I don't know what specific experience I experienced on 12/7, however, I have, over the years filled most of my gifting needs through my Deal Dash wins. The quality of the products have always been very good and there is something here for everyone. I have only had 1 or 2 hiccups over the years.but the staff is always very simpathetic and quick to make the situation right. I will continue to be one of Deal Dash's biggest fans!
The same people win all the time! They appear to have unlimited bids, and enter multiple auctions at once. Do not like the new format and doubt I will continue playing once my bids are gone. It's just too hard to win these days!
It use to be a much better site, but they are still the best out of all of the penny auction sites. There are so many newbie bidders nowadays that I no longer bother. If you like gambling to gamble, this site is still awesome. If you're looking for deals, they are few and far between. Expect to pay full price by using the buy it now (BIN) option. Keep in mind, the BIN option is an excellent benefit. If you like penny auctions, Deal Dash is the only place I would personally go.

I was interested in finding out how DealDash worked and had $ 75.00 deducted from my account something i was not able to afford. Please i advise that new customers read and get the knowledge and understand these websites. But i contacted customer service and was given a refund only due to being new customer

Well…. Saw this on tv yesterday and checked it out…i have used quibids before and its basically the same…i have come out ahead on quibids and the bids here are 15 cents compared to 60 over there so bought the 33.00 pack…right away i won 3 10.00 gift cards and 1 15.00 gift card…3.01 bids and 1.22 bid so i send in my quarter with paypal…but i still have over 200 bids left so what to do?…i decide to let the whole thing ride on a 25.00 git card. That auction has been going on for 6 hrs and it up to 8.40…needles to say my bids ran out at about 7.30…funny how you can bid once and win and then bid 730 times and its just you and another bidder for hours on end…then a third one jumps in at 7.00 just before my bids run out…i figure im ahead of the game 12.00 but really dont let this go to your head or any other penny auction for that matter…. I actually did much beter with quibids…. Won 145.00 in gift cards for 15.00 but once my bid pack is done, then so am i

When you first sight up they guarantee you win. How they do this is by putting things up that only a few people can access. That is how you win. Don't waste your money here. I proved it by opening another account. Then when I won they said that it was fraudulent and did not ship wins or refund all my bids.

I've been fortunate to win many auctions here at DD. And that's great.
But I had to return an item, received a pre-paid Fed Ex return label, sent the Bluetooth speaker back a couple of months ago and not one response, reply or receipt of a replacement for the defective item.
And that's not so great. Consequently, I have suspended bidding at DD and now spend my money at Quibids... they are great and great.

Fun, challenging and sometimes expensive. Love the specials, discount bids and free items when the time is right. Disappointed in some of the veteran bidders who are aggressive and stomp to intimidate. Most are good people, though.

This is great penny auction site! I have won many, many wonderful items, from gift cards to a solar powered fountain. The customer service is great and products are shipped right away and are in excellent condition.

I'm not used to losing... in biding i set my eyes on the time that allowed... make my bid to stay in the game... then watch the bids... at the last 2 or 3 second set high bid to take the cake... with dealdash. Maybe i don't fully understand how to bid... it's not for me... i know how bid on ebay... and how to deal automatic bidder... with you guys... its slow,,, there no way to make other bidder drop out by setting higher bids...

I've made a few errors in my bidding and they overcharge me once. Every penny was corrected in a very short period of time.my major mistake i accidentally purchased $355.00 worth of bids when i thought i was paying for a low price gift card. With disbelief they credited me fully. Since i'm a low bidder on inexpensive items that was great. I would have had a hard time explaining that credit card bill to my wife. I really don't like this I feel that they are a joke. And as for BOT's I think that going on there. Using up bids, it pointless I want a refund if that is even possible. I guess Ill try to get through to customer service again but I'm sure I wan't get an answer. But we will see. Dont play its a joke...

Deal Dash is very fair and easy to use. The website gives you a lot of helpful tips and I would take the time to read the tips before you start bidding. I didn't realize that I was being charged $29.99 for bids when I opened an account with Deal Dash. I sent them an email explaining what had happened and I received an email stating that I would get a refund and to keep the bids to try out their web site. Very nice. Not many companies work that way. I appreciate it very much.

This site promised if you don't win you get your first bid pack back. Thats great except theres no way to get a hold of anyone! I sent 3 emails over the last week and called and NO response. WHAT A SCAM... I feel like I was robbed of my money and don't know if theres even anything I can do to get it back! :(

I have been a bidder now for over a year! In order to be successful, you need to bid on only the auctions you really want and willing to buy if you don't win. You will then not lose your bids and reuse them. I also love the extra bids you earn with the timer. There is lots of competition, but I have won some great deals that keep me coming back. I am not a big gambler and not willing to lose money, Deal Dash is the way to go, have fun, win some and lose some... Free Shipping, Excellent customer service too!

Having a good time on dealdash! Came over from happybidday which really stinks.
I've won a few items and enjoy doing the bidding. Unlike happybidday, dealdash is really fair and honest. Happybidday likes to let your last bid let everyone know your about to win so that can jump on your bid and then it takes another 200 bids or more to win the product. This is without a drought the best for the on-line bidding sites. The service is excellent. Whenever I have had a problem, and that has been very few and minor, the staff has been prompt to get with me and solve my issues. I have even spoke to them on the phone on occasion and they were very helpful and I could understand their explanations. If you know what I mean? At-any-rate this is a fun site all seems fair I haven't heard of any shilling or plants. I have stopped using two other UN-NAMED sites I found using tricks to bump the bids up,,,,, soooo keep it clean kids and I will join in from time to time when I a extra scratch or feel lucky,

Several times, customers win merchandise for only a few pennies. But if you check out the bidding history, on specific items, you will find out that a majority of the time, the amount of money a winning customer has spent on their bids amounts to more than the price they are paying to win a particular item.

I have successfully used other sites... even won an ipad on qbids so I joined this site. I could not win anything. Deciding to use up the credits I had, I decided to bid on a $25 cheesecake factory gift card. Just wanted to use up my 300 credits and get something for my money. I bid 105 credits before realizing I was bidding against a computer bot, not a person. Who would spend $50 for a $25 gift certificate. Also her description of herself was very strange and did not sound real. I do intend to report them to the FCC or to whomever oversees internet fraud. I will call my congrssman tomorrow. BUYER BEWARE!

I like your site. I have won many nice gifts. Currently there has not been a good deal. People tend to bid high. The last couple of things that I won, I had bid too much but I did to preserve my bids. I have watched 2 or 3 people drop out of the same time, suspect.
