Recentlt I won a 50" TV and it arrived today-----Very exciting!
Happy Birthday Dealdash... I look forward to celebrating many more years enjoying your auctions.

Mathematically the profits they are making are through the roof! What's REALLY disappointing, and sad, is they implant automatic so-called "bidders" to boot! How did I come to this conclusion, well, it's rather quite simple actually, when you have 5 within the group betting systematically in order, you know it is B. S! At least use the 5 fake bidders in a random sequence! It's bad enough you're making thousands off of mere "dollar" merchandise, and then you go and rig it as well!? I spent thirty bucks to learn something new, yep, your franchise isn't so legit, yet IS legitimately greedy. Smh.
Tip for consumers:
Not only are they making a boat load of money (thousands) off of mere dollar merchandise, systematically, I would say it is rigged as well; hence, what five people bidding would do so in ORDER almost every time? Yep, it is what it is.

Hi Shaun,
Thank you for writing today. I´ll be happy to explain the reason for the systematic bidding that you mention. We have a tool called the BidBuddy. It's an automated bidding tool that's used by the most successful bidders on DealDash. In fact, BidBuddy's are responsible for the majority of the auctions won on the site. You can enter the number of bids you would like to add to the auction in the white box that says "Add Bids here".
The BidBuddy will then place them for you when the clock is about to hit zero - the best time. If other bidders are placing "single" bids, the BidBuddy won't waste any of your bids. It will only place a bid when the auction is about to get sold to someone else. If multiple users have booked a BidBuddy, they will place bids in the order they booked the BidBuddies, so they will always bid in the same sequence.
Hope this helps explain the situation. If you have any more questions, please don´t hesitate to contact me. My personal email is adrian@dealdash.com
Thanks,
Adrian
I can't believe how fraudulent this is. I decided to try it. Bought 250 bids@ 12c each ( 30 $). I started bidding on a product that had 18$ value. I lost 28$ still bidding, just trying to make a point. The way they do it, the bid is at. 01 increments, but your bidding is at 12 c increments, so for every increase of 1 $ in price, you are putting 12 x 100 = 12 $. So in the above example, 15 people bid about 300$ for an 18$ item. One bidder won the lousy item at 19 $ ( he/ she had to put more than 35$ actual money, because i quit after losing 28$), and the rest lost their money. It's the most scandalous rip off. Save your money. Don't be fooled with those tempting commercials on TV. PLEASE, DON'T DO IT!

Hi Sam. Sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your experience on DealDash. Although signing up for DealDash is free, in order to participate in the auctions you need to purchase your first Bid Pack. These bids load up your account balance and are used when you place bids in the auctions.
DealDash has a 100% money back guarantee on your first Bid Pack purchase, and a Second Chance Guarantee. If you try us out and don't win an auction with your first bid pack, we'll return the bids back to your account free for a second chance at winning a great deal.
If you're still not satisfied with your DealDash shopping experience, we'll be happy to refund your first Bid Pack purchase (within 90 days of purchase), no questions asked. You can even keep the bids in your account and items you may have won. If you wish to request a refund, you can give us a call on our toll-free number, we're available 24/7: 855 455 3325
If you do not win the auction, you will see the Buy It Now button. By using the Buy It Now option, you will get the item for retail price and all the bids you used in that auction will be returned to your bid balance. Users who take advantage of this option usually have a better experience, since they get the item they initially wanted as well as retain all their bids.
Love using the site, it's very addicting. Have won 8 or 9 items so far, and my total for all auctions is under $3. Free shipping is the best part. They almost always have some kind of deal on the bid packs as well.

Anytime yout try something new, there is bound to be mistakes and misunderstandings. Deal dash customer service is without a doubt the best I've ever contacted to resolve any issues I had with their site. I've never left feeling like I was cheated or taken advantage of. If your into deals, sometimes you can luck into great deals there (I got a $10 Burger-King Gift Card for 2 cents!) The only negative comment i have is: It's a gambling site so be aware, you can get hooked & spend more than you realize pdq!

After receiving many great items from DealDash, I received a not so great one. I guess that's to be expected with any company. I notified customer service who quickly fixed the problem to my satisfaction. I did not have to fuss, argue, or compromise. It was easy. A pleasant change from what you usually have to do when dealing with customer service agencies.

I've tried quibids and thought dealdash would be similar so I signed up for a bonus bid package worth $84. However, I didn't realize how slow their network is! If you don't bid before 5 seconds of the timer, most likely your bid won't get through. My bids were so laggy that I lost 3 auctions because the network didn't register my "bid." I know it's not my internet connection because quibids work just fine! Now I have a bunch of bids that I don't know what to do with. I contacted customer service but I'm not sure they will allow me to refund my money. Stay away!

Im taking the time to leave this review because deal dash TRULY deserves it. Ive never experienced such incredible customer service! Theres a quote from marc Cuban that i base my own small business off of "treat your customers like they own you... Because they do!" Lol i realize thats a bit extreme but I believe in actually being of service to my customers and deal dash is the ONLY company (and total trivia but theyre the same im pretty sure) ive ever encountered! They deserve awards and all companies should strive to be as good as DD.
(I just left a review on trust pilot so i just copied and pasted it because i knew id be leaving another one here for them.)
Tip for consumers:
This site is REAL! Theres no scamming going on. The reason why someone bids right when the timer hits 1 is because of the bid buddy feature. Its so you can leave a certain amount of bids and go on about your day. You dont have to keep bidding every 10 seconds. Its called bidbuddy for a reason!
Products used:
Ive won many items and everyone of them I was happy with!

Hi Raquel,
James here from DealDash
Your review is absolutely fantastic and I have to say, it’s definitely my favorite review of all time!
Why? Because I, too, love Mark Cuban.
This quote of his definitely tops my list: “What is your grind?"
Your kindhearted review tells me that you are action-based, and that you also believe in keeping your customers happy; it sounds to me like you have an amazing business!
Please feel free to let me know if there is anything else I can personally do to continue to make your experience on DealDash as good as it can be. We are always just a phone call or click away:

I fell into addictive behaviors chasing losses with more losses.
I spent money I needed for BILLS.
So I wrote and asked for my account to be closed AND knew I might not get a refund as I had made several purchases.
Customer Service sent an email within 2 days closing my account as requested AND refunding my original purchase.
If YOU recognize you have an adrenalin rush issue as well... DO ask about self-exclusion.
I loved it, but was not successful... Bailed to save myself.
Best wishes to those who CAN enjoy AND succeed / profit.
Cheers

Bid on auctions and save. All auctions start at $0 with no minimum price reserve. Everything must go! DealDash is the fair and honest bidding site. Founded in 2009, millions of bidders have enjoyed Deal Dash auctions since.
Established in 2009, DealDash is the longest operating site of its kind in the United States. Before DealDash was founded, millions of Americans tried out 1st generation bidding fee auctions. These first generation auctions left many people with a poor experience.
After one such letdown experience, spending $50 on a pay-to-participate auction site with nothing to show for it, our founder decided to create a fair and honest alternative to bidding fee auctions, where losing bidders don’t have to lose the money they spent bidding. That is how Deal Dash was born in 2009. Today, over 1,000 brand named products are discovered and won by customers every day!
Bid in our online auctions to catch a deal and if you don't win the auction, you can buy it now and keep on bidding!
Hi Robert, glad we could be of assistance. Let us know if you have more questions!
